Double bedroom studios

Old in poor condition and very noisy, both noise from other units and the street. Studio implied some ability to cook but there were no plates or cutlery other than tea spoons and only a microwave for cooking.

Better than expected. Wifi worked fine, room was nice and clean. Place was quiet and I slept quite well. Host was responsive. Place was a bit cold but there were many blankets provided. Great for the price in my opinion!

There is a lot of good and... not bad, but not so good... with this hotel. When we arrived the cab driver said it was not in the best neighborhood, and it didn't look the best. However, we had no issues in it, other than it was a 10-minute cab ride from almost anything else. There is a 24-hour prior check in with the hotel required, and they will text you with the code to get into the hotel and room. This didn't happen (probably something I did wrong), and when the hotel was contacted, they got us the code with no issues. Very good service (though maybe they could e-mail and txt it, as a backup?). The hotel isn't in the best shape, but they are (as of my stay) renovating. And the work they are doing looks VERY nice. Once it is done, it will be very nice. The stairs are very narrow, and there is no elevator. My wife is disabled, so this made it slow going... but it is not a deal breaker. The room was wonderful. Still needing a few more renovations, I think; however, they have done very good work on it. It was quite spacious, with a special automatic hot water heater that you turn on for 15 minutes, and then you have wonderfully hot water for shaving and showering. There was a kettle for tea, and a good TV. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom/shower were both awesome. The only bad thing about the room was that there was no rack in the shower to put your soap/shampoo, and with my knees it was tough to set it on the shower floor. A nice hotel overall!

Abrimos chamado no Hotéis.com, disseram que mandariam o código por e-mail e não o fizeram. Atenderam nosso telefone apenas quando já estávamos na porta da acomodação sem saber o que fazer. Dia 31/12/21 com 2 crianças, a primeira coisa que disseram: antes de mais nada sem festas! Passaram o código da porta, entramos em um corredor imundo entre colchão velho e cama desmontada, para subirmos 4 lances de escadas em um carpete podre de sujo. Entrando no quarto outra péssima surpresa, sem espaço para andar ou para colocar as malas, um carpete encardido, com pacotes de salgadinho e outras sujeiras embaixo da cama, chão cheio de cabelo, o aquecedor fora da parede, fios expostos, tinham pratos, xícaras diferentes, colheres e facas; mas não tinha copos e garfos. As camas são um capítulo à parte, colchão mole (velho) e torto, que inclinado para o centro da cama. Os interruptores e tomadas velhos e desparafusamos das paredes. Banheiro MINÚSCULO e CHEIO DE MOFO, NOJENTO!!! As janelas dos quartos não tampam a claridade, te obrigam a dormir no claro. Alugam estúdio para 4 pessoas, mas se todos tomarem banho, falta água quente. O WI-FI É LENTO E SÓ PEGA PERTO DA PORTA POIS ELE FICA NO 1° ANDAR, e o sinal do Wi-Fi desce e não sobe! Did not love walking up 6 flights of stairs carrying luggage. Stayed three nights.. it got to be too much.

Nice place, very centric. No AC.

Clean and spacious room. Bed was comfortable which was appreciated. Good location with lots of amenities just steps away. Easy check in. Only issue was being on the 4th floor with heavy luggage and no lift

Très satisfait de mon séjour au Double Bedroom Studio. La chambre est spacieuse avec trois lits simples et un lit double. La salle de bain, récemment rénovée, comprend une douche, un lavabo et des toilettes. Des serviettes de toilette de qualité sont fournies.( manque juste un seche serviettes je l'ai signalé directement au propriétaire qui a pris note de ce manque). Le mode d'emploi du ballon d'eau chaude est simple et affiché à l'entrée de la chambre. Une bouilloire avec des tasses, du café, du thé et du sucre est disponible sur un petit meuble, où se trouve également un micro-ondes. Le jour de l'arrivée, vous recevez un message avec le code pour la porte d'entrée principale et pour la boîte à clés fixée sur la porte de la chambre. Le Double Bedroom Studio est très bien situé, à moins de 20 minutes à pied de O'Connell Street, l'artère principale de Dublin, à 25 minutes à pied du château de Dublin et à 22 minutes à pied du Trinity College. Très satisfait de mon séjour.

As expected but we stayed during a rare heat wave and the inside of the studio was super hot without any fans

Everything was good here, but they shut the water off from 11:30 pm to 5 am. E got in from the airport late and were needing showers. 2.5 of the 5 of us were able to shower. It was not convenient at all. It shut off while my daughter was showering.

Nos gustaron las camas, muy cómodas. La habitación muy estrecha, éramos 4 personas. No hay ninguna silla. Muy limpio. Ventilación escasa.

Place was nice enough but had issues with no running hot water in the morning.

L'évacuation de l'eau de la douche était très difficile, donc ça débordait. J'ai signalé le problème par message, je n'ai eu aucune réponse.

Le quartier n'est pas le plus cossu de Dublin, certes, mais nous n'avons eu aucun problème. Nous étions 5 : 2 adultes et 3 enfants (15, 11 et 5 ans). Les lits étaient propres et confortables. La salle de bain était nickel. Bref, vu le prix par rapport à d'autres logements, je ne regrette pas du tout et suis même très satisfait. Je recommande.

Apparemment assez restreint pour un couple et un bébé. Le sol n’était pas très propre. La salle de bain n’est pas top. Quand on se douche l’eau se met partout et il n’y a pas de serviette pour le sol. Le propriétaire peut faire mieux surtout avec le prix qu’il loue la chambre. On entend le bruit des voisins sur les escaliers et le bruit des voitures sur la voirie.

Tres bien situé, à 10mn à pied du tram pour le centre ville. Literie tres bien et salle de bain propre mais nous avons manqué d’eau chaude…dommage!

Die Unterkunft war super, aber es ist an der Hauptstraße sehr laut (Verkehrsanbindung daher gut)

The room was great and easily able to accommodate our group with an extra bed left. It was a bit warm at night to sleep. The location had lots of places to eat around the location and it was about 8 minutes to get to the main bus line. Bag storage was 5 Euro a day, which for 6 bags was a bit expensive.

Stayed here on the first leg of our trip. It was kind of weird arriving and our taxi driver said are you sure you want to be dropped off here? But honestly the neighborhood we were at was safe enough feeling. We found the door easy enough, the people at the pawn shop next door were there and I'm pretty sure they run the place we stayed in. They were nice and made sure we got in okay. It was close to bus stops to take you into the city center, or just a 25-30 min walk. You can buy a leap card at the convenience store on the same block and then you can get on and off the bus easily. The beds were okay. The double seemed to be more comfortable than my single bed. I felt like my feet were angled downward and it hurt my back. There was basically no padding in the mattress anymore. The bathroom is small (like all of europe) and the water pressure is meh. But honestly overall it was a good stay for a short 2 nights. They were in the middle of renovating, hopefully the rooms will be nicer.

We stayed at this place for a week and our roof in our room leaked, we had to spend the night in there until another room came free for us. Once we switched rooms we didn’t have any hot water the first night which was not pleasant after a long day. The place beside us was having a very noisy party and since the new room we got was placed at the front of the house the traffic was loud. It wasn’t easy dealing with issues and this was in October. The beds were not comfortable at all, I messaged the property while we were still there to discuss receiving a partial refund due to the issues and was ghosted and have not heard back. Considering paying over $1000 for the accommodation I wasn’t pleased with the service we had

The shower was slow draining. Contacted the manager which said they would take care of it, that never happened. Also, after traveling we couldn't check in early or leave our luggage. The store next door charged us 30.00 euros for leaving our luggage until check-in time. Other than that it was a decent place.

To check on andnget a passkey for the door, you have to ring the owner 24hours before check on. However, noone answered all day so could not check on. Had to cancel and did not get a refund. Scam.

Had a great stay, the gents who let us in gave us the info to check in a bit early , before returning our rental car which saved us a lot of hassle moving luggage! Convenient location on many major bus routes and an easy walk to the city centre!

Das man 24h vorher online einchecken muss steht nicht in der E-Mail. Konnte aber durch einen Anruf geklärt werden. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was angegeben wurde. Würde ich gerne wieder buchen.

Je ne peux pas dire pour les autres chambres mais ma chambre a moi la fenêtre était brisé elle ne fermait plus mon lit était très inconfortable le drain de la douche était bloqué…… mais pour le prix et l’emplacement c’est très bien. Il y a personne sur place pour nous accueillir mais un numéro de téléphone pour appeler si on a besoin d’aide.

Spent one night with my sons. Check-in was easy, clean and conformable for a short stay.it was also quiet.

Flott beliggenhet- gangavstand til sørsiden. Spennende puber og restauranter i nærheten.

Prima plek! Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Loopafstand van het centrum. Spar met alles wat je nodig hebt zit drie deuren verder.
