Comfortable 2 pièces Central - Clim & Parking

L’appartement est très bien situé, proche des commerces, de la promenade des anglais et des transports.L’appartement est plutôt bien équipé et les photos sont conformes.

Bien préciser que le parking ne convient pas à un SUV de taille moyenne car le trajet d’accès à la place est très tortueux (virages à angles droits) . Nous avons malheureusement abîmés notre pare-chocs avant droit et avant gauche à notre arrivée et à notre départ.Petit souci avec la fermeture des portes de la douche signalé lors du Check in qui n’a pas été réglé pendant le séjour.Logement très bien situé à deux pas de la promenades des Anglais et des commerces.Nous avons tout fait à pied, ce qui est très appréciable.Nous recommandons ce logement bien ensoleillé.

Appartement agréable et fonctionnel Calme Parking

This location is fantastic. It’s only 8 minutes walk to the beach and 15-ish minutes to Old Town (the restaurant area actually starts before Old Town, so that’s what I’m counting). The staff of the rental company were extremely responsive, fabulous at answering questions right away. We had issues with the shower, not draining properly, but we coped with it. We also had issues that our car did not fit in the garage, but again, we found a workaround. My biggest negative feedback is that the check-in process is a little bit complicated. You have to go to the rental company office, which is about 10 minutes by car away, to pick up the keys to check in. I’m not sure why they don’t have a lock box at the property to make self check-in easier. We had a car, so it just involved a little more driving. But for anyone who does not have a car, this would probably be a major pain. But the location, and the price, was great. And the fact that the rental company was very responsive does make the check process easier than it would’ve been had it been less responsive company.
