I loved my stay at Hotel M29 and when I come back to Krakow, I will stay here again. It’s a great location in Kazimierz, and a short walk to Old Town. The hotel restaurant was amazing and I enjoyed it. The service was excellent. Karolina at the front desk helped me get a hair dryer when mine went out in the room and also helped me work through an issue I was having with my luggage! My recommendation is that they make sure they changes the sheets for every guest, because I found a hair that did not belong to me when I checked in. Regardless, I will be back, because the service and location was wonderful. The bathroom was clean and cute

The staff forbade us from eating doughnuts we hadn't purchased at the hotel. We were very rudely told off. Furthermore, the hotel is very cramped, and odors from the hotel kitchen waft throughout the entire hotel. The housekeeping staff didn't fulfill their duties. The hotel doesn't deserve the high ratings it receives on its website. It's a very average hotel.

The hotel was super clean and I had everything I could have needed. The staff especially Dima and Monika were extremely friendly and accommodating. I appreciate both of you and thank you for making my stay a very nice and comfortable stay. This is a really great hotel in a very nice area and its value is the best.

Unfortunately I was given room 101 which is a small ground floor room, opposite the entrance and close to the elevator. Given its location the room was stuffy and noisy. Looked out into a blank wall courtyard which is a terrace in the summer so probably even less privacy (luckily it was winter so closed but still got to see the furniture) Smells from the kitchen were throughout the corridor to the room and often inside the room. The room was fine, very small and ok for single person but probably squashed for two. Bathroom was also very small. Location of the hotel is very good, maybe a redeeming quality. Very close to a lot of bars and restaurants in old Jewish quarter.

Property is in an excellent location, so close to many good restaurants and walkable to the Old Town. The room looks different to pictures, not as comfy. We were at the front of the hotel with bright light shining in our window and you could hear running water clearly through the night. The hotel also seems to be quite "anti-Expedia" which means I think we might have been allocated a room at the front (noisy at times), next to elevator (also a little noisy) - even their wifi password was "bookdirect" - it didnt' make me feel welcome

Overall everything was good - clean, modern room in the old Jewish district with friendly and helpful front desk staff. Only downside is that it gets quite loud outside at night, we were woken by people on the street at 3am. We were on the ground floor so it was especially loud. We only stayed for one night, otherwise we would have asked to chnage rooms to a quieter area.

My wife, daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the M29. The hotel is well cared for with a reasonably spacious room and very comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our thanks especially to Aleksandra. My wife and I wanted to take a train to Zakopane to do some Hiking in the Tatas. Aleksandra went to great lengths to assist us with train schedules, tickets, maps of the area and directions to the trails we wished to walk. She made this journey possible. Without question we would recommend the M29.

My wife, daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the M29. The hotel is well cared for with a reasonably spacious room and very comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our thanks especially to Aleksandra. My wife and I wanted to take a train to Zakopane to do some Hiking in the Tatas. Aleksandra went to great lengths to assist us with train schedules, tickets, maps of the area and directions to the trails we wished to walk. She made this journey possible. Without question we would recommend the M29.

Fint hotel, der ligger centralt ved det gamle Jødiske kvarter. Dejligt værelse, dog fik vi et værelse øverst oppe under skråtaget, hvilke gjorde at vi ikke fik vinduer med udsigt, men loftvinduer med udsigt til himlen:-)

Property is in an excellent location, so close to many good restaurants and walkable to the Old Town. The room looks different to pictures, not as comfy. We were at the front of the hotel with bright light shining in our window and you could hear running water clearly through the night. The hotel also seems to be quite "anti-Expedia" which means I think we might have been allocated a room at the front (noisy at times), next to elevator (also a little noisy) - even their wifi password was "bookdirect" - it didnt' make me feel welcome

Overall everything was good - clean, modern room in the old Jewish district with friendly and helpful front desk staff. Only downside is that it gets quite loud outside at night, we were woken by people on the street at 3am. We were on the ground floor so it was especially loud. We only stayed for one night, otherwise we would have asked to chnage rooms to a quieter area.

I loved my stay at Hotel M29 and when I come back to Krakow, I will stay here again. It’s a great location in Kazimierz, and a short walk to Old Town. The hotel restaurant was amazing and I enjoyed it. The service was excellent. Karolina at the front desk helped me get a hair dryer when mine went out in the room and also helped me work through an issue I was having with my luggage! My recommendation is that they make sure they changes the sheets for every guest, because I found a hair that did not belong to me when I checked in. Regardless, I will be back, because the service and location was wonderful. The bathroom was clean and cute

The staff forbade us from eating doughnuts we hadn't purchased at the hotel. We were very rudely told off. Furthermore, the hotel is very cramped, and odors from the hotel kitchen waft throughout the entire hotel. The housekeeping staff didn't fulfill their duties. The hotel doesn't deserve the high ratings it receives on its website. It's a very average hotel.

Unfortunately I was given room 101 which is a small ground floor room, opposite the entrance and close to the elevator. Given its location the room was stuffy and noisy. Looked out into a blank wall courtyard which is a terrace in the summer so probably even less privacy (luckily it was winter so closed but still got to see the furniture) Smells from the kitchen were throughout the corridor to the room and often inside the room. The room was fine, very small and ok for single person but probably squashed for two. Bathroom was also very small. Location of the hotel is very good, maybe a redeeming quality. Very close to a lot of bars and restaurants in old Jewish quarter.

Nice hotel - with a very good location in the Jewish Qarter. This is where you want to stay when visiting Krakow as a tourist. We upgraded the room to have a bathtub - don’t do this!! Still believed there would be a shower, but there isn’t, so all baths is in the tub, which is only fun the first time. Breakfast was lacking in selection to our taste . You can order 1 thing from the menu - which was served directly from the kitchen. This is ok. But there is basically nothing eatable in the buffet. No bread, no toppings like cheese and meat.. etc. The on-site bar only serves alcoholfree beers for some reason. Luckily many other places outside the hotel. Staff is nice and friendly.
