I was there for 2 nights. Room was sparse a wardrobe a bed and tv. Shared bathroom and toilet. No tea making facilities in the room I had to go 2 floors down to get any. Bed was very comfortable and was quiet

Warm, friendly welcome to a recently refurbished hotel. Small, basic rooms which are spotlessly clean. Stayed in single with en suite : small but spotless bathroom, good hot shower. Really comfortable bed! Hot drinks available in lounge area 24/7, together with microwave and fridge. Lounge has sofas and tables : food can be ordered in/brought with you and reheated. Every member of staff, from reception to the cleaning staff, is warm and welcoming! Rooms have TV, bed, small cupboard/wardrobe. No tea/coffee facilities in rooms, but that's not a bad thing-(a quick Google about hotel room kettles will horrify you!). Quiet residential street with little to no noise. Outside smoking area with tables to relax. For a decent breakfast recommend the Soul Stop Cafe, a 5 minute walk towards the station. Superb! This is not the Ritz: but it is a decent hotel, fairly priced to which we will return. Thankyou for a lovely stay 😀

An Oasis of Calm within one of the world's busiest cities. Exceptional, professional and friendly staff. Peaceful and quiet location within walking distance of Central Line underground station as well as local shops, restaurants etc. Comfortable clean rooms. Also a peaceful garden where birdsong is the only sound.

Easy to find, quiet road, helpful and friendly staff & safe place at an affordable price. I use a lot of hotels in and around London on business and this was perfect!. Parking for about 5 cars directly outside the hotel but residents parking only on the road during certain times so check or you'll get a ticket!

Upon arrival reception was warm and welcoming, the manager Absss was very helpful. Great customer service shown from him, attentive, needs sorted. Always someone in reception 24x7, very secure and re assuring. Cameras on all hall ways and entrances Small hotel with 5 star service.

Good points. The property was clean and tidy with tea making facilities. It has had a recent refurb. The staff were very helpful. The location was very close to bars and restaurants. Not so good points. I had an economy room with shared bathroom. Im 6'1" and the shower was a little on the small size. I managed to get a parking space this time but that was more down to luck because it's on a first come, first served basis. The TV in the room was worse than useless because it wouldn't lock into ANY stations so I gave up and turned it off. I would definitely stay here again, only this time with hopefully more notice to book than the 24 hrs I had this time and I would definitely upgrade to an ensuite next time.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were pleasant. The wardrobe units had the drawers removed so there was no flat surface on which to put my clothes. Though tea and coffee were available in the lounge I would have like a kettle in my room.

Overall I enjoyed my stay, the receptionists were lovely and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel provides all the amenities you need and there is a kitchen available to get free drinks which I did not personally use but it always looked clean. If you want to order food they can deliver it to the reception with no issues. My only small complaints are that the shower does not have a shower wall it is just a drain in the ground. I think this should have been built before allowing the room to be used just because it is quite unhygienic to shower with no shower curtain or wall right next to the toilet. I also noticed during the day and throughout the night I could hear everyone talking outside the room. Which means people could listen to me in my own room which felt a bit uncomfortable I think making the doors soundproof would help with that.

The hotel is clean and comfortable and well maintained. The only issues I encountered were that there was a string smell in all the common areas, which was probably of cleaning products, but was sometimes so strong as to be a bit nauseating.

Highly recommend this hotel, clean, and has what you need for a couple of nights. The staff it’s very friendly and has good customer service. Helped me to book a taxi to the airport. Sorry I don’t know his name, but it’s the receptionist at night, thanks for helping me out!

I didn't have very high expectations as the cost was so low, but was pleasantly surprised. Hotel is very basic but is clean and has everything you need. I was upgraded to a double on arrival (very early - just wanted to leave my case, but room was ready). Staff were friendly. Downsides: no cup/kettle in room and bathroom tiny with no mirror...

I know the room was fairly cheap but it felt really cheap. Heating didn’t work in the room and mattress very thin and cheap feeling. Not a luxury hotel

Good location for London but double bed pushed against wall, no bedside table. Broken wardrobe. The quilt on the bed was smaller thsn the King size cover - so small we could 'nt find it at first as the excess cover was tucked in around the bed. Ok for backpackers but very basic accommodation.

Booked a Deluxe Double room with an en-suite bathroom. Room was ok, but the bathroom was extremely small. No mirror with a tiny sink that made it impractical to use. Could not use the sink to shave or clean teeth. Couldn't close the bathroom door if using the toilet (see attached photo). However really friendly staff and easy check in/ out. Ok for one night stopover.

I booked a deluxe double room, this wasnt that deluxe. You are put in the loft on the second floor and room isnt as shown on the advert. There are unisex shower and toilet on the first floor under you and you get woken in the night when over guests use them and flush the toilet. This was very disappointing as a overnighy stay. Wouldve been better to book a premier inn and it wouldve been better value for money

There are unisex shower and toilet on the first floor under you and you get woken in the night when over guests use them and flush the toilet. This was very disappointing as a overnighy stay. Wouldve been better to book a premier inn and it wouldve been better value for money

What an excellent hotel. The staff were lovely, the room especially the bed was amazing and the view from the window, well as you can see from the pictures was amazing. Truly exceeded expectations and look forward to returning.

hotel is clean,reception staff helpful and friendly. Basic single room is just about adequate,though serves the purpose. Toilet in the shared bathroom had a damaged flush mechanism.

An Oasis of Calm within one of the world's busiest cities. Exceptional, professional and friendly staff. Peaceful and quiet location within walking distance of Central Line underground station as well as local shops, restaurants etc. Comfortable clean rooms. Highly recommend this hotel, clean, and has what you need for a couple of nights. The staff it’s very friendly and has good customer service. Helped me to book a taxi to the airport. Sorry I don’t know his name, but it’s the receptionist at night, thanks for helping me out!

Upon arrival reception was warm and welcoming, the manager Absss was very helpful. Great customer service shown from him, attentive, needs sorted. Always someone in reception 24x7, very secure and re assuring. Cameras on all hall ways and entrances Small hotel with 5 star service.

This was an overnight stay visiting family. When I booked the room I didn't realise that there it was with a shared bathroom so do check when booking. They did have a room with an ensuite which they moved us to happily. Excellent service thankyou. The rooms were clean and functional.

I didn't have very high expectations as the cost was so low, but was pleasantly surprised. Hotel is very basic but is clean and has everything you need. I was upgraded to a double on arrival (very early - just wanted to leave my case, but room was ready). Staff were friendly. Downsides: no cup/kettle in room and bathroom tiny with no mirror...

Warm, friendly welcome to a recently refurbished hotel. Small, basic rooms which are spotlessly clean. Stayed in single with en suite : small but spotless bathroom, good hot shower. Really comfortable bed! Hot drinks available in lounge area 24/7, together with microwave and fridge. Lounge has sofas and tables : food can be ordered in/brought with you and reheated. Every member of staff, from reception to the cleaning staff, is warm and welcoming! Rooms have TV, bed, small cupboard/wardrobe. No tea/coffee facilities in rooms, but that's not a bad thing-(a quick Google about hotel room kettles will horrify you!). Quiet residential street with little to no noise. Outside smoking area with tables to relax. For a decent breakfast recommend the Soul Stop Cafe, a 5 minute walk towards the station. Superb! This is not the Ritz: but it is a decent hotel, fairly priced to which we will return. Thankyou for a lovely stay 😀

Easy to find, quiet road, helpful and friendly staff & safe place at an affordable price. I use a lot of hotels in and around London on business and this was perfect!. Parking for about 5 cars directly outside the hotel but residents parking only on the road during certain times so check or you'll get a ticket!

Good points. The property was clean and tidy with tea making facilities. It has had a recent refurb. The staff were very helpful. The location was very close to bars and restaurants. Not so good points. I had an economy room with shared bathroom. Im 6'1" and the shower was a little on the small size. I managed to get a parking space this time but that was more down to luck because it's on a first come, first served basis. The TV in the room was worse than useless because it wouldn't lock into ANY stations so I gave up and turned it off. I would definitely stay here again, only this time with hopefully more notice to book than the 24 hrs I had this time and I would definitely upgrade to an ensuite next time.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff were pleasant. The wardrobe units had the drawers removed so there was no flat surface on which to put my clothes. Though tea and coffee were available in the lounge I would have like a kettle in my room.

Overall I enjoyed my stay, the receptionists were lovely and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel provides all the amenities you need and there is a kitchen available to get free drinks which I did not personally use but it always looked clean. If you want to order food they can deliver it to the reception with no issues. My only small complaints are that the shower does not have a shower wall it is just a drain in the ground. I think this should have been built before allowing the room to be used just because it is quite unhygienic to shower with no shower curtain or wall right next to the toilet. I also noticed during the day and throughout the night I could hear everyone talking outside the room. Which means people could listen to me in my own room which felt a bit uncomfortable I think making the doors soundproof would help with that.

I and my 85 year old mother each had a 'deluxe double room.' The word 'deluxe' conjures up something special, which it wasn't. The rooms were small. I had to climb over the bed to get to open the window. I appreciate the extraordinary weather but the rooms were very hot. Whilst air conditioning was not expected, electric fans would have been appreciated/ The beds were very low to the ground which made it difficult for my mother to easily get into and out of her bed. The 'bedside lamp' in her room didn't work. There is no breakfast option but you can make tea or coffee using a hot water urn, Generally, the hotel was clean if run down in a number of areas. There is no lift. The reception people were pleasant. We booked the hotel as it was 5 minutes away from an event so was pleased with the location. Parking was OK as we arrived early afternoon. It looked congested when we returned later that evening. The cost of the rooms was OK, considering.

This is a basic hotel made more for the commercial traveller. It's clean, has parking and good access to local transport links. However the room was very small and definitely not 'deluxe'. There are few 'in room facilities', no kettle, only space for one bedside table, an open wardrobe, sink was in bedroom, not in the tiniest shower room/loo. Pillows were virtually flat, and the bed was very hard. It's fine if you're just looking to arrive, sleep, and leave early. And the 24 hour reception is a definite bonus if you are coming in late!
