Avalon Beachside Apartment Pool Beach Access

This beautiful apartment is right on the Avalon Beach headland. It’s a two minute stroll to the beach and as many shops, cafes and restaurants as you’d ever want. It also has a FULL kitchen and Woolies is right there too. It has one bedroom and a super comfy sofa bed (my neck says thanks for the memory foam pillows!). The living areas are filled with light and was a delight to sit, read and eat yummy takeaway fish and chips in. The host and I were in contact throughout the stay and he was super responsive. Couldn’t have had a better stay! FIVE stars!

Pet friendly, cosy and close to the beach and cafes.Overall great stay, would have been better if the kitchen came with at least a saucepan.

The communication and attention to detail through the Property Manager was excellent and very helpful. Unfortunately the appartment and it's amenities did not match up to expectations. The oven, oven pans and rungs had not been cleaned for ages and all was in dire need of a commercial cleaner to rid the oven of old grime. The dish washer racks collapsed completely and was unusable with the heavy earthernware crockery.The bed linen and cushions on the bed were certainly not up to 440 a night tariff.Situation was good ... handy to village. .
