The room was cosy and modern. The bed really comfortable. Inviting amenities in the lounge/ kitchen area. Jordana was very helpful with lots of local advice. There is a leisure centre opposite that you use for £5 per day. Breakfast was amazing.

The manager of this place let us store our luggage for the morning before we left so we could tour more of the city. She was also so kind as to give us a lift to the train station when all of the cabs across the city were busy! Incredibly kind person and incredible place to stay.

Room was tight fit, had stairs between bedroom and bathroom, if stairs are an issue for you, check if your room configuration has this. We used the kitchen but found it a bit lacking. Some information as to how to use the microwave could be handy, as would some more kitchen cooking utensils, like a spatula and serving spoon etc. overall, the downstairs space was well laid out and we heard people engaging in breakfast as we exited for the day, and the staff sounded friendly. We did not speak to any staff or have breakfast on site so can’t really comment. Beds need bedside tables. Parking was available on street. Area did not feel particularly safe. There was a convenience store around the corner where you could purchase microwave meals, which were good quality.

This was a cute place to stay, but it was a bit out of the way. 15 minutes to Belfast via cab. Curb side parking if you were lucky. Apparently there was a common room, but it was always locked when we were there. The suites were very clean and the beds comfy. There was a mini fridge. The shower was tiny, so not appropriate for “plus size” people. It would be great for single travellers, but not so much for groups.

Holiday included a Belfast stay. 20 minute walk to CBD but a Glider bus was available. Parking was not at the property but on the street outside but available and free.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was exceptional. The room was very comfortable and well stocked. We really appreciated the extra amenities like the kitchen, laundry, and in-room tea service.

Lovely stay here felt very safe especially being a solo woman traveler. Very clean lovely bedding pillows and towels .Just a £7 uber ride to the SSE arena.And to go into town a very short walk to the bus stop. I had breakfast which is optional and the environment was spotless.Good choice and appear to be local products.

Clean and lovely little room. Comfortable for our stay. A lot of stairs which isn’t ideal with a lot of luggage but that can’t be helped. Also was a decent location with public transport being close enough.

Did not like the Self check in; room only superficially clean; very poor dining options with in reasonable walking distance; quite nosey with planes flying over. Inconvenient to walk anywhere except city centre due to having M road a few blocks away.

En-suite was tiny and did not match the pictures shown when booking at all. Rooms are also not soundproof AT ALL - room beside ours arrived home in the middle of the night and we were greeted by the sound of retching all night. Fine as a base you can’t expect much more for the 2* but definitely doesn’t match the price charged.

A clean and well-furnished room in an otherwise soulless environment that is over-priced and totally over-reliant on technology to communicate with patrons. If it is the famous warm and friendly welcome of visitors to Northern Ireland you seek, this is not the place for you!! I have never experienced anything like the number of texts and emails I was repeatedly required to respond to for a one night stay that I paid for upfront. Not suitable for a busy person. I would never stay here again!

The host was very helpful. The room was smaller than we’re used to in Canada but adequate. We appreciated the coffee and tea in the room. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage for a couple of hours and for help with a shower problem.

The room was small and very hot. A fan did not help keep me cool. The bathroom was generally clean. However, I could smell mold or must coming from the plumbing or walls. There is water sitting somewhere. Also, they offer breakfast, but we had a hard time finding where it was served.

The room was small and very hot. A fan did not help keep me cool. The bathroom was generally clean. However, I could smell mold or must coming from the plumbing or walls. There is water sitting somewhere. Also, they offer breakfast, but we had a hard time finding where it was served.

The room was cosy and modern. The bed really comfortable. Inviting amenities in the lounge/ kitchen area. Jordana was very helpful with lots of local advice. There is a leisure centre opposite that you use for £5 per day. Breakfast was amazing.

It is a very nice place. The staff was friendly and the rooms where clean and modern. There is a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge for guests to use. Coffee. tea , cookies available all the time. There was no breakfast. The "breakfast" photos should be deleted from the site, misleading. Safe area. Would recommend.

It was lovely, they didn’t realise we pre-booked breakfast. So didn’t have any 1st day. Needs to have a shelf in bathroom. An front bedroom was very noisy due to Lorrie’s 1st thing

Lovely stay here felt very safe especially being a solo woman traveler. Very clean lovely bedding pillows and towels .Just a £7 uber ride to the SSE arena.And to go into town a very short walk to the bus stop. I had breakfast which is optional and the environment was spotless.Good choice and appear to be local products.

Room was tight fit, had stairs between bedroom and bathroom, if stairs are an issue for you, check if your room configuration has this. We used the kitchen but found it a bit lacking. Some information as to how to use the microwave could be handy, as would some more kitchen cooking utensils, like a spatula and serving spoon etc. overall, the downstairs space was well laid out and we heard people engaging in breakfast as we exited for the day, and the staff sounded friendly. We did not speak to any staff or have breakfast on site so can’t really comment. Beds need bedside tables. Parking was available on street. Area did not feel particularly safe. There was a convenience store around the corner where you could purchase microwave meals, which were good quality.

Great location, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast! Toilet tissue rack off the wall, shower was set at really hot temp and unable to turn the knob sufficiently to be less hot.

The property was immaculate. The kitchen and dining facilities mean that you can bring in your own food and cook a full meal. Or you can bring in a takeaway with friends as we did. Highly recommend this property.
