Garden apartment

It was very easy to find the property as it was walkable from nearest boat transport stops, which has gated security and is close to the canal. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and being near San Marco was a real plus. Check-in was smooth, and a company representative met us to show us around and walk us through the key details. The property was well maintained, exactly as described, and the garden was especially lovely. We did have a minor issue with the hot water pressure dropping occasionally, but it was fixed promptly. Overall, the property was well equipped with everything we needed. My family really enjoyed the stay and we had a memorable trip.
