A really beautiful place to stay, right opposite the Vatican wall. Nicoletta and Alessandro are such kind and welcoming hosts. I was so, so grateful for the kindness shown in arranging to check me in half an hour late when my flight was late landing. With no wifi on train journey from the airport to contact them I was starting to panic, but I didn't need to worry. Alessandro greeted me at the property and showed me everything I needed to know to make my week's stay there perfect. Beautiful room with own balcony and additional TV sofa room. Well equipped with mini fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, heating, daily housekeeping and super bathroom. Todis supermarket less than 5 minutes walk, you can get everything you need for your colazione with communal microwave and coffee machine. Thank you so much Nicoletta and Alessandro for your kind hospitality, definitely the best place I've stayed at in Rome.❤️

非常に綺麗なお部屋だったので満足です。ベランダもあったので、洗濯物を外に干すこともできました。 周辺に２４時間営業のスーパーもあり、レストランも豊富です。オーナーさんに、おすすめのイタリアンレストランを紹介いただいたのですが、リーズナブルなのにボリュームもあり、とても美味しかったです！ ゲストハウスの入り口は分かりづらかったので、事前に到着予定時刻を連絡しておけばよかったです。 コーヒーメーカーやお菓子があったり、アメニティが充実していて、オーナーさんの心温まるおもてなしを感じました。最高の旅でした。ありがとうございました。

The room was clean & comfortable. Nothing fancy, but great for the price. The location was excellent, literally across the street from the Vatican. Easy to walk to see the sites. The owners were wonderful!! I can't say enough about how welcoming and gracious they were. They even called and arranged a taxi for us on our day of departure. I will definitely stay there on my next trip to Rome

Vaticanの観光目的で1泊しました。Vatican museum entrance の近くでアクセスが凄い良かったです。 Rome Termini駅からの経路を細かく親切に教えてくれました。私達は590番のバスに乗り、大きなスーツケースがあるので階段は使えないと話すと一つ前のOttaviano で降りたら階段がないことを教えてくれました。 施設にはリフトがあり、部屋は清潔でアメニティも揃っておりエスプレッソマシンやキャンディの無料サービスがありました。部屋は少しひんやりしていましたがエアコンが完備していたので快適に過ごせました。寝室にもバスルームにも窓があり換気ができました。 リフトは年代を感じるオールドスタイルで、初めて乗り良い経験になりました。 オーナーのNicoletta やパートナーはとても親切にサポートしてくれました。 坂道に囲まれた場所にあり、最寄りの駅にはリフトがなく、バス停からも階段がある場所に施設があるので、大きなスーツケースを運ぶ際はVatican近くまで来るバスかタクシーをお勧めします。 大きなスーツケースを運ぶ苦労以外はとても良かったです。

La habitación está muy bien, amplia y luminosa. El baño es grande, tiene secador y radiador. La cisterna no funciona y la mampara de la ducha no cierra bien, por lo que el agua se sale. Hay cápsulas de café en la habitación y algún bollo industrial por si quieres desayunar. La comunicación con la recepción fue por wstp, pero nos dieron el código del cajetín de las llaves y todo perfecto. Nos recomendó un sitio para comer/cenar que fue un acierto.
La habitación está muy bien, amplia y luminosa. El baño es grande, tiene secador y radiador. La cisterna no funciona y la mampara de la ducha no cierra bien, por lo que el agua se sale. Hay cápsulas de café en la habitación y algún bollo industrial por si quieres desayunar. La comunicación con la recepción fue por wstp, pero nos dieron el código del cajetín de las llaves y todo perfecto. Nos recomendó un sitio para comer/cenar que fue un acierto.

Our entire stay was extremely comfortable, our room was large and had a balcony that creates a quaint atmosphere for late night conversations. Service was spectacular with daily room service, and an owner that responded promptly and effectively to our problems.

The room was great, coffee and snacks were provided, location was nice and you are literally outside the Vatican walls. Only negatives, if you’re taking public transportation, you’ll have to climb a good mountain of stairs, so if you have big luggage I’d recommend a taxi to the front gate. There was no one there for checking in, so we had to call the number and wait for someone to arrive (it was pretty quick though, like around 15 minutes) and the keys were a bit challenging, the one for the gate didn’t work to get out so we had to reach through and open it from the outside, and the one for the room you just had to jiggle and find the sweet spot.

Shower only - the glass doors were hard to close completely however. Overall, it was a nice stay. Nicolletta and her husband (I think they were the owners of the guest house complex) did a great job keeping everything clean and tidy.

The location was perfect; a few steps away from the Vatican Museum entrance. Lots of restaurants around. The room is affordable and is a decent size. The bathroom was clean and just want I needed. Even if the mattress isn't super comfortable, it is a queen size which I find difficult to find in other hotel in Rome. Be aware that you will need to call the owner to check-in as she is not on-site. The owner is lovely, but there is a 20 min delay to allow her to get to the house. The biggest downside was the air conditioner unit doesn't work very well, but it could still go down to 23 degrees celcius. Overall, I'm still very happy and I would recommend this guest house to a friend.

The house is 8 minutes’ walk to Metro station. This makes it very convenient for holiday makers like us. Anywhere we go, so long as we find a metro station, we can easily find way back. The other advantage is it’s close to St Peter’s Church, therefore we managed to queue up for entry as early as 7am before crowds come. It’s been a pleasant stay. It’s a house but provides hotel service where room is cleaned every day.

The property is owned by some of the nicest people! They were extremely welcoming and greeted us for check in. The property itself is conveniently located which made exploring Rome very easy. However, the unit is average at best. The walls are paper thin and has very basic amenities (they do provide sample packet sizes of soaps but I do recommend bringing your own). If you're looking to start your day early and end it late, this place is perfect.

Wij verbleven 5 dagen in de kamer Leonardo. Een prachtige grote kamer zonder balkon. Zeer netjes en schoon. Koffie op de gang en koelkast en waterkoker op de kamer. Enige minpunt was de staat van het bed. Een ouderwets binnenvering matras die je dan ook goed voelde. Mijn man was na 5 dagen gebroken. Hotel is prima gelegen to het Vaticaan museum.

Room was older but clean. Comfortable bed. Our room also had a couch - big enough to sleep on as needed. Bathroom was also very clean. Shower only - the glass doors were hard to close completely however. Overall, it was a nice stay. Nicolletta and her husband (I think they were the owners of the guest house complex) did a great job keeping everything clean and tidy.

The location was perfect; a few steps away from the Vatican Museum entrance. Lots of restaurants around. The room is affordable and is a decent size. The bathroom was clean and just want I needed. Even if the mattress isn't super comfortable, it is a queen size which I find difficult to find in other hotel in Rome. Be aware that you will need to call the owner to check-in as she is not on-site. The owner is lovely, but there is a 20 min delay to allow her to get to the house. The biggest downside was the air conditioner unit doesn't work very well, but it could still go down to 23 degrees celcius. Overall, I'm still very happy and I would recommend this guest house to a friend.

A really beautiful place to stay, right opposite the Vatican wall. Nicoletta and Alessandro are such kind and welcoming hosts. I was so, so grateful for the kindness shown in arranging to check me in half an hour late when my flight was late landing. With no wifi on train journey from the airport to contact them I was starting to panic, but I didn't need to worry. Alessandro greeted me at the property and showed me everything I needed to know to make my week's stay there perfect. Beautiful room with own balcony and additional TV sofa room. Well equipped with mini fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, heating, daily housekeeping and super bathroom. Todis supermarket less than 5 minutes walk, you can get everything you need for your colazione with communal microwave and coffee machine. Thank you so much Nicoletta and Alessandro for your kind hospitality, definitely the best place I've stayed at in Rome.❤️

The room was clean & comfortable. Nothing fancy, but great for the price. The location was excellent, literally across the street from the Vatican. Easy to walk to see the sites. The owners were wonderful!! I can't say enough about how welcoming and gracious they were. They even called and arranged a taxi for us on our day of departure. I will definitely stay there on my next trip to Rome

ヴァチカン美術館の徒歩3分程の立地にあり ヴァチカン観光には最適な場所です。 バス停も徒歩1分の距離にあります。 美術館は広く疲れるため、その後交通機関に乗らずに帰って来られる立地はとても助かりました！ 何より部屋の中は清潔！日本人が過ごすには全く不快感のない清潔さと設備で居心地よく過ごせました。 コーヒーや紅茶、水のサービスもありました。 スタッフさんはとっても優しく温かい方でした。 荷物を預けられるか事前に確認をとったところ了承をいただきましたが、掃除するけど入って待っててもいいよと言われ、まさか部屋の中で休憩できるとおもっていなかったので、とても助かりました。 海外経験が浅く鍵の開け閉め方法もわからなかったのですが、何度も出来るようになるまで教えてくださいました。 こちらのサイトで連絡しても返信が早かったです。 本当に素敵な方でした！ 一泊しかしなかったので、少ししかお会いできず残念でした、、、 日本人や、ひとり旅の方にとってもおすすめしたいです！

Ótima acomodação para quem quer ficar próximo ao Vaticano. Fica a 300 passos da entrado do Museu do Vaticano e Capela Cistina. Fomos muito bem recebidas, pudemos entrar antes do horário check-in, o quarto era grande, limpo e muito arejado. Silencioso para dormir e tinha um ótimo chuveiro, a cama também muito grande e confortável. Restaurantes e mercadinhos próximo, e muito tranquilo para ir caminhando para as atrações do Vaticano. Na entrada solicitamos um táxi para nos levar ao aeroporto e na véspera da saída havia um bilhete confirmando o táxi para o dia seguinte, e no dia da saída, na hora marca o táxi estava lá e cobrou o preço de tabela, nada mais. Super recomento esta acomodação.

The house is 8 minutes’ walk to Metro station. This makes it very convenient for holiday makers like us. Anywhere we go, so long as we find a metro station, we can easily find way back. The other advantage is it’s close to St Peter’s Church, therefore we managed to queue up for entry as early as 7am before crowds come. It’s been a pleasant stay. It’s a house but provides hotel service where room is cleaned every day.

Vaticanの観光目的で1泊しました。Vatican museum entrance の近くでアクセスが凄い良かったです。 Rome Termini駅からの経路を細かく親切に教えてくれました。私達は590番のバスに乗り、大きなスーツケースがあるので階段は使えないと話すと一つ前のOttaviano で降りたら階段がないことを教えてくれました。 施設にはリフトがあり、部屋は清潔でアメニティも揃っておりエスプレッソマシンやキャンディの無料サービスがありました。部屋は少しひんやりしていましたがエアコンが完備していたので快適に過ごせました。寝室にもバスルームにも窓があり換気ができました。 リフトは年代を感じるオールドスタイルで、初めて乗り良い経験になりました。 オーナーのNicoletta やパートナーはとても親切にサポートしてくれました。 坂道に囲まれた場所にあり、最寄りの駅にはリフトがなく、バス停からも階段がある場所に施設があるので、大きなスーツケースを運ぶ際はVatican近くまで来るバスかタクシーをお勧めします。 大きなスーツケースを運ぶ苦労以外はとても良かったです。

The room was great, coffee and snacks were provided, location was nice and you are literally outside the Vatican walls. Only negatives, if you’re taking public transportation, you’ll have to climb a good mountain of stairs, so if you have big luggage I’d recommend a taxi to the front gate. There was no one there for checking in, so we had to call the number and wait for someone to arrive (it was pretty quick though, like around 15 minutes) and the keys were a bit challenging, the one for the gate didn’t work to get out so we had to reach through and open it from the outside, and the one for the room you just had to jiggle and find the sweet spot.

A really beautiful place to stay, right opposite the Vatican wall. Nicoletta and Alessandro are such kind and welcoming hosts. I was so, so grateful for the kindness shown in arranging to check me in half an hour late when my flight was late landing. With no wifi on train journey from the airport to contact them I was starting to panic, but I didn't need to worry. Alessandro greeted me at the property and showed me everything I needed to know to make my week's stay there perfect. Beautiful room with own balcony and additional TV sofa room. Well equipped with mini fridge, kettle, tea and coffee, heating, daily housekeeping and super bathroom. Todis supermarket less than 5 minutes walk, you can get everything you need for your colazione with communal microwave and coffee machine. Thank you so much Nicoletta and Alessandro for your kind hospitality, definitely the best place I've stayed at in Rome.❤️

非常に綺麗なお部屋だったので満足です。ベランダもあったので、洗濯物を外に干すこともできました。 周辺に２４時間営業のスーパーもあり、レストランも豊富です。オーナーさんに、おすすめのイタリアンレストランを紹介いただいたのですが、リーズナブルなのにボリュームもあり、とても美味しかったです！ ゲストハウスの入り口は分かりづらかったので、事前に到着予定時刻を連絡しておけばよかったです。 コーヒーメーカーやお菓子があったり、アメニティが充実していて、オーナーさんの心温まるおもてなしを感じました。最高の旅でした。ありがとうございました。

La habitación está muy bien, amplia y luminosa. El baño es grande, tiene secador y radiador. La cisterna no funciona y la mampara de la ducha no cierra bien, por lo que el agua se sale. Hay cápsulas de café en la habitación y algún bollo industrial por si quieres desayunar. La comunicación con la recepción fue por wstp, pero nos dieron el código del cajetín de las llaves y todo perfecto. Nos recomendó un sitio para comer/cenar que fue un acierto.

The room was great, coffee and snacks were provided, location was nice and you are literally outside the Vatican walls. Only negatives, if you’re taking public transportation, you’ll have to climb a good mountain of stairs, so if you have big luggage I’d recommend a taxi to the front gate. There was no one there for checking in, so we had to call the number and wait for someone to arrive (it was pretty quick though, like around 15 minutes) and the keys were a bit challenging, the one for the gate didn’t work to get out so we had to reach through and open it from the outside, and the one for the room you just had to jiggle and find the sweet spot.

The location was perfect; a few steps away from the Vatican Museum entrance. Lots of restaurants around. The room is affordable and is a decent size. The bathroom was clean and just want I needed. Even if the mattress isn't super comfortable, it is a queen size which I find difficult to find in other hotel in Rome. Be aware that you will need to call the owner to check-in as she is not on-site. The owner is lovely, but there is a 20 min delay to allow her to get to the house. The biggest downside was the air conditioner unit doesn't work very well, but it could still go down to 23 degrees celcius. Overall, I'm still very happy and I would recommend this guest house to a friend.

The host was quick to respond and gave great instructions. The location was very convenient to the Metro. The room was clean and was surprised by a mid week refresh of towels, etc. Conveniently located to all the attractions. Local food options nearby. Safe and quiet.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Nicoletta was very responsive before arrival and incredibly welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had great AC, which was much appreciated in the Rome heat. I also loved having an espresso machine in the room. The location was convenient and the stay felt easy and comfortable overall. Would definitely recommend!

The location was literally across from the Vatican. It was close to food and shopping and was not noisy at night. The room was air conditioned and clean with a fridge and coffee/snacks. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and we felt very safe with all the gates being accessible by key. We also had an extra room and couch along with a balcony. Our host was amazing and helped is determine our travels and most efficient transportation. We would absolutely stay here again.
