What a fantastic find. This hotel offers exceptional value for money in great surroundings. The rooms are spacious with all the amenities needed. The staff in the hotel are welcoming, helpful and polite. Breakfast is fantastic - wide range of continental, cooked, breads, prosecco!!. The hotel itself and the rooms were immaculate and appear to be recently refurbished. If you want to use the spa/sauna need to pre-book a time slot.

The hotel was the Perfect location for walking 5 minute's to the old town. It really nice, clean and the rooms nice and big- we had a room with an organgary which was nice. The breakfast option's were really good. The candyfloss machine for the kids was a nice touch Their spa was so gorgeous for a little relaxation as a couple and such a good price I'd definitely recommend it and even stay here again if i visited Poland again.

We liked this property very much. It was in an ideal location with the town walkable in one direction and the Jewish area in the other. There was a supermarket opposite for anything we needed. Having said that, drinks and snacks in the minibar were very reasonably priced. Staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating. The only feedback we can give is that the room lacked a full length mirror and we missed the cleaning a couple of days because we were in the room late afternoon with do not disturb on our door. Perhaps cleaning could be done a little earlier. Thank you for a great stay. If we were to return to the area we would definitely stay again.

Hotel room was fine, beds very firm, fridge leaking and small. Parking is non-existent and you're given the option to pay to park several blocks away in a lot down a back alley. Would have been nice to know about the road closures during our stay which limited street parking even more

Fantastiskt trevligt hotell och rum. Ligger perfekt till i stan med gångavstånd till det viktigaste. Frukosten var över vår förväntan med inslag av både varmt och kallt, grönsaker och frukt. Vi fick även hjälp med en frukostpåse när vi var tvungna att åka tidigt på utflykt en morgon. Rummet låg lugnt till med en liten balkong mot innergården. Vi betalade även för hotellets transport med bil till och från flygplatsen-bekvämt och prisvärt. Skulle absolut rekommendera det här hotellet!

Had a great stay at the Ventus Rosa. It’s a small hotel so it’s very quiet, and our room was very spacious and clean. Walking distance to old town and the main square, as well as a park. Just off a Main Street so if you have a car you’ll be able to get to your destinations quickly. Front desk was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Freshly decorated, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds. The breakfast offers everything you can think of: cold meat and cheese, cooked breakfast, salads, pickles, serials, yogurts, hunney straight from honeycomb, 3 types of artisan jam (NOT in mini plastic containers) l, selection of bread and cakes, 3 or 4 juices, tea, coffe, mulled wine! In the room there are tea/coffee making facilities with complimentary freshly ground coffe, tea, coffee pods, water bottles. There are utensils in the cupboard if you would like to cook, hob and fridge. The hotel is 20min walk from the train station, 5 min walk from the Old Town and 10 min walk from Jewish Quoter. We have not used transport at all and walked everywhere. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. The area is very safe. Highly reccomended! It is a fantastic value for money!

This is a lovely hotel with pleasant staff. Good selection for breakfast. Room lovely clean and spacious, handy having the fridge to keep milk etc in it. Location is ideal for tour bus stop with it being just up the road. 10minute walk to the square and lots of lovely restaurants. Would definitely return and recommend

Went for a four day visit to the city. Unfortunately on the first day my wife stood on smashed glass that was in our room and missed by the cleaner. This did not go down well and put a downer on the hotel overall. But we carried on. Next day was fine. Weather great for exploring. We woke up for a shower the next morning and there was no hot water. The hotel tried to tell us that it was all over the city. It wasnt. Every cafe and restaurant still had lovely hot water so we went back and complained again. The staff smirked and admitted it was their boiler and it would be done that day. It wasnt. We finally had hot water again just before we left on the last morning. The hotel offered a refund of two nights. Unfortunately i do not believe we have received it.

Very good hotel. Everything was good.. big nice room, very clean, nice old style. The breakfast was the best! There was everything you could wish for. The staff was very nice and helpful. We recommend this hotel.

This is a lovely, clean modern hotel. The breakfast is incredible with an amazing selection of hot and cold foods, you could not wish for more. I particularly like the fact that reception is manned 24hrs.

Clean and well-kept. Location is fantastic for the old town which is just a few miutes walk away. Ther eis also a convenience shop right across the road. During the day, temperatures were hitting 30C but the air conditioning did not work in the room. It generated a very light breeze and turned off after a couple of hours leaving the room very hot. I complained 3 times and was told it was working fine. We had to sleep with the windows open with the temperature not becoming cool until after midnight. This made my son's hayfever worse which somewhat spoiled the trip. We picked this hotel specifically for the comfort of air conditioning. The breakfast was of ok quality but there were only small portions of each thing so it felt like you were picking at leftovers. We only used the hotel breakfast once and went around the corner to MoJa Cafe instead which was better value and quality. If you can stand the air con problem or go in colder months, it is ideal so our experience was only spoiled because of the hot weather and the hotels lack-lustre air con.

The mattress was rather hard, not comfortable. Usually I find hotel mattresses ok, so please get better mattresses Ventus Rosa! Location and unusually a receptionist there were very good. Size of room was good.

Most of the rooms in this hotel do not have a window and only have skylights. Most of the receptionists I met were really unfriendly and unhelpful. When I complained about the room, he said, “May be next time you have to book another hotel in Krakow.” Very good advice, I will do exactly that.

The Ventus Rosa was extremely clean, modern and well-equipped with everything you may need, including speciality coffee making facilities in the bedroom, complimentary water (still and sparkling), a stocked fridge with drink and food items that were chargeable. There were two coffee machines with complimentary ground and pod coffee provided. The small kitchenette had pans, crockery, glasses and cutlery, all of which were spotless. Every member of staff was excellent, especially Veronica on Reception who went over and above to ensure our happiness. The pleasant walk to the city centre took less than ten minutes. We will definitely stay again and can highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Had a great stay at the Ventus Rosa. It’s a small hotel so it’s very quiet, and our room was very spacious and clean. Walking distance to old town and the main square, as well as a park. Just off a Main Street so if you have a car you’ll be able to get to your destinations quickly. Front desk was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again

Most of the rooms in this hotel do not have a window and only have skylights. Most of the receptionists I met were really unfriendly and unhelpful. When I complained about the room, he said, “May be next time you have to book another hotel in Krakow.” Very good advice, I will do exactly that.

Lovely spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff who always helped with any query. Fantastic location as easy to walk to the old town and also the old Jewish quarter. Nice to stay in a hotel that felt traditionally Polish rather than a generic chain.

We liked this property very much. It was in an ideal location with the town walkable in one direction and the Jewish area in the other. There was a supermarket opposite for anything we needed. Having said that, drinks and snacks in the minibar were very reasonably priced. Staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating. The only feedback we can give is that the room lacked a full length mirror and we missed the cleaning a couple of days because we were in the room late afternoon with do not disturb on our door. Perhaps cleaning could be done a little earlier. Thank you for a great stay. If we were to return to the area we would definitely stay again.

Fantastiskt trevligt hotell och rum. Ligger perfekt till i stan med gångavstånd till det viktigaste. Frukosten var över vår förväntan med inslag av både varmt och kallt, grönsaker och frukt. Vi fick även hjälp med en frukostpåse när vi var tvungna att åka tidigt på utflykt en morgon. Rummet låg lugnt till med en liten balkong mot innergården. Vi betalade även för hotellets transport med bil till och från flygplatsen-bekvämt och prisvärt. Skulle absolut rekommendera det här hotellet!

Absolutely fantastic apartment in this Aparthotel with amazing breakfast. Location was lovely and quiet and so close to the old town of Krakow. A couple of shops very close to get any beers or snacks. Super friendly and helpful staff, always got a taxi in a couple of minutes.

This is a lovely, clean modern hotel. The breakfast is incredible with an amazing selection of hot and cold foods, you could not wish for more. I particularly like the fact that reception is manned 24hrs.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Freshly decorated, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds. The breakfast offers everything you can think of: cold meat and cheese, cooked breakfast, salads, pickles, serials, yogurts, hunney straight from honeycomb, 3 types of artisan jam (NOT in mini plastic containers) l, selection of bread and cakes, 3 or 4 juices, tea, coffe, mulled wine! In the room there are tea/coffee making facilities with complimentary freshly ground coffe, tea, coffee pods, water bottles. There are utensils in the cupboard if you would like to cook, hob and fridge. The hotel is 20min walk from the train station, 5 min walk from the Old Town and 10 min walk from Jewish Quoter. We have not used transport at all and walked everywhere. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. The area is very safe. Highly reccomended! It is a fantastic value for money!

La unica pega: No merece la pena coger desayuno en el hotel. Es demasiado caro, hay sitios cercanos donde se puede desayunar por una tercera parte. Recomiendo las cafeterías lajkonik cercanas o en la propia habitacion comprnado en el carrefour de enfrente.Del resto muy bien, decoracion, situacion (a 5 min del centro), habitacion espaciosa, con nevera, mini cocina.

Overall, a good stay. For us, breakfast wasn't as good as other reviewers said, but it was good enough. I guess a lot will be down to personal preference. Great location, near the centre but nice and quiet. Great size room. Helpful staff.

The hotel was the Perfect location for walking 5 minute's to the old town. It really nice, clean and the rooms nice and big- we had a room with an organgary which was nice. The breakfast option's were really good. The candyfloss machine for the kids was a nice touch Their spa was so gorgeous for a little relaxation as a couple and such a good price I'd definitely recommend it and even stay here again if i visited Poland again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ventus Rosa Boutique Apartment hotel. Without a doubt the best part of the property is the location, a short walk from the main square and next to the Jewish Quarter, as well as being only a 5 minute walk to Grzegorski station which has trains running to the airport and to Zator (for Energylandia) and Oswiecim (for Auschwitz), a perfect location. For any food/snacks there is a Zabka across the road and a larger store a few doors down. The rooms are clean and well furnished, we had an accessible room which was large and had all the amenities; an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, safe and a small kitchenette with all the basic items to cook a small dinner if required. Being on the bottom floor we had access to the courtyard with a table and chairs but most rooms on the upper floors have small balconies. The bed was comfortable (even if a little hard). Although we did not have breakfast, the hotel is attached to a coffee shop and a cheese and wine bar which both looked amazing. There were a few small issues with our stay; the first being that the bed only came with two small pillows (one per person) and a small scatter cushion, a few more pillows would be nice. Also the staff members were all a bit unhappy, although we were always greeted by them it was as if they were bored or didn't want to be there. Other than this, the stay was wonderful. Something to note: the doors lock at 11pm and you require a code to get into the hotel after this time.

The rooms are clean and well furnished, we had an accessible room which was large and had all the amenities; an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, safe and a small kitchenette with all the basic items to cook a small dinner if required. Being on the bottom floor we had access to the courtyard with a table and chairs but most rooms on the upper floors have small balconies. The bed was comfortable (even if a little hard). Although we did not have breakfast, the hotel is attached to a coffee shop and a cheese and wine bar which both looked amazing. There were a few small issues with our stay; the first being that the bed only came with two small pillows (one per person) and a small scatter cushion, a few more pillows would be nice. Also the staff members were all a bit unhappy, although we were always greeted by them it was as if they were bored or didn't want to be there. Other than this, the stay was wonderful. Something to note: the doors lock at 11pm and you require a code to get into the hotel after this time.

Helt ok. Personalet er hjelpsomme, men gir deg ikke inntrykk av at du er velkommen. Uttrykket er flatt. Toalettet i leiligheten luktet ikke godt. Kjøleskapet på rommet var en liten minibar. Det fungerer dårlig for 2 personer. Ikke nok plass.
