Thank you, Maurizio, for offering such a wonderful place to stay for our first trip to Venice. It is beautiful, clean, well-equipped and in a great location, close to the Vaporetto and the Rialto bridge, and within easy walking distance to San Marco Square. Seeing our first Venetian sunset from the amazing rooftop terrace, glasses of complimentary sparkling wine in hand, was a lovely intro to the magical city of Venezia. We’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights and it was great. Maurizio was very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. The kitchen was equipped with some snacks for breakfast each morning and we appreciated the filtered water dispenser, which is often hard to find. The location is great (not too crowded, but close to everything) and the rooftop views were awesome.

The place was lovely and quiet but still very walkable for the heart of Venice. We had a couple of issues that I’d suggest checking on first, we were under the impression we could store luggage on checkout day and were told the night before that would not be available so we had to find and rent lockers at the last minute (25 euro), and while you can see water in the far distance from one of the windows in the lounge area, i think ‘canal view’

Hemma-hos-hotell med bara tre rum plus en stor takterrass att nyttja. Ett bord i entréhallen med info, frukt och kakor samt klksnisch med kaffemaskin och enklare frukost till självservering. Yoghurt, müsli, bröd. Också loungeyta tillgänglig. Boendet låg 50 trappsteg upp på bra läge ganska nära Rialtobron. Supertrevlig värd.

Amazing stay here. The accommodation is exactly as pictured; clean, modern and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a small collection of 3 rooms with a communal lounge, kitchen, reception area and rooftop terrace (a must visit!). On arrival we were thrilled to discover there were multiple extras we didnt realise we'd have - various free foods available in the communal area including cakes, granola, biscotti, yogurts, jam; a free bottle of prosecco in your room, daily coffee pods to use in the coffee machine, biscuits on arrival, still and sparkling water in the fridge in your room. It really felt like a treat to stay here and we loved enjoying our prosecco on the roof terrace - amazing 360 degree views over the rooftops of Venice! The hotel is located in a great spot centrally to access all of Venice within a 20 minute walk easily, with an overwhelming choice of eateries nearby to enjoy. We would return her in an instant.

Location and design of room/ common areas were both fantastic! Maurizio was very accommodating, gave us a great restaurant recommendation and there was a cleaner who came every day. There was a safe place to leave bags upon checkout too, everything seemed to have been thought of in advance! 10/10

Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt in Venedig wo es auch noch viele Einheimische gibt. Ich mochte es sehr und würde wieder hier wohnen. Ich hatte die Junior Suite mit einem Doppelbett und eunem separatem Raum mit Einzelbett. Für die Gemeinschaft gibt es eine Küche mit kleinen Snacks (Cornflakes, Joghurt, Kaffee und etwas Kuchen) total süss gemacht. In den Zimmern ist überall Klimaanlage und auch Fenster. Eine hauseigene Dachterasse ist auch vorhanden, mit Sitzmöglichkeiten zum relaxen. Eine Herausforderung hat das Appartement, den Aufstieg der Treppe zu den Wohnungen ist sehr steil und mit Koffer sehr geschwerlich. Wir durften den Lifter dafür benutzen, auf Nachfrage.

103 top floor - no balcony. good bed , common area very nice with milk , juice , yogurt , fruit , coffee everyday all day. Upper Patio is the best with views of 10 church towers and passing on grand canal with nice seating area !!!! Areas of concern - over 60 steps to get to apartment and very narrow , musty smell in room as could not use AC as they turned it off even if it was 23 celsius in room. nights were ok to open window but room is over restaurant so smell of food and cigarette as it came up directly to room when windows open. choose room 102 it has balcony and less steps. Overall good given location and services provided

Maurizio was a wonderful host and extremely helpful and polite. The suite was extremely clean and could have everything you wanted. A short walk to Rialto bridge topped it off.

Posto molto centrale a due passi dal ponte di rialto ma in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Hotel da poco ristrutturato, veramente molto bello e accogliente. Il proprietario ci ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di spumante in camera e la terrazza è davvero favolosa. Consigliatissimo

Loved my stay at La Finestra sulle Beccarie! The room was clean, spacious, and in an amazing location, close to everything but still quiet at night. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Venice!

This property has been renovated and is beautiful. Only 3 rooms, so nice and quiet. We had a junior suite, which has a good amount of space, and views over the Grand Canal. There is a shared kitchen area, with snack/breakfast/tea and coffee and a sitting area, but the best thing is the roof terrace. One of the higher spots in Venice and a beautiful space to sit and relax with a wine! Important to note. There are quite a few stairs to access the property, so probably not suited to elderly or very young children . Also, Mosquitos are a problem in Venice. Take bug spray, and if you can, keep windows closed.
This property has been renovated and is beautiful. Only 3 rooms, so nice and quiet. We had a junior suite, which has a good amount of space, and views over the Grand Canal. There is a shared kitchen area, with snack/breakfast/tea and coffee and a sitting area, but the best thing is the roof terrace. One of the higher spots in Venice and a beautiful space to sit and relax with a wine! Important to note. There are quite a few stairs to access the property, so probably not suited to elderly or very young children . Also, Mosquitos are a problem in Venice. Take bug spray, and if you can, keep windows closed.

Location and design of room/ common areas were both fantastic! Maurizio was very accommodating, gave us a great restaurant recommendation and there was a cleaner who came every day. There was a safe place to leave bags upon checkout too, everything seemed to have been thought of in advance! 10/10

103 top floor - no balcony. good bed , common area very nice with milk , juice , yogurt , fruit , coffee everyday all day. Upper Patio is the best with views of 10 church towers and passing on grand canal with nice seating area !!!! Areas of concern - over 60 steps to get to apartment and very narrow , musty smell in room as could not use AC as they turned it off even if it was 23 celsius in room. nights were ok to open window but room is over restaurant so smell of food and cigarette as it came up directly to room when windows open. choose room 102 it has balcony and less steps. Overall good given location and services provided

The owner is very accommodating and super kind! There are a lot of stairs up to the hotel room which is a bit cumbersome with a bag, but as long as you are aware going into it, it’s well worth it. Pack light!

The place was lovely and quiet but still very walkable for the heart of Venice. We had a couple of issues that I’d suggest checking on first, we were under the impression we could store luggage on checkout day and were told the night before that would not be available so we had to find and rent lockers at the last minute (25 euro), and while you can see water in the far distance from one of the windows in the lounge area, i think ‘canal view’

Maurizio reached out via the Hotel.com app to check in on us. We were confused as to where we were, being on our first international trip. He kindly directed us to our rental. He met us in the lobby area and welcomed us in. He showed us around and advised us as to what the place had to offer. It had nice amenities and we enjoyed the location. A bottle of sparkling wine and water was waiting for us. After spending all day walking around Venice, it was a welcome home at the end of the day. We rested peacefully and enjoyed our stay. Amazing stay here. The accommodation is exactly as pictured; clean, modern and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a small collection of 3 rooms with a communal lounge, kitchen, reception area and rooftop terrace (a must visit!). On arrival we were thrilled to discover there were multiple extras we didnt realise we'd have - various free foods available in the communal area including cakes, granola, biscotti, yogurts, jam; a free bottle of prosecco in your room, daily coffee pods to use in the coffee machine, biscuits on arrival, still and sparkling water in the fridge in your room. It really felt like a treat to stay here and we loved enjoying our prosecco on the roof terrace - amazing 360 degree views over the rooftops of Venice! The hotel is located in a great spot centrally to access all of Venice within a 20 minute walk easily, with an overwhelming choice of eateries nearby to enjoy. We would return her in an instant.

Loved my stay at La Finestra sulle Beccarie! The room was clean, spacious, and in an amazing location, close to everything but still quiet at night. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Venice!

It is beautiful, clean, well-equipped and in a great location, close to the Vaporetto and the Rialto bridge, and within easy walking distance to San Marco Square. Seeing our first Venetian sunset from the amazing rooftop terrace, glasses of complimentary sparkling wine in hand, was a lovely intro to the magical city of Venezia. We’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for two nights and it was great. Maurizio was very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. The kitchen was equipped with some snacks for breakfast each morning and we appreciated the filtered water dispenser, which is often hard to find. The location is great (not too crowded, but close to everything) and the rooftop views were awesome.

The hotel is literally in sn alleyway above a coffee/pastry shop and is up numerous stairs (like everything in Venice). Great hotel, comforable, munchies provided, hosts were present. If I had better mobility, i would go back again and again.

We had the most amazing time at the hotel. We arrived early and greeted kindly and shown around the place. Beautiful, rooms, shared kitchen area with coffee and light snacks. The hotel is close to the markets and shops. We loved sitting on our deck and the upper deck which had amazing views of Venice. We watched the sunset with a glass of prosecco. We are very sad we had to leave this beautiful maintained suite. Additionally, Papa answered our questions regarding the water bus and where to eat and had our room ready for an early checkin.Thank you for taking great care of us.
