The water to the toilet was shut off. My husband had to turn it on so we could use the tiolet. We booked a 3 day stay and on our 3rd night our keys would not work. We went down to the front desk and the lady working the desk told us it was because we extended out stay. Which we did not. They she said it was because we changed rooms, which we did not. Then she said it was because we checked in early. We checked in after 5pm. She stood there and argued with us instead of fixing our keys. We had spent the day out in the hot sin and just wanted to get a shower and something to eat. She wasted a good 30 minutes of our time arguing.

Told me I had extended our stay is why which was not true and I was trying to show her our original reservation. Then she told us it was because we switched rooms and we never changed rooms. Kept arguing with us instead of fixing the problem. She never apogizrd for the inconvenience. She left a very bad experience for us. I personally hope I never have to deal with her again.

Everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Pool area didn't have very many lounge chairs and was a bit small. But overall everything was great.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Wonderful, wonderful staff! Everyone was so nice and helpful! The breakfast buffet was fresh and top notch. The room was beyond EXCELLENT! We said we would definitely be on the lookout for another Home 2 on all of our future endeavors. Thank you, thank you for a great experience!!

This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better.
