The elevator didn’t work. Luckily the front desk was nice enough to get us a room on the 2nd floor not too far from the stairs. Only problem is everyone was using the stairs so I woke up several times during the night because of loud drunk guests coming and going. Our room also smelled like weed. Then s as we were getting ready for bed the tv want working so I called front desk. I was informed that their service was down and they didn’t know when it would be back no on. And when I complained that I should get some discount because of the elevators & tv not working the attendant was rude and hung up on me. We won’t be staying there again

Below our standards for a Hotel. The outside grounds were terrible, only one of the two elevators worked. There was no running water out of the sink in our bathroom. There was a bad odor in various areas of the Hotel. The breakfast was great each time with kind friendly service.

The website showed an active pool. When we arrived to the hotel pool was not active and it was very dirty. The staff member informed us to not even put a foot into the pool due to the conditions. Once we checked into the hotel we were given room 321 I believe. When went to the room and closed the door to unpack when the inside door handle feel off trapping me and my family inside the room. Luckily we were able to contact the front to free us from the room. ItI was a horrible experience. It was so bad that we only stayed one night and we paid for a two nights stay. I need the contact information so that I can be refunded for the night we did not stay. We left the hotel immediately and check into another hotel.

Very clean room. Staff was not at front desk when we arrived and someone, not sure if it was an employee off the clock or just a families face, hollered several times for someone to come to the front. Anyway not very professional. Trying to get checked into our room the man ( manager)was nice yet sidetracked by another employee who interrupted mine and my husband and managers conversation about room#, parking, elevators, etc. Just not professional at all. Signs were placed around the lobby and near elevator that breakfasylt would not be served at this time, we were staying over the weekend, and also the pool was closed. We had our 12 y/o son with us because we were in town for a baseball tournament so would have been nice to cool off in the pool and also not have to go buy breakfast somewhere. Our room was well stocked with towels and toiletries, and cleaned the next day as well. A/c worked well. Only thing I would have like to have seen in the bathroom is a hairdryer.

The room was nice, clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However…. The hotel is in a questionable area and has a security gate to get in and out. The elevators were not working, the ice machine was not working, the clothes dryer was not working, there was a notice of violations on the front door, the pool was closed for maintenance, and there was a crazy woman in the lobby who went ballistic and was eventually arrested. I would not stay there again.

I NEVER RATE OR GIVE REVIEWS BUT: Number 1 problem from the get go.. FULL OF IMMIGRANTS OUTSIDE! I have no problem with them BUT when you see a bunch of people wondering around outside AND using hotel furniture to sit outside thats a huge No! I did not feel safe at all. They had back door open all night just coming in and out and that means anyone else could too. It used to be such a nice hotel back when it was Best Western Plus. It all went downhill already. No Breakfast. No snack area. Lobby was dirty and a man was literally watching tv with his feet on table barefoot. Floor number 2 smells horrible. The smoke alarm went off on us twice early in the morning and that woke us up so scared I immediately called front desk to ask what was going on and they said they have no clue why that happens. That just tells you they might not be in compliance with Fire Department guidelines. Beds were clean, Restrooms did have amenities BUT their sink was not working properly and neither was toilet flushing due to very little water filling up. Last but not least Pool is completely out of service! Every time I visited Houston this hotel was my go to place. I loved it! Sadly this past weekend was my last time there.

If you have kids Dont stay here- the back door was broken so anyone could come in without a key. The door was literally hanging on the hinge and was open- no one tried to secure it and people were coming in and out of it. No security. Smelled like smoke, had containers of urine outside of hotel, the fitness room was a mess when we went the door was propped open with a 30 pound weight and 2 small toddlers were playing around without an adult and trash everywhere. People walking barefoot at breakfast food line area. People smoking cigarettes sitting in chairs where the sliding doors in the front open- including staff. We ordered Uber eats and uber driver was scared to get out of the car.

I really like the comfort and nice decoration and style from inside. Unfortunately, the hotel is located in a warehouse area where eighteen-wheeler trucks park at night, on the streets surrounding the hotel. The pool area was abandoned and not clean, the furniture was broken, and the grass was not cut. The services were very nice. Very cool AC. The price and the distance to downtown were Good.

The property was, as stated by staff, poorly maintained by previous management. The staff was nice to allow me to view a few rooms, 6. All the shower heads were rusty and disgusting and the floors sticky. Some rooms smelled like smoke.

The hotel was dirty, the first room they put me and my family in was super hot, the ac was broken so they moved us to a different room and there was a used makeup towel hung up in the RR , little beetles everywhere in the RR , everything was dirty and had a weird smell, the shower door was broken , the cabinets were chipped broken and paint peeling, the breakfast was cold and didn’t offer a variety at all. It was a horrible experience. But was too late to change hotels .

I would like refund, the hotel room was dirty and had holes in the wall and roaches and I had to go to the front desk to ask for a comforter because the bed was only made with one sheet. I didn’t stay here for my trip I had to book another hotel. I walked in the room saw what I needed to see and left!

Customer service does NOT exist here. Staff do not care. I went to check in at the front desk, no one was around for about 5 minutes, then when someone did show up they were in a hoodie, sandals and when asking if i was here to check in, after I said hello and yes we are, they answered back saying “not with that attitude”. Once we got up to the room, the main door couldn’t even lock, the bathroom was dirty with used toilet paper from the previous guests, and the fridge was barely working. This was honestly the worst hotel experience i’ve ever had, I will not be staying at any comfort inn hotel again.

As a last minute booking, I thought this would be an ok place. Previous reviews seemed ok. However, Something very strange is happening here in this hotel. All of the doors had marks and gouges where they had clearly been broken into before. The entire hotel reeked of weed. The front desk had no idea what rooms were occupied and what were not, he literally knocked on doors to find my room. Once we got in the shower had scum and mold on the shower head, in the corners and on the glass. I didn’t want to touch anything in whole room. Just don’t stay here. Definitely do not bring your kids here.

The sheets were dingy, carpet dirty outdated furniture scratches all over. The phone didnt work, they wouldnt answer from.my phone either. Guest smoking weed loud trucking company near noise everywhere. No coffee in the room. No covers on bed just two thin dingy sheets. The seating area in the lobby stained . It was a nightmare . I wouldnt encouraged anyone to stay here

1) the front desk was never there. I literally waited 45min to check in bc no one was at front 2) the room was dirty- the floor had all types of different stains on it. The walls and furniture are stained and scuffed. The walls also had a film on it like grease. The toilet seat had scuff marks and stains as well. We didn’t even stay it was so disgusting. Called all day trying to confirm electricity due to the hurricane without answer. Pulled up to many abandoned Walmart carts all around. A hair piece laying in the drive, opened bag of charcoal under front bench with an opened box of zig zags sitting on the bench. Baby pacifier laying in middle of lobby with a kid running around & a man laid out on the couch. The lobby was so dirty- stained rugs and furniture- I was scared to even see a room. Trash in the hallways and people BBQing outside the back door. Seemed like a party place where people lived rather than a hotel. Smelled like weed. How this place has 8.2 rating makes me never want to use Expedia again.

Very clean, smells good, convenient location to shopping and dining. Check in was slow due to new employee being trained and no hot water in the shower, low water pressure in sink, but I would stay there again.

When we went to check in, they said our room did not have a TV. We requested a TV and it said it came with the room. They said they had no more rooms available. So we took the room and upon entering it was never cleaned called the front desk and then they found us another room, that was much more accommodating. So.

The first room we went into smelled like an ashtray. However, they were very fast and accommodating to get us in a new room. When we asked the front desk to change, they had a list on a notepad of rooms that needed to be cleaned again. On the way to our room, we were in the elevator with the manager. He was on the phone speaking to the cleaning ladies about how another room had very stained towels and sheets. My husband went to take a shower and the shower door handle fell off. Upon closer inspection, we saw that it was held on by toilet paper that had been molded to the door. We walked into the room we noticed what looked like command strips on the roof. My husband and I purchased Clorox wipes because every surface was grimy and when we went to take the “command strips” off the roof we saw that they were zynns pouches. There were also stains covering the carpet and walls. The blankets, however we’re clean. Overall, not very satisfied with our stay.

When we arrived to check in, there was no one in the lobby and we waited around 20 minutes for the person to arrive. They gave us the key and when we got to the room, the key didn't work and there was a cockroach next to the door... I canceled and went to another hotel. They still haven't returned my security deposit.

The staff had terrible attitudes and act like you’re bothering them when requests are asked, with the exception of 2 people. We had to switch rooms due to a stain being on the bed. They “ran out of towels” and we stayed 3 nights. Housekeeping never came to our room. I asked if we could get a late checkout, one staff member asked for my room number, and said we could, but I knew something was off when he didn’t enter the info into the computer, or jot the info down. The following morning, I called the front desk, just for reassurance, and the “assistant manager” asked which room I was in, but then immediately said they don’t do late check out. If that was the case, why did you ask for my room number, and why did another staff member tell me it was OK the night prior? Overall, the experience was terrible, which is what I was not expecting, as I’ve stayed before. My last visit was back in October, and the same elevator was out of service this go round as well. Another visitor had the same concerns, and also said she would be leaving a terrible review. I wouldn’t recommend this location for booking.

Well first of all my car got broken in to and they did not tell me or call the police out And then asked for management and they refused to Come out and then I told them I did not want to continue my stay and then Expedia tried to call them to cancel it and to and they said that they can’t approve it that manager has to approve it and I have yet to hear back from them and they did not cancel my stay answer self out and to me this is pour customer service and I would never stay there agine

Customer service does NOT exist here. Staff do not care. I went to check in at the front desk, no one was around for about 5 minutes, then when someone did show up they were in a hoodie, sandals and when asking if i was here to check in, after I said hello and yes we are, they answered back saying “not with that attitude”. Once we got up to the room, the main door couldn’t even lock, the bathroom was dirty with used toilet paper from the previous guests, and the fridge was barely working. This was honestly the worst hotel experience i’ve ever had, I will not be staying at any comfort inn hotel again.

1) the front desk was never there. I literally waited 45min to check in bc no one was at front 2) the room was dirty- the floor had all types of different stains on it. The walls and furniture are stained and scuffed. The walls also had a film on it like grease. The toilet seat had scuff marks and stains as well. The water from the sink had poor pressure 3) the room was not vacuumed the microwave did not work and the fridge smelled horrible and also had left over food crumbs in it 4) so over all if ur looking for a long stay I don’t recommend. Only for 1 night max 2

I was stranded at the airport. I searched for hotel that was convenient & had shuttles to the airport. This hotel showed on my app. The pictures of the hotel were far better than the facilities. I had to pay for a cab $40 each way to the airport. I went with this one because of good prices. Not bed spreads, just 2 sheets. Only one cleaning lady & she did not speak English. Elevator smelled like pot. The hotel backed up to a semi truck facility with trucks pulling in & out all night. Walked to Wal Mart because hotel didn’t have a service area with necessities. Felt unsafe walking across the street to Wal Mart.

The gates are locked and you must call the front desk to get them to confirm your reservation bf you get in. The entire property is surrounded with 5’ steel fence. Trucks and refrigeration units run all night long. Bad neighborhood

The room was nice, clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However…. The hotel is in a questionable area and has a security gate to get in and out. The elevators were not working, the ice machine was not working, the clothes dryer was not working, there was a notice of violations on the front door, the pool was closed for maintenance, and there was a crazy woman in the lobby who went ballistic and was eventually arrested. I would not stay there again.

I really like the comfort and nice decoration and style from inside. Unfortunately, the hotel is located in a warehouse area where eighteen-wheeler trucks park at night, on the streets surrounding the hotel. The pool area was abandoned and not clean, the furniture was broken, and the grass was not cut. The services were very nice. Very cool AC. The price and the distance to downtown were Good.

Below our standards for a Hotel. The outside grounds were terrible, only one of the two elevators worked. There was no running water out of the sink in our bathroom. There was a bad odor in various areas of the Hotel. The breakfast was great each time with kind friendly service.

The hotel was dirty, the first room they put me and my family in was super hot, the ac was broken so they moved us to a different room and there was a used makeup towel hung up in the RR , little beetles everywhere in the RR , everything was dirty and had a weird smell, the shower door was broken , the cabinets were chipped broken and paint peeling, the breakfast was cold and didn’t offer a variety at all. It was a horrible experience. But was too late to change hotels .

Well let’s just say it’s nothing like it shows online. Rooms don’t get serviced everyday but every 3rd day. If you need towels YOU have to take them to laundry room to get the new clean towels. Breakfast? What breakfast not much to pick from at ALL. Orange juice,cereal milk and pancakes thats your option. Room dirty and very bad smell all over. Do not stay here unless you have to.

Upon my arrival, no one was at the front desk, and I had to wait for approximately 10 minutes before someone finally checked me in. I also noticed a sign stating there would be no breakfast, even though the app I booked through indicated that breakfast would be available the next day. The condition of the lobby was extremely disappointing, as it was filthy and in need of cleaning. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. When I got to my room, I found there were no towels available. I returned to the lobby to request towels, and the staff member retrieved only one towel for me, which was stained. When I asked for additional towels, I was told that was the last one available. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, but this level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable. I hope you will take immediate action to address these concerns for future guests.

Staff was very ghetto and rude the supervisor I was told her name was AK do not need to work in customer service I went to breakfast @ 8:40 the cooked breakfast was unavailable and another guest asked for it from the clerk at checkout and the response was breakfast is almost over so the cook will only make enough for the guests that was waiting because the cook had to get off the clock but the way she said it was so rude I will never stay or recommend this property but there was light within the darkness of the staff and her name was Taye very sweet young lady at check in Thank you Taye for being a great customer service agent in spite of your horrible co workers!

Property had no working air conditioning in the lobby, and the lobby had an abandoned and decaying vibe to it. Water damage throughout the lobby. They lock the front doors and your room key does you no good so if you leave, you’ll be spending the night in your car. There was no cable/satellite or even digital over the air TV. Bring your iPad or Apple TV if you want to watch tv. The property has tacky printed signs everywhere saying how they’re NOT pet friendly. Also they have printed signs warning you that if you steal their shabby furnishings, they will fine you. The bathroom had rusting fixtures. The bed had no mattress cover. There were stains all over the walls, ceiling, and floor. The place was disgusting, stay anywhere else!

The towels looked dirty ngl and found a hair on one of them looked like a pube hair. The wheel to the shower door was broken so hard to close it
The towels looked dirty ngl and found a hair on one of them looked like a pube hair. The wheel to the shower door was broken so hard to close it

Hotel is reasonable priced and location was great for what we needed. Rooms were roomy and clean. Unfortunately issues: -No ice available at property -Lighting was out in main lobby -Breakfast was minimal at best -The key control on room door failed after one night. Manager on duty had to use a crowbar to open our room. -Pool was closed and full of alge Would not stay here again.
