El personal del hotel es super amable te ayuda en todo lo que necesites siempre están al pendiente de que te sientas como en casa debo de dar un agradecimiento especial a Farhat Hussain el cual me ayudo a hacer el check In temprano a la 6 am sin cargo extra pidiendo autorización a su gerente ya que me vuelo había sido afectado y por ende llegué más temprano, las instalaciones están muy bien el hotel está 10/10 la ubicación a 20 minutos caminando de la puerta de la India y el servicio de comida a la habitación está muy bueno y cuidan mucho la higiene de sus alimentos por lo que puedes comer sin preocupación alguna. Nuevamente le agradezco a todo el equipo de Hotel Ozone Inn por hacer mi estancia muy agradable en Mumbai

It was located right in the heart of Colaba and just one block from the Cuffe Parade metro station. The staff were extremely friendly and polite.

The bed was comfortable, the air‑conditioning worked perfectly, and everything felt fresh and properly maintained. It’s exactly what you want after a long day navigating the city. The staff were excellent — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything from local tips to quick arrangements. Their warm approach really adds to the experience. The location is a huge plus. You’re close to transport links, shops, and plenty of food options, making it easy to explore different parts of Mumbai while still having a quiet, comfortable place to return to. Overall, Hotel Ozone Inn is a solid choice if you want a reliable, pleasant, and well‑run stay in Mumbai. Great hospitality and great value.
