Home Away - 2 Bedroom Cottage

While the shower, kitchen, master bedroom were nice, the remaining items were well below standards.The floor in the hallway between the kitchen and the shower, creaks when you walk on it.The laundry room needs a dryer, since the outside clothes line was covered by an overgrown tree above.The toilet room (and laundry room) looks to be part of the original house??, where a foul water oder seems to be coming from.There is a small hole in the side of the house where someone put a chrome vertical lamp in front of. It looks to be in the old part of the house (laundry room / toilet) area. The reason it’s mentioned is because we saw a medium size roach come from that location.The general outside of the house (fence, wood deck, stairs) are in need of repair.When I re-looked at the listing I see only 2 reviews.I suspect that others have found similar issues??Perhaps you may want to de-list this property until repairs are made.We felt it was definitely not worth the price we paid.

A lovely quiet, clean little property in a fantastic location close to everything you may need. Takeaway food and Coles within walking distance. Freo is a short 5 min drive (bus stop is a 5 min walk also). Would happily book again.
