The Hotel is Ok, the staff are excellent. Rooms good. Gym - old and not well looked after and doesn't open until 10 am! The pool area is lovely BUT people putting towels on sunbeds nd not turning up till after midday is a big issue. Kids in the whirlpool, means the adults don't get a look in! I know not the hotel's thought but I think it needs to be managed better. half board is OK. Food is average to OK , the staff serving the food really nice, but the guys doing the tables with drinks, clearing etc, very rude, no one welcomes you and gives you a table, but if you sit at a table the guys don't like it, they wave their arms and tell you to move ! even if you have your food in front of you.

Great hotel Great pool Near the beach there is a short cut from hotel Excellent gym for a hotel The room was very Sound proff even with a lot of noice outside - very very good Friendly staff - and for kids is a paradise. The entertainment master was great. The normal buffet is a bit tasteless for me but the Xmas Buffet was amazing.

The hotel was really good.. Perfect location, walking distance to restaurant, shops and beach.. Lovel spa and great pool area.. I spent a week with my daughter at Alexandre Gala and we liked it.. Just one think what i didn't like its the breakfast, and coffee ..but that's just my opinion.. I recommended the hotel and i will gladly come back. Thank you for the good time...

El hotel no esta mal pero el gymnasio es muy pobre, viejo y en el sotano sin aire y mucho ruido y olor de motor. La comida es de baja calidad y sin sabor. Por la tarde despues de la cena tambien no hay distraction o para bailar

Très bon hôtel. Suite aux différents commentaires que nous avons pu lire avant d’y aller, nous avons longuement hésité à maintenir la réservation. La meilleure façon n’est pas de lire les commentaires mais de vous rendre au gala pour voir par vous-même. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable, la cuisine est de très bonne qualité, les spectacles le soir sont de très bonne qualité également. Il y a deux piscines extérieures, l’une n’est pas chauffée et donc est assez froide, l’autre est chauffée et elle est à bonne température pour s’y baigner. L’hôtel dispose d’un spa, très agréable, grand et propre. Vous trouverez toutes les commodités aux abords de l’hôtel, pharmacie, restaurants, boutiques, etc. Pour résumer nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à six ( trois adultes et trois enfants ).

Check in/out easy. The hotel is very nice, great pool area. Enjoyed the spa. Half board was a bonus…I didn’t know I booked that option…saved a lot of money on food! Beds are harder, room cleaned everyday, coffeemaker in room.

La struttura è veramente bella, molto pulita e curata, con tante belle piante, ampi spazi per il relax così la gente non è mai ammassata. Piscina e idromassaggio tenuti molto bene, acqua pulita e quella dell'idromassaggio gradevolmente calda. La nostra camera davvero bella e spaziosa con ampi letti, anche per nostro figlio, il bagno anche molto grande e dotato di ogni comfort. Animazione semplice, più la sera e in particolare per bambini piccoli, mancava intrattenimento per la fascia 8/13 anni. Unica pecca è stato il cibo, molto poco vario e secondo me più gradito alla clientela tedesca e inglese o comunque del nord Europa cui peraltro era la maggioranza.

Cant complain about anything, we asked for a room upgrade on booking and to our surprise they had done so, even with a bottle of bubbly. The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and the rooms are comfy and large. Would stay again.

Bedding was dirty when arrived. They need more security features around the hotel. No CCTV anywhere other than the reception. We were moved rooms and the air con didn’t work. Otherwise everything else was good. We would stay again but perhaps only for b&b

Hotellet var helt ok. Rommet vårt hadde noen flekker både på senga og gardiner. Frokost var ikke så bra. Vi benyttet ikke hotellet basseng da vi syntes det så skittent ut. Man kunne ikke se bunn og vannet var tåkete. Ellers grei beliggenhet og hyggelig folk som jobber der.

Fijn hotel dichtbij het strand en de winkels en restaurants en uitgaansleven. Het brood had wat verser mogen zijn. Verder goede bedden, kamer werd iedere dag goed schoongemaakt. Zwembad was goed en netjes.

Our stay at this hotel was different from what we hoped for. We reluctantly chose this hotel as our usual hotel was fully booked for our dates. Firstly, the staff is fantastic. However, leadership/management needs to manage the property better. You possess ineffective leadership skills, and it is apparent. Other guests complained about some issues, and your vague/generic responses indicate you need more decision-making and problem-solving skills, further proving your leadership style needs to change. Secondly, no guest wants to walk into a dirty room after a long flight. Our room was infested with dead spiders and cobwebs, a clear sign that it had not been cleaned before our arrival- a truly terrible experience. The housekeeper who came in was pleasant. She cleaned the room and left us insecticide spray. We weren't even offered another room. Thirdly, one day, we decided to spend some time in the room before heading out on the strip. We ate out a lot due to the same kind of food/limited options. We heard heavy water flowing; I thought the kids left the faucet open; it was water flowing heavily from our ceiling, another nightmare.The horror we would've faced if we were out at that time.I have never been on vacation counting down to leave; my kids wanted to return home, we travel a lot. This was such a bad experience at this hotel. Wifi doesn't work in the room, and there are no ironing boards/irons like regular hotels PROS: convenient, many restaurants/bars, Siam Park, etc.

Wir haben aufgrund einer Empfehlung ein Zimmer in dieser Unterkunft gebucht. Leider waren unsere Erwartungen im Vergleich zu dem, was wir bekamen, zu hoch. Das Personal war nicht sehr nett, die Rezeptionisten schienen keine Freude an ihrer Arbeit zu haben. Der Boden und die Türklinken im Zimmer klemmten, das Badezimmer war schimmelig. Der Lärm von draußen im Zimmer war bei geschlossener Tür nicht störend, aber man konnte nicht lüften, da man wegen des Lärms nicht schlafen konnte. Das war ziemlich störend. Die Betten sollten mal überprüft werden, da sie stark quietschten. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich, aber ich würde es nicht als herausragend bezeichnen, und mehrmals gab es ein Gericht, das als laktosefrei gekennzeichnet war, es aber nicht war. Leider haben wir das selbst erlebt. Beim Frühstück lief eine Kakerlake im Restaurant herum, was auf einer Insel vorkommt, aber das Personal tat so, als ob es sie nicht bemerkt hätte. Auf Anfrage wurde sie aus dem Restaurant entfernt. Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass mein Partner krank wurde und wir seine Temperatur messen wollten, aber die Rezeptionistin sagte, das Thermometer sei kaputt, lass uns eins in der Apotheke kaufen. Ich denke, ein Thermometer gehört an einem solchen Ort zur Grundausstattung. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist tagsüber voller Müll, und nachts wimmelt es nur so von Drogenabhängigen und Prostituierten. Insgesamt denke ich, dass wir für dieses Geld ein viel besseres Hotel hätten finden können.

The Hotel is Ok, the staff are excellent. Rooms good. Gym - old and not well looked after and doesn't open until 10 am! The pool area is lovely BUT people putting towels on sunbeds nd not turning up till after midday is a big issue. Kids in the whirlpool, means the adults don't get a look in! I know not the hotel's thought but I think it needs to be managed better. half board is OK. Food is average to OK , the staff serving the food really nice, but the guys doing the tables with drinks, clearing etc, very rude, no one welcomes you and gives you a table, but if you sit at a table the guys don't like it, they wave their arms and tell you to move ! even if you have your food in front of you.

Soggiorno bellissimo come sempre .. però farei una nota alla struttura visto che è proprio sulla via dei locali notturni avrei aumentato l insonorizzazione delle stanze dalla parte dei locali perché senza tappi non si riusciva a riposare perché la musica andava avanti fino alla 4.30 del mattino ogni giorno

Der Hotel ist in top Lage. Direkt am Strand, hatt alles was man braucht für einme schönen Urlaub. Leider sehr laut abends, Wochenende bis 5Ihr morgens Musik. Sonst alles prima. Wieder gerne.

The cleaning of the room each morning and loved how they made our beds and cleaned our bathroom but their was one thing that was not good and it was the night club every night till four in the morning. Did not get much sleep apart from that our stay was lovely and would return again thank you

Wir haben aufgrund einer Empfehlung ein Zimmer in dieser Unterkunft gebucht. Leider waren unsere Erwartungen im Vergleich zu dem, was wir bekamen, zu hoch. Das Personal war nicht sehr nett, die Rezeptionisten schienen keine Freude an ihrer Arbeit zu haben. Der Boden und die Türklinken im Zimmer klemmten, das Badezimmer war schimmelig. Der Lärm von draußen im Zimmer war bei geschlossener Tür nicht störend, aber man konnte nicht lüften, da man wegen des Lärms nicht schlafen konnte. Das war ziemlich störend. Die Betten sollten mal überprüft werden, da sie stark quietschten. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich, aber ich würde es nicht als herausragend bezeichnen, und mehrmals gab es ein Gericht, das als laktosefrei gekennzeichnet war, es aber nicht war. Leider haben wir das selbst erlebt. Beim Frühstück lief eine Kakerlake im Restaurant herum, was auf einer Insel vorkommt, aber das Personal tat so, als ob es sie nicht bemerkt hätte. Auf Anfrage wurde sie aus dem Restaurant entfernt. Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass mein Partner krank wurde und wir seine Temperatur messen wollten, aber die Rezeptionistin sagte, das Thermometer sei kaputt, lass uns eins in der Apotheke kaufen. Ich denke, ein Thermometer gehört an einem solchen Ort zur Grundausstattung. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist tagsüber voller Müll, und nachts wimmelt es nur so von Drogenabhängigen und Prostituierten. Insgesamt denke ich, dass wir für dieses Geld ein viel besseres Hotel hätten finden können.

Second stay at Alexandre Gala and the services provided met expectations, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The food was good and well-prepared. Place was clean it just wasnt for me. Good enough to rest your head. Service in the dining room was awful staff arguing with each other and felt like a bad canteen took ages to get drinks served and at times weren’t offered any at all. Good choice of food but felt like cattle being served with noisy servers slopping all the leftovers into tubs in front of you as you were eating.

Anybody reading this take stock, booked this hotel on a quick break to Tenerife. The hotel was excellent, Location walking distance to beach, shopping, restaurants. Management were very professional, polite, helpful. Catering staff took pride in their hospitality making sure food was presented and cooked to a high standard Cleaning staff who were always extremely busy in hotel and accommodation, pool and bar deserved a special mention. 35 years travelling hotels with business and pleasure, far more than most people could imagine this hotel provides everything you need. Some major chain hotels in uk could do with a week holiday here to understand customer focus. Thank you I will return.

Très bon hôtel. Suite aux différents commentaires que nous avons pu lire avant d’y aller, nous avons longuement hésité à maintenir la réservation. La meilleure façon n’est pas de lire les commentaires mais de vous rendre au gala pour voir par vous-même. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable, la cuisine est de très bonne qualité, les spectacles le soir sont de très bonne qualité également. Il y a deux piscines extérieures, l’une n’est pas chauffée et donc est assez froide, l’autre est chauffée et elle est à bonne température pour s’y baigner. L’hôtel dispose d’un spa, très agréable, grand et propre. Vous trouverez toutes les commodités aux abords de l’hôtel, pharmacie, restaurants, boutiques, etc. Pour résumer nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à six ( trois adultes et trois enfants ).

Globalement assez déçus par les services proposés par l’hôtel Alexandre Gala Nous étions avec ma famille et avions tous eu le même constat. Nous avons été déçus du personnel et des services à l’hôtel. Beaucoup de choses sont en suppléments tel que le spa ! Prendre un hôtel avec le spa cela suppose que le spa est inclus !! Avoir un coffre à disposition dans sa chambre est payant par jour ! Quant au personnel on a eu une personne hyper désagréable lors des déjeuners et dîners. Des qu’on demandait des infos ou des verres pour boire. À la piscine un des serveuses faisait la gueule à chaque client. Globalement déçue des services de l’hôtel Niveau confort tout était ok. Niveau propreté ça passe. Mais n’attendez pas grand chose des services et du personnel si vous ne voulez pas être déçue.

Jeg opplevde resepsjonen som uhøfflig og lite kundevennlig. Det er også ganske mye støy i området og hotellet ligget midt i ei feste gate. Det kan være litt utrygt om kvelden i den gaten. Selve Tenerife er kjempe fint og kan anbefales.

The hotel was really good.. Perfect location, walking distance to restaurant, shops and beach.. Lovel spa and great pool area.. I spent a week with my daughter at Alexandre Gala and we liked it.. Just one think what i didn't like its the breakfast, and coffee ..but that's just my opinion.. I recommended the hotel and i will gladly come back. Thank you for the good time...

Fijn hotel dichtbij het strand en de winkels en restaurants en uitgaansleven. Het brood had wat verser mogen zijn. Verder goede bedden, kamer werd iedere dag goed schoongemaakt. Zwembad was goed en netjes.

L'hôtel a une bonne situation juste à côté d'une allée centrale piétonne avec bars restaurants magasins et la plage juste en bas. Deux piscines dont 1 chauffée. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique que cela soit à la reception, au restaurant ou la femme de chambre. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Très propre. Côté restauration il y a beaucoup de choix. C est correct en qualité. Par contre c est un grand hôtel avec beaucoup de touristes. Notre chambre donnait sur rue mais bien insonorisée, climatisation ok. Animations le soir assez sympa.

Great vacation! I recommend this hotel. Food was great, you can find anything you like, lot of vegetables, different kind of meat, seafood, pasta, cakes, ice cream. We were enjoying also bar, refreshing sangria, mojito, beer was good(we are from a beer country). There might be queues on bar, but we have never waited more than couple minutes. When the hotel is full you wait longer on your drinks in restaurant too, but we are not blaming staff, they were working really hard. Just across the street from nice beach.

Clean and nice hotel we had all inclusive and the assortment of drinks was really for a all inclusive hotel with good brands that was included. The disapointment was the food it was the same food for lunch and dinner and the lack of spices was significant, so we eat at the hotel 2 evenings but the rest of the nights we went ouf on other restaurants. Breakfast was really good

Had a very pleasant stay here. The staff have been very kind and even gave me a bottle of fizz to celebrate my birthday. Everything is pretty much walkable. Only a couple of issues, the music from Veronica’s blares at silly o’clock in the morning, you have to pay for drinks (even water) when you have half board (dinner/lunch). The waiters can just rush you when you have either just sit down or are mid mouthful. Other than that, first time solo travelling and i felt very safe and very frequently people!
Had a very pleasant stay here. The staff have been very kind and even gave me a bottle of fizz to celebrate my birthday. Everything is pretty much walkable. Only a couple of issues, the music from Veronica’s blares at silly o’clock in the morning, you have to pay for drinks (even water) when you have half board (dinner/lunch). The waiters can just rush you when you have either just sit down or are mid mouthful. Other than that, first time solo travelling and i felt very safe and very frequently people!

Second stay at Alexandre Gala and the services provided met expectations, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The food was good and well-prepared. The room was clean and comfortable, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. The staff were helpful and attentive, ensuring all needs were met. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great vacation! I recommend this hotel. Food was great, you can find anything you like, lot of vegetables, different kind of meat, seafood, pasta, cakes, ice cream. We were enjoying also bar, refreshing sangria, mojito, beer was good(we are from a beer country). There might be queues on bar, but we have never waited more than couple minutes. When the hotel is full you wait longer on your drinks in restaurant too, but we are not blaming staff, they were working really hard. Just across the street from nice beach.

La struttura è veramente bella, molto pulita e curata, con tante belle piante, ampi spazi per il relax così la gente non è mai ammassata. Piscina e idromassaggio tenuti molto bene, acqua pulita e quella dell'idromassaggio gradevolmente calda. La nostra camera davvero bella e spaziosa con ampi letti, anche per nostro figlio, il bagno anche molto grande e dotato di ogni comfort. Animazione semplice, più la sera e in particolare per bambini piccoli, mancava intrattenimento per la fascia 8/13 anni. Unica pecca è stato il cibo, molto poco vario e secondo me più gradito alla clientela tedesca e inglese o comunque del nord Europa cui peraltro era la maggioranza.

Wir haben aufgrund einer Empfehlung ein Zimmer in dieser Unterkunft gebucht. Leider waren unsere Erwartungen im Vergleich zu dem, was wir bekamen, zu hoch. Das Personal war nicht sehr nett, die Rezeptionisten schienen keine Freude an ihrer Arbeit zu haben. Der Boden und die Türklinken im Zimmer klemmten, das Badezimmer war schimmelig. Der Lärm von draußen im Zimmer war bei geschlossener Tür nicht störend, aber man konnte nicht lüften, da man wegen des Lärms nicht schlafen konnte. Das war ziemlich störend. Die Betten sollten mal überprüft werden, da sie stark quietschten. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich, aber ich würde es nicht als herausragend bezeichnen, und mehrmals gab es ein Gericht, das als laktosefrei gekennzeichnet war, es aber nicht war. Leider haben wir das selbst erlebt. Beim Frühstück lief eine Kakerlake im Restaurant herum, was auf einer Insel vorkommt, aber das Personal tat so, als ob es sie nicht bemerkt hätte. Auf Anfrage wurde sie aus dem Restaurant entfernt. Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass mein Partner krank wurde und wir seine Temperatur messen wollten, aber die Rezeptionistin sagte, das Thermometer sei kaputt, lass uns eins in der Apotheke kaufen. Ich denke, ein Thermometer gehört an einem solchen Ort zur Grundausstattung. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist tagsüber voller Müll, und nachts wimmelt es nur so von Drogenabhängigen und Prostituierten. Insgesamt denke ich, dass wir für dieses Geld ein viel besseres Hotel hätten finden können.

Our arrival was positive with a clean reception and efficient staff. However, we had to explicitly ask for our promotional room credit, which had also been "conveniently" omitted from my parents' room when they checked in the day before. Once challenged, it was added, but it felt odd. The rooms were spacious but tired, and due to the staggered design, the "sea view" was only visible from one corner of the balcony, with the other facing the mountain. The pool area is very clean, though sunbed reserving is an annoying daily issue despite rules against it. The main pool is a uniform 6 feet deep, so take care with kids. While the salad bar and live-cooking stations were great, the hot buffet was disappointing, oily, and heavily stewed, with theme nights completely missing the mark. Standard drinks were good, but cocktails aren't worth paying extra for. Be careful with premium spirits; we ordered a familiar premium gin using our credit, it tasted completely wrong, and my wife was violently sick an hour later. Staff work hard and a €5 tip goes a long way, but check-out was a letdown. We were abruptly told we owed money, only to find the bar had lumped all drinks onto one room and included charges from before we even checked in. Reception was blunt, refusing to help and telling us to sort it with the bar. Overall, track your bills closely.

Great value, amazing staff, and fun entertainment! For the price, this hotel is a great option. Our rooms were perfectly clean, and the pool bar is excellent for a day in the sun with the kids. A huge special thanks to reception for moving us to a beautiful, quiet garden room after our first night to get away from the outside noise. We also loved the entertainment on a few of the nights; the magician was fantastic and kept us in the hotel after dinner. Would definitely stay again!
