It was our second stay here as we enjoy the plunge pool, buffet breakfast and convenient location. Our only issue we had was not being able to use the pool after checking out after being told it was possible by the check-in staff. We wanted to order lunch and enjoy the pool but were asked to leave after checking out at 12pm. We will still return as it is great value in Miraflores, Lima.

Nice, clean rooms. Very nice area of Lima, within walking distance to beach and many restaurants! The pool water was dirty and the bar/restaurant never seemed open.

Reception was excellent and clerk tried to accommodate to a double bed. The bed was excellent/comfortable. The swimming pool is small but good enough for a couple laps. The price per night was amazing with buffet included.

There was confusion at check in, hotel stated I had two rooms booked although the first reservation had been cancelled weeks prior. I had my confirmation letter. The room and bathroom was huge, a little sparse on furniture. The rooftop pool was a nice area to relax, did not realize that the sauna had to be prebooked. Morning breakfast area was fantastic- great variety and a made to order station. Great location- found a few restaurants around the corner that had the best lunch specials. Also easy to get around, order an Uber,

Love the roof top pool and sauna. Be sure to turn on the sauna 1/2 hour before you use it to heat up. Breakfast is amazing! So many fresh, healthy and delicious choices. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The room smelled moldy and mildewey, down to the bed linens.The towels felt and looked filthy. Were beyond their useful life. The bathroom was the only good feature. I would not recommend.

We booked this venue for its value. It offered us a place to rest our heads which is all we needed. The room was typical, concierge was lovely but the bathroom had mold in the ceiling and a musty smell. For one night we were fine but wouldn’t want to stay longer. Close to markets and coffee shops.

Nice property although it was showing its age. I stayed here on two occasions. My first stay, the room was very clean and nice. The second time was a little meh. Room was not as clean. Their breakfast is quite extensive compared to the other ones with similar price range. I will stay again.

Razoável. O hotel está bem localizado, de fácil acesso ao pontos turísticos, restaurantes, transporte facilitando a vida do turista. Porém as instalações precisam de mais cuidado. Os carpetes das áreas comuns estão sujos, as a paredes do quarto, banheiro e inclusive das áreas comuns estão sujas, desgastadas e até descascadas aparecendo o reboco da parede. É uma pena porque esses problemas são de fácil resolução e podem fazer enorme diferença na estadia.

The staff are super friendly it's in a really good location the biggest concern is that you can hear everything going on in the building, the covers and pillows are very small like sofa pillow small, and to enter the shower you have to step over the tub which is about 3 ft off the ground.

Our stay was overall good. The rooms are basic but have everything you need, the breakfast was good, and the space was clean. Our main complaint was that the walls are very thin, and you can easily hear everything going on in the room next door. I was unable to sleep due to clearly hearing the person in the room next to me snoring and speaking on their phone. The location was good and price was reasonable, so overall it is probably worth it but I personally probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Muy buena localización. Desde ahí te puedes mover fácilmente a puntos de interés en Lima. El hotel muy conveniente y limpio, la atención del personal es excelente, si acaso el único detalle es que por momentos se podía oír las conversaciones de las demás cuartos, por paredes delgadas, supongo.

First of all, we went different hotel which was almost same name hotel. When you use taxi to go this hotel, tell driver full name of the hotel. Room was comfortable, quiet, but the bathtub was quite tricky. My husband slipped because really high, and hit his thigh and bruised. Breakfast was so delicious! I love them.

I really can’t understand the high rating for this hotel. Good: Rooms are large, beds are comfortable and breakfast is ok. Bad: The place is dirty. The carpet on every floor is filthy. They haven’t vacuum it in months. The floors in the room is just as dirty. Don’t walk barefoot because your feet will be black in 2 minutes. And finally, everyone who works at the front desk is very unpleasant and they ignore any request or concern as if it had nothing to do with them.

Hotel muy limpio, cómodo, buen desayuno, solo podria decir que la atención podría mejorar y si se comprometen a algo, cumplirlo. Esperé por 3 dias ayuda con el tv y nunca llegó. De resto, todo estuvo bien.

Great place to spend the night or four like I did. Breakfast was good with different main course every day. It was safe at night and just a few blocks from the Metropolitano and arterial buses. Hot/cold water was available at this hotel and pressure was good. The room had A/C but the staff told me they rented portable heaters if needed - it is Lima so a heater was not needed. Overall fabulous experience and do recommend staying here.

Hotel muito bem localizado, perto de tudo. Cafe da manha bom, com variedade ok. Entretanto, os quartos nao tem boa acustica. Escuta-se tudo que vem do corredor e de quartos vizinhos. Stay at Hotel Britania twice on our travel in Peru. The hotel is in an excellent location not far from Kennedy Park and many dining options. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and the breakfast everyday was delicious. I recommend this hotel for the excellent price and location.

Una excelente ubicación, el hotel es muy limpio y bonito. Los desayunos son excelentes y tienen mucha variedad. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y cómodas. Una excelente opción en Miraflores, queda muy cerca del Parque Kennedy.

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel, the staff were great and so helpful regarding storing some personal effects and booking taxis etc. I also really liked the breakfast options; as someone with allergies to eggs and typical breakfast items, it was really refreshing to have optipns like chicken paella and meat with onions - I know, that might sound weird to some, but a lifesaver when traditional breakfast options are a no-go. The hotel itself is really nice and modern and really clean. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the hot water didn't get very hot, if I wanted a shower, I would have to turn on the hot water only, but then the water pressure wasn't enough to come through; so I ended up having to have luke-warm baths. But other than that, fantastic stay and I have another reservation for with I have finished my 3 week tour!

This was thr first place we stayed in Peru and it was ok. The hotel and the room was a bit dated and the pool is more of a plunge pool but all of that was more than made up by the service we got! The breakfast was good with lots of options and made to order omelettes. There were some hiccups in thw room including a locked safe and blocked toilet but housekeeping was quick to respond. We even got a kettle in the room so that was awesome 👌 It set the bar high which is why our next stay was not so nice! Ah the only thing that bugged me so there was very little storage but i guess most guests wouldnt stay as long as us so it doesnt matter as much.

Love the roof top pool and sauna. Be sure to turn on the sauna 1/2 hour before you use it to heat up. Breakfast is amazing! So many fresh, healthy and delicious choices. Staff are friendly and helpful.

When I called to check in that said I was book for 1 night not 4 it’s not till I came up there that seen I had 4 nights. The room could be a lot better the walls needed paint and more of everything would have been great towels and toilet paper an American charger next to the bed not the bathroom. That never told us how breakfast works you can only go down there one time and that’s it i’m not multiple times even though it closes at 10. The staff was nice and showed us how to get to places. My boyfriend flight came in the next day so that was giving him a hard time checking him in even though our reservation set for two. No one at the bars. Only the restaurant. The pool was so cold even though it was hot. I will definitely come back to Peru
