Sam, the onsite manager, was amazing. He is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. He loves to visit with his guests! When our key did not work he came immediately and changed out the batteries in our door. When I could not figure out the tv, he came immediately and helped me learn how to work it. This is a simple roadside motel. The room was in great shape and very clean. Parking was easy, being right outside our door. It is all one-story and makes it easy access for all abilities. I will definitely stay again when passing through Hebron or coming to hunt.

My sister walked around the floor barefoot and when she got in the shower, dirt was washing off the bottom of her feet. Appears the floor is not washed or dusted on a regular basis. Everything else was OK but there could be a coffee maker either in the rooms or in the lobby. It's a small town with no fast food places to grab a cup of coffee.

Extreme hassle checking in based on the name. Stayed here many times using the same method. This time was forced to contact online vendor to change name. Room smelled and had to burn candle. Needed to use our own towels due to the smell.

I was not expecting much for under $70/night but my room and bathroom were spotless, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the air conditioner worked better than most hotels I’ve stayed in.

Sam was wonderful and helped make our stay at Riverside a fun mini-vacation for our family traveling together! Very clean room, excellent value for the money! We will be delighted to stay again when we return to Hebron, Nebraska. Thank you very much!

The motel is spotless clean, very updated and absolutely the best I have ever seen. The room is amazing a nice big comfy king size bed, television, microwave and mini fridge. The bathroom is spotless and all the fixtures look like new. I wish this motel was on my regular vacation route. A friend recommended it and I am super grateful.

It was a quiet place for a one night stay in a small town. The room had a recent remodel with vinyl plank floors so no carpet to deal with. Bed was comfy.

Even though it was a typical small town motel, it had some nice upgrades to it such as laminate flooring and new tile work and counter in the bathroom. It didn't have a bathtub but I didn't mind that at all because it had a huge shower. The best part of this motel was the owner. He was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend staying in this motel if you are in the area.

Stayed at our small town motel. Remodeled and clean. Has a fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioner worked well. Owner even came by to let us know that our car windows were open and it was going to rain. Easy check out. Only thing missing in the room was a blow dryer. It may have been something to check out from a front office but would have been nice to have one in the room. We would definitely stay here again.

I was on my way back from Albuquerque & Tucson. The roads become slippery. I’m very nervous driving in bad winter conditions. I pulled over shaking becomes I was all over the road. While I was making reservations I misspelled my last name while texting with my shaky hands. Sam was very patient with me and helped me resolve my issue. Kudos to you Sam for helping me while I was so stressed out! Keep up the great customer service! My room is just lovely! So warm & Cozy! Decorated beautifully.

The room was fine with the exception of the refrigerator not working. The freezer seemed to have a build up of ice in it, so I thought it was ok. I put an ice cream sandwich in there and when I went to eat it, it was completely melted. My big complaint was checking in. I set up my hotel.com account over 20 years ago with the name I go by. (The shortened version of my legal name.) I have never had a problem with it. This place could not seem to understand that concept and made remarks of fraud and scams. I spent about 45 minutes trying to check in and had to call hotel.com and have them fix it. I was tired after driving all day and just wanted to relax. All they did was get me irritated and the smell of spices in the office was nauseating!

This was a nice place to stay, nothing fancy but quiet and restful. The guy that checked me in was really nice. Just a note, there was no coffee in the room and the check in door was locked the next morning, so not sure if they had coffee in the office area. I found some at a local gas station.

High marks for cleanliness. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were less comfortable than standard motel pillow expectations. I marked this review down to a 4 because of their exorbitant pet fee. On hotels.com it says dog friendly with a fee. In my experience, the fee is usually around $20/night. I did pay $30/night once at a nicer hotel. They charged us an extra $40 on an $80/night room!!! A 50% charge for a small dog for a motel with vinyl floors. I find that absolutely egregious. I don’t expect much in the way of amenities from small town motels, but I would note this motel does not have conditioner in the bathroom. They also have a weird sign affixed to the wall about not flushing feminine products or marijuana. There was no one at the desk to check us in at 8:00 pm and no one to check us out at 9:45 am. We had to wait five minutes for the owner to return to check in. We ended up leaving the card in the room at check out. We were only concerned about checking out at the desk because they said check out was at 10:00 am and they had more exorbitant fees if you weren’t out by 10:00. Overall, it was a decent price unless you have a pet, then it was WAY not worth it. I would not stay there again with my dog. You will probably be satisfied if you just want a clean, cheap motel, are prepared to check out before 10:00 am and don’t have a pet.
