CASA-Mathilda luxueuse villa moderne avec piscine

Die Villa ist perfekt. Es fehlt an nichts. Jedes Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Einrichtung von Küche und Wohnzimmer ist modern und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad sind in der Gestaltung farblich jeweils aufeinander abgestimmt, die Betten absolut bequem. Die Bäder neu und modern. Der Ausblick und die Ruhe: ein Traum! Für die Teenager:W-LAN :-) aber auch Tischtennisplatte oder Fahrräder. Und der Pool selbst im Oktober noch geöffnet (ist in vielen anderen Unterkünften ab 1.Oktober geschlossen). Getoppt wird alles durch die zauberhafte und charmante Managerin Tracey! Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub!

Beautiful property 30mins from Nice centre and 10 mins from the promenade at St Laurent du Var. It is a bit isolated so a car is needed to get about, especially to the Supermarket but otherwise nice and peaceful with great views. Uber is not the most reliable there. Jean Paul, the owner, was very helpful and acommodating. Overall, wonderful.

This house is perfect for a family who likes a clean modern central house in the Cote d'Azur. The kitchen is fully loaded with all kind of furniture; the beds are very nice, bathrooms perfect. If there is something; Tracey is always there (we needed her just 1 time in the 12 days we stayed in the house; everything was perfect and okay).

Séjour super, la maison est géniale très propre et spacieuse et confortable. La piscine est parfaite pour nos fins de journée et petits 5@7. Garage pour l’auto. Il n’y manquait rien. Vraiment je recommande pour famille.

This is a great property. Fabulous pool, fabulous view and to be honest. I struggled to find anything it didn’t have. It’s a short drive from Saint Laurent Du Var and the train to Nice and Monaco or Cannes. There was some difficult getting taxis both Uber and local but it worked out eventually. Really quiet at night and not for those who wish to be in the middle of things with the ability to walk to bars and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this to any family. Tracey was in contact with us prior to arrival which made everything happen smoothly and efficiently.
