Hotel Heritage Home - 3 Mins Walk from Metro and 5 Mins from Rail Station

I stayed for 3days and experience is terrible specifically towards hygiene. Room was full of cockroach, bed sheet was not cleaned so as room. As soon I reached I have asked them to clean my room . I will not recommend any one to stay. Most importantly pictures showing on the websites is totally different. So donot go by pictures.

Poor cleaning, broken exhaust,poor air conditioning, dirty uncleaned bed sheets, bad service, poor reception. Its a low /poor quality hotel.

Room was not cleaned. Linen was Dirty and torn . It was dusty and smelling. When i ask for taxi it was on time but no AC in month of June and they me 500 rs. For it not to suggest any others.

The room condition and amenities provided in room is quite different from what has been shown in the pictures. Please provide the real image of the rooms and property and let people decide if they want to book the property or not. The staff service is good and cleaniness is ok.
