The Haüs Windham - Spacious Suites, Hot Tub, Mountain Views!

Photos are misleading when it comes to the glass haus. A lot of their rooms are not fully maintained. We could not use hot tub, some doors in the revere room didn’t lock, the heat stopped working by morning hours and the room was absolutely freezing. No one is on site if you need immediate help. I want a partial refund.

Mainly the location and the solitude.

Stayed in Hamilton suite: Keypad lock was horrendous. Door didn't stay closed unless lock was turned. No kettle or microwave for basic food prep. Bathroom shower was unclean. Only saving grace was bedroom was well heated with decent beds. Do yourself a favor and pass on this place.

Stayed at Windham Mountain Club’s Presidential Duplex Revere Suite (12/21–12/23). Very disappointing, with serious safety concerns. There was **no smoke detector** in a two-floor cabin, and the **heat did not work**. The only heat source was a gas fireplace, forcing us to run it overnight in winter with no smoke detector present. The fireplace also shut off at night, leaving the cabin extremely cold. We reported this multiple times; staff confirmed the issue but **never fixed it**. Other problems included a staff member attempting to enter despite a “Do Not Disturb” sign, a strong chemical/vinegar odor in the steam shower that burned my partner’s eyes, an unusable jacuzzi and rainfall shower, unsafe access to the hot tub, missing advertised amenities, and **mouse feces/urine on furniture and countertops**. For a property marketed as luxury, the lack of safety, cleanliness, and follow-through was unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before booking.

Easy check in, nice layout of the apt, comfortable bed, nice to have a kitchen. Nearby lots of restaurants and mountain access.
