Without a doubt the worst place I have ever booked on Hotels.com. My work colleague and myself arrived at the "hotel" to find no way in. The key that the message from the manager had stated that it was in a lock box but that was open and missing the key. As we were trying to figure a way in to the "hotel" the police arrived to perform a welfare check on one of the residents. Seeing us standing there they called someone who then called someone else who came down and opened the door. Seeing this and that fact that the police were there made my choice easy, we weren't staying but thought we'd check the place out to see if it was a viable place to stay. DO NOT look at the pictures and instead read the ratings as I thought by the pictures that it would be a pleasant place to stay, but no. My room, number 4 had obviously been slept in as the bedding was messy and the room had not been made up. The "pool table" in the pictures is ripped to shreds and the place is messy, shoes left in the hallway near the door by the other "residents" and there was not one single vehicle in the car park and there were spare keys littered around that made me question if my things would be safe in the room. All in all, do yourself a favour and do not book this "hotel" Now I'm off now to explain to my boss why I wasted £500.

Opplevde et svært skitten rom og bad. Utsikt fra rommer var en tekke med containere. Fikk et lite håndkle og en vaskeklut på deling til to. Service fraværende. Vi traff ingen av personalet. Pris stod ikke i forhold til rommet.

Rum med egen toalett var helt okej.

Otydlig skyltning och ett märkligt sätt för incheckning. Nyckeln till entrén var i en box utanför med kod, som frös ihop under kvällen när det snöat, fick kämpa i nästan 30 minuter med att hacka fram dosan sen försöka snurra till koden var inte lätt, tur att man är hantverkare och väl försedd med verktyg i bilen, fick börja med att ta fram hammare och mejsel för att hacka loss isen sen bryta upp locket, måttlig roligt mitt i natten med sånt här, frusen och lite irriterad lyckades vi till sist komma in.
