Terrible. My first room, the window was wide open and there was at least 40 flies using it as a breeding ground. I got another room, which had cigarette burn holes in both the sheets and the curtains. There was no shower curtain and the bath tub was filthy. The air conditioner was blowing out even more cigarette-tainted air. Every single staircase was out of order being “repainted” and only one working elevator. This has to be some kind of fire hazard violation! Basically no fire escape in case of emergency.

The desk attendant was a nice guy, but not present when i arrived. Doors were wide open a really sketchy characters were wandering in and out. Yes, some of them were guests of the hotel. The lobby had ceiling tile missing and the hvac was visibly Gerry rigged. The first room offered was uninhabitable. The attendant switched rooms… like i said, he was a nice guy. The hotels only elevator was out of service. The lobby restrooms were also out of service as was the only ice machine. The tv in my room has no remote. The smoke alarm was disconnected (legal?). I’m too tired to look for another hotel, but I’m pretty certain i won’t use another OYO property in the future.

The hotel was in a state of disrepair. The elevators didn't work - it rained in the lobby and it rained in the fire hose box and poured on the floor. There were bugs in our bathroom and we had to ask for clean towels for our room. The bathrooms off the lobby were out of order. The back doors were always propped open. We felt as tho we were staying in a homeless shelter.

I thought I had been given the wrong address when GPS took me to a Clarion Inn and Suites. The friendly woman at the front desk explained they were literally changing that night. Check-in was simple and as I previously stated, the front desk was very nice and friendly, which put my mind at ease considering there was caution tape in the communal sitting area and a sign that said no free breakfast with the lobby lights low and dingy. The elevator was out of order, so I was gratefully I was given a room on the first floor. The hallway smelled of old smoke and old mustiness and my room reaked of old smoke. My room appeared clean, and was put together like other Inns and hotels where I have stayed. The way the room smelled, though, told me that the clean walls were paint-over-old walls and that\'s why my non-smoking room smelled smokey and old. The first hand towel I picked up looked like leftover makeup that didn\'t come out. The toilet seat had chips in the enamel, and the bathtub was rusty along the bottom. The remote had no battery cover, and my bedding looked like it had stains from coffee spilled on it which I did not see until I turned back the covers. I didn\'t feel safe upon arrival, so I parked right next to my window for car security vs entry door convenience. No amount of "reading between the lines" of the website pictures could prepare anyone for the nature of what this place looked like in real life. Hopefully new management can bring it back to life.

I travel frequently, and this filthy dump is the most disgusting hotel I've ever stepped foot in - Expedia shouldn't even list places like this. The elevator didn't work, the heater was broken, blinds torn, sheets dirty, blankets missing and mold in the tub and shower. We walked in, saw the mess, and turned around. The young man at the desk said he couldn't process a refund since we booked through Expedia and I'm online hoping for the best. Meanwhile, whatever you do, avoid this repugnant stink hole!

Toilet quit working last morning there. Room was realitively clean but motel falling apart. Waterstains on ceilings and water leaking from ceiling in lobby. Dog poop on grass outside not picked up. Housekeeper very rude. Desk attendants were nice.

Apparently renovation is taking place but no evidence of it. Just a run down hotel that isn't ready for guests. Basics missing from the room - No comforter, no trashcan, no microwave or coffee maker despite what was in the listing. Room was soulless, with boards barely covering holes in the wall. Fitness centre is closed.

When we arrived the parking lot was full of a rather unappealing crowd, in the parking lot in the front door. The guy working the counter was great. We had to move rooms. The 1st room was crawling with roaches. When we got the keys to the 2nd he said idk what this room looks like so let me know. It was cleaner so ok, way later we discovered that we had no COLD water only scalding hot. There’s only 1 entrance at the front. No breakfast. 1 towel for 2 people for 3 days. 1 working elevator in the front. Pretty sure it’s mostly people that live there that make it very unpleasant. The pool is closed. Ice machine is broken. If it’s under construction I didn’t see where, it’s just mostly falling apart.

I have traveled extensively, but I have never encountered a hotel with such a multitude of issues. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by individuals at the front desk using profanity and appearing to be under the influence of substances. The front desk staff member made a concerted effort to manage the situation. After receiving the keys to our room, we walked down the hallway, which had a noticeable odor of cigarettes and marijuana. We entered our room to find a full bed without a comforter, no curtains, a broken toilet paper roll, one roll of toilet paper, no towels, and dust so thick on the lamp that one could see my fingerprints. The breakfast area did not have breakfast available, and the pool was empty. I attempted to cancel our reservations but was unable to reach anyone. We were subsequently issued a new room with a king bed. We requested a blanket because there were only sheets on the bed. We were provided with one towel. We attempted to use the microwave, but it malfunctioned. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Dont do it!! I found HUGE BEDBUGS crawling on my pillows trying to get into my things. I ran out and lost my credit card and they cant even give me my money back for days. They know they HAVE BED BUGS TOO!! RUN DOWN DELAPTATED BUILDING

Worst room I have ever seen with my own eyes. Massive chunks of visible black mold in the air conditioner. Furniture absolutely grimey. Floor sticky. Bugs crawling in the bathroom. No toilet paper. No comforter on bed, just stained thin white sheets. Huge crack in the window. Insane. Something out of a horror film.

Entire hotel smelled like dogs and cigarettes. Wall paper was peeled, no blanches on bed, unknown substance on floor and refrigerator. Mold in bathtub. No toilet papers. Ants, spiders, roaches in room. I had to get out there and checked out without staying. Front guy was nice and apologetic. Not his fault. But it was horrible.

There was urine in the toilet when I checked into the room; the manager’s reaction was, “Well, was the rest of the room clean?” I was willing to try a second room, but it had dead bugs on the floor and cigarette burns in the sheets. I had to ask for a refund and book a different hotel. This is one of the most disgusting hotels I’ve ever stepped foot in; I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

Do NOT stay here! Filthy, unsafe, bed bugs and nothing works. I don’t know how this is a licensed business. If I didn’t have pictures, nobody would ever believe me when I tried to describe how bad this place is. There were TONS of bed bugs, the bed smelled so strong like urine I couldn’t sleep in it. Stains and hairs all over the sheets in addition to the bugs. The bathroom light didn’t work at all so I had to use a flashlight. One lamp in the room didn’t have a shade on it, the other one didn’t even have a bulb. Knife holes in the walls. Tons of drugged out people wandering around the property and the hallways inside. Elevators were broken, roof was leaking bad, hotel in general was filthy. Too much to describe in one review.

I would advise anyone to stay away from this hotel. I was greeted but an odor of marijuana in the lobby. But I checked in anyway assuming maybe someone had just passed through and that it wasn’t the hotel itself. ( I was wrong the odor remained during my couple hours spent there.) Now onto the room, everything was dingy and in disrepair. The walls were marked up. The sheets had holes in them from prior cigarette burns. The bed on one side had a metal bar sticking out that my shine constantly found, it was also sharp leaving a small cut on my right leg. The small kitchen area had 2 draw fronts missing. There were no outlets to charge phones by the beds, nor were there lamps or end tables by the bed. The only choice to charge the phone was to use the power strip by the TV. On the counter near the microwave and hot plate were dead cockroaches. Spider webs decorated the windows. This hotel shouldn’t even be an option on hotels.com. Stay Away!!,

Staff was great and outside of hitel was great. room was the worst ive ever stayed in. Walls were dirty. No light in the bedroom area... no fixture and no lamp so no option for light. There was ine towel in the room. We had 3 people so i asked for more and was given one more because thats all they had. Bed only had a sheet. Parking lot had a lot of sketchy people loitering. We got what sleep we could and left.

Where to start… Listen I have been in a lot of “value” hotels especially when it’s just one night. First off the entire building REEKED of cigarettes. Which I get, it’s Tulsa…. But it’s a “non-smoking” hotel….okay 🙄. Lobby and staff was fine. Hot but fine. The room I booked was “non-smoking” room. Opening the door you could smell the cigarette smoke. The sheets and the covers had cigarette burns all over them and smelt of cigarettes. No remote for the tv. Didn’t matter because the cable didn’t work. Little kitchen area was fine. Clean enough and I wasn’t using it so not concerns there. The bathroom was gross. Wallpaper peeling, toilet paper holder broken, shower curtain nasty, and no trash can to be fine in the whole room. It’s only one night we tell ourselves and push on. I shower and immediately the tub starts filling. Great. I hurry up my shower. Takes almost an hour for the tub to drain. Go attend to the business that we came into town for. Come back to go to bed and low and behold… Roaches. On the floor on the side table. The pillows are tiny refuse to sleep under the sheet. The only good thing about this room was the A/C worked very well, loud, but it was nice and cool. Overall, worst hotel stay in awhile. Do not recommend.

Well on the website it said that they had a swimming pool that was not filled. They said that they offered breakfast there was no breakfast the room that we had the AC did not work there were ants all over the place in the bed was broke and there was a bar sticking out and we had children in the room the youngest being 2 years old when I mentioned it he tried moving us to a different room and there was mold growing on the table in that room and the room was nasty and wasn't even cleaned I will not be recommending that hotel to anybody and we will not ever stay there again

To start, I am not a hotel snob. Basic clean serviceable place to stay is fine for me. This hotel is misrepresented on the internet and should be avoided for the common traveler. The hotel looks like it was used to house the homeless. First room was rejected due to black mold and uncleaned shower along with other damage. Second room was taken only because I had prepaid. The better room was identified by magic marker written on the wall. Room had no lampshade but light bulb did work. Television did not work. One towel set for a room with two double beds and two guests. One pillow for each bed and one sheet set. No blanket, bedspread or anything else. If the sheet was not good enough, you were out of luck and it was December with cold temps. Not even a disposable plastic cup to brush your teeth or get a drink. Hotel desk could not provide a plastic cup. Don't believe the internet. There is no breakfast served. There is not even a serviceable breakfast area. The graffiti etched and written into the furniture and other areas just adds to the ambiance. The owners are aware of this and running it like a flop house. This facility should not present itself as a regular hotel.

1st given wroung room type, it was in very bad shape, rusty tub and stool, smelled bad. 2nd room was not much better, missing lights, wall recepticles without covers. Decided to cut loss and booked another hotel.

Checked in went to room holes in walls, no blanket just sheets, drapes broken, bathroom has duct tape on toilet paoer holder. No remote for tv spent about 2 hours waiting for them to figure out to program new remote i ended up doing it.

Made a reservation online & paid for it a few days before we showed up- then when we showed up & they said they were all booked. The front desk gave us a customer service number & told us to call for a refund. The front desk guy was nice, but it would have been nice to have some communication about the place being overbooked. Super frustrating.

Waited 15 minutes to an empty front desk waiting for someone to check me in. Once I got the room keys walking through the hallways was sketchy. I walked into the room and walked right out, dirtiest bathroom I’ve ever seen with my 2 eyes, bed sheets were literally covered in stains. Tv was literally broken, one of the headboards was ripped off. And the entire room, actually the entire hotel smelled like smoke. This hotel is a place we’re kids get rooms to throw they’re parties, if you are visiting out of town to not even think about staying here

The place was clean to a point. My boots stuck to the carpet. The elevator smelled like a farmhouse. There was blood on my sheet. There was knife holes in the wall. The glass cover for the wall light was not screwed on I bumped into it and it fell and broke. The location of this place I felt like I had to watch my back. Drug addicts or women of the night walking down the hallways. I will not recommend any of my clean friends to stay here. But all in all it was a bad to sleep in only one side I didn't want to touch the blood.

I mention smell because once you get off the elevator to go to your room you're hit in the face with cigarettes, urine, and other unmentionables. Due to health concerns, burn holes in the bedding, and overall lack of cleanliness; I refused to stay the night and have asked for a refund. The staff was kind, apologetic, and helpful.

Do not stay here! This hotel stank of cigarette smoke. The people hanging around were very scary and appeared to be on drugs. The room was filthy with falling down floor moulding. I didnt even want to se anything down. I felt very unsafe. We checked out immediately!

This place should not be listed as a hotel. Drug traffic going on all night. Long term stayers that rule this place totally. Run down property with all the dirt collected everywhere. Poor housekeeping.... I have never stayed in a worse place. Ever. And I travel up to 100 hotel nights a year.

I would only stay here if the was absolutely no hotels available and only in an emergency. The hotel is a very trashed and run down property. The rooms were shoddy and have seen many better days. Many scary people living/staying there. I would def pass on this one.

The hotel was so shockingly filthy and smelly, with vagrants hanging around, that we could not stay. Literally had to go across the parking lot where (thankfully) another hotel had room for us. I paid for a room and got NOTHING, and furthermore, Hotels.com did not give my money back.

I’m pretty sure this isn’t a hotel for normal humans anymore. It seemed like a lot of vagrants and weekly guests were staying there. It smelled pretty weird. The elevators were down. I think some random people took over a hotel and just let it go. There was a lot of cosmetic damage that was let go. The place is really going downhill. I’m 98% sure I watched someone buy drugs out of an adjacent buildings window.

Terrible. You cant check in early at all not just because its extra but because there is no one at the desk. Also additional fees for early and late check out. Place wreaked of weed and piss. Unnatural since of danger. Two rooms i was shown, one smelled of sandlewood and Cigarette smoke. The second had visibly lumpy beds and a huge horse fly landed on the bed as i walked in. Paint pulling away in spots from water damage

Property under new ownership very recently and needs a lot of work. Lobby area has a water leak. No complimentary breakfast currently. Front desk area is the only thing open in the lobby area. Room had issues too. Temperature display on the AC/Heat unit is unreadable, but unit worked. TV remote worked intermittently, and the power button did not work at all. One push button switch for the lights between the beds cannot be used. It is pushed back in the fixture. The buttons to dial with on the phone are there, but it is missing a lot of the other buttons. Very disappointed with this hotel. I don't recommend it. A lot of work needs to be done by the new owners.

I thought I had been given the wrong address when GPS took me to a Clarion Inn and Suites. The friendly woman at the front desk explained they were literally changing that night. Check-in was simple and as I previously stated, the front desk was very nice and friendly, which put my mind at ease considering there was caution tape in the communal sitting area and a sign that said no free breakfast with the lobby lights low and dingy. The elevator was out of order, so I was gratefully I was given a room on the first floor. The hallway smelled of old smoke and old mustiness and my room reaked of old smoke. My room appeared clean, and was put together like other Inns and hotels where I have stayed. The way the room smelled, though, told me that the clean walls were paint-over-old walls and that\'s why my non-smoking room smelled smokey and old. The first hand towel I picked up looked like leftover makeup that didn\'t come out. The toilet seat had chips in the enamel, and the bathtub was rusty along the bottom. The remote had no battery cover, and my bedding looked like it had stains from coffee spilled on it which I did not see until I turned back the covers. I didn\'t feel safe upon arrival, so I parked right next to my window for car security vs entry door convenience. No amount of "reading between the lines" of the website pictures could prepare anyone for the nature of what this place looked like in real life. Hopefully new management can bring it back to life.

The property was in horrendous shape and apparently under substantial renovations. The elevator didn’t work so we had to walk down stairs. There was a breakfast area. But they never served breakfast. And the lobby rest area was partitioned off with yellow caution tape. But the employee when we checked in and his friends were over in that area prank calling other businesses. The mattress was terrible. Very cheap. Not enough pillows. Would not stay here again.

One towel set for a room with two double beds and two guests. One pillow for each bed and one sheet set. No blanket, bedspread or anything else. If the sheet was not good enough, you were out of luck and it was December with cold temps. Not even a disposable plastic cup to brush your teeth or get a drink. Hotel desk could not provide a plastic cup. Don't believe the internet. There is no breakfast served. There is not even a serviceable breakfast area. The graffiti etched and written into the furniture and other areas just adds to the ambiance. The owners are aware of this and running it like a flop house. This facility should not present itself as a regular hotel.

I have traveled extensively, but I have never encountered a hotel with such a multitude of issues. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by individuals at the front desk using profanity and appearing to be under the influence of substances. The front desk staff member made a concerted effort to manage the situation. After receiving the keys to our room, we walked down the hallway, which had a noticeable odor of cigarettes and marijuana. We entered our room to find a full bed without a comforter, no curtains, a broken toilet paper roll, one roll of toilet paper, no towels, and dust so thick on the lamp that one could see my fingerprints. The breakfast area did not have breakfast available, and the pool was empty. I attempted to cancel our reservations but was unable to reach anyone. We were subsequently issued a new room with a king bed. We requested a blanket because there were only sheets on the bed. We were provided with one towel. We attempted to use the microwave, but it malfunctioned. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
