Had a great stay here! Was hauling donkeys and didnt realize til morning there is corrals out back! Will deffibately make this a stop along the way in the future, especially while hauling stock. The woman that runs the place is lovely as can be as well. Very pleasant experience

Clean, quiet inside, updated, and very comfortable. The parking lot was not in good shape and you could hear freeway traffic when outside the property but once inside it was completely quiet.

The hotel room was clean, and smelled good upon entering. Our room was convenient to get to our car to unload our suitcase and other bags. the only thing that I did not like is the driveway to get into the property. When the gps told us we has arrived we had passed the driveway into to hotel. their driveway is at the travel lodge next door, and when you pass the driveway, it is difficult to find it again.

The hotel room was clean, and smelled good upon entering. An older property making a comeback. Clean and comfortable. Some lightbulbs out in the room and a pothole at the entrance. Due to road closure it filled rapidly.

The inside of the property was great. The room has been updated and staff is excellent. Room was very clean. The outside of the building makes you question why you are staying there. Parking area needs resurfaced. Overall good value. The rooms are small but if you are staying a short amount of time it works.

The new electronic door keypad is convenient. The interior hallway to the rooms helps keep things warmer on the other hand the driveway needs attention.

They have and old unused swimming pool with weeds growing in it. The facility was recently remodeled. Getting rid of the old pool would add to the attractiveness of the facility. We were in room 4. The fridge freezer needs to be defrosted. Hardly any room left in the freezer as a result of the ice build up. Everything else was great

It’s a surprisingly well renovated older motel. The facade gives an inner hallway that reduces busy interstate noise to nearly nothing. Comfortable beds, lots of plugs available for electrical devices, nice shower. It is an old property but very well done renovation with western theme charm. The electronic locks are the only thing that aren’t great, makes shutting the doors difficult sometimes and at 5:30 when most are headed out to Yellowstone the slamming doors is startling.

The good: Room seemed clean. Staff was nice when you got ahold of them. The bad: No front desk staff, they leave a sign stating to text, but they don't respond. Had to call multiple times to get ahold of anyone. Old and dated, everything felt grimy. Toilet wasn't flushed from the previous tenant, obviously wasn't cleaned and was clogged. "Checkout" was leaving a maid sign on the door, not sure what happens if you don't, clearly staff isn't verifying. Door locks are pin pads, didn't feel like anyone is changing the code...

The room was clean but the entryway had cigarette butts all over the ground and a full ashtray at the entry door. Very unappealing! And the bed sagged into the middle. Not worth $176/night

Excellent overnight stay. Would recommend for anyone. Minor issue with the sink drain - very slow; needed a clean-out. And no drain plug for the bath tub.

Rooms need better cleaning. Laminate flooring left feet dirty from walking on. Fan cover was full of visible dust. Wall electrical outlets were not secured to walls. This would be dangerous for small children. Property owner was aware, but replied "it came that way when they aquired it." Bath drained very slow. With a little work, this Property could be a nice place to stay. Just needs more attention to detail. Family that runs it is very pleasant.

Everything was in nice shape - liked the towels - Pillows were awesome and bed was quite comfortable. The heat was hard to adjust & the bathroom tub had mold in the corners. Liked the quiet fan and lights being labeled so you knew what was what. Staff were kind and helpful. Parking was great too.

The room had been updated to be comfortable, clean and "cozy" (small), Drains were backed up in tub and sink. Strong febreeze odor to mask other odors. Window opened to allow for that but it was so close to the freeway that the noise was challenging.

We were pretty concerned about noise when we saw this property. For that reason, I think it's important to point out that it was REMARKABLY QUIET. The owners have taken the genius approach of enclosing the outer hallway that leads to the rooms, creating a very effective noise buffer. In addition, it has been completely updated with a western theme. It was cute, clean and comfortable.

Good hotel. Good location to visit Yellowstone. Small town. Good room. Only downside , either they don’t have AC , or our rooms did not work. Can get hot and uncomfortable

Cute, cozy motel. The only downside was the toilet had a whistle to it almost constantly and the filter on the AC/heater unit was pretty dirty. We'd stay again as the minor things weren't a huge deal for us.

Our stay here was wonderful! The staff is friendly and gave us a wonderful recommendation for food. 49er diner was delicious. Rooms our soundproof so you never knew you were by a highway. I would highly recommend staying here and would stay when we visit again

The room was very nice and clean. We did have problems getting the air to work. Probably our fault. Not good with electronics. Needed instructions! We had to leave window open to cool room. But other than that, all was nice!

Communication from property was very confusing. I called to confirm reservation, was told my card would be charged 24 hours in advance and we would recieve a text message with checkin info. Then got a call the next day by someone who told me, someone would be there when we checked in and that we had to pay cash for the pet fee. I stopped and got cash out before we arrived, but we received a text message with door code right before we arrived. there was no one onsite to pay. We got billed afterwards. Just very confusing

I love this place. Whenever I am traveling through I make sure to stay here. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating.

I have given this hotel my business multiple times. The rooms are decent for the price/location. But it isn't worth the frustration. The manager/owner is never there. I received no email or text with checkin instructions but the reservation confirmation said check in begins at 4 which is late. I'm a business professional who travels a three state territory and have very long days. Yesterday I was up before 3:00 a.m. and had driven 6 hours plus conducted 5 business meetings by 2:00 p.m. I needed to rest and get ready for a team zoom call at 5pm. So I had to kill 2 hours waiting to check in. When I arrived there was another person waiting to check in but the manager or owner was nowhere. Unfortunately, there's a sign at check-in telling you what to do if you arrive, but the other person was standing in front of it and I had no way to know there were instructions to text the manager. He did not tell me but we both just stood there wasting valuable time with no one there to greet us and help us. She eventually arrived at 4:24 p.m.. I was then provided with the welcome message I should have received earlier that day informing me how to check in. After check-in, my room was extremely hot and there were no instructions about how to reset the temperature. So I had to reach out to the front desk and she sent me a video. Then when I had finished my business meeting, I tried to use the television but had no channels. Manager came to my room instead of helping me on phone.

Love the atmosphere. Be aware, office closes at 10 pm. If you arrive after that you may not be able to get into your room. We were fortunate that the clerk answered the phone after 10:30. Just call before 10 if you plan to arrive later. Room was cozy and clean and tastefully decorated. We would definitely stay again.

Good hotel. Good location to visit Yellowstone. Small town. Good room. Only downside , either they don’t have AC , or our rooms did not work. Can get hot and uncomfortable

This day was very homey definitely have the Montana feel. Very nice people very nice area right off the highway close to all restaurants not exactly walking distance, but close enough to drive to dinner. I definitely recommend this stay

This place what a charming surprise... I have to admit, I wasn't sure what to expect. The location was easy to get to... right off the interstate. The room was comfortable, clean and had everything you'd expect. The view from the parking lot blew me away. I would stay again.

The Inn is near the interstate exchange, very convenient for a stay enroute. This is our third stay here. Check-in is virtual and very convenient. Great rooms. Supplied with NINE K-cups! We love Livingston- cute town, beautiful surroundings.

Nice fun little place on the side of the road. We arrived late and the staff gave us a code to get in and offered breakfast options. The room was clean and good for a quick stay.

It is quite the upgrade from the old Livingston Inn! Beds are great, towels are nice, the room has been completely refurbished and it was done well. At this price point, I was surprised that breakfast was not included. The entrance could use a lighted sign.

A perfect stop! Property is one of a kind and well cared for. The room had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. Generous with coffee for the Kuireg. It was just right all the way around.

Clean and comfortable, and unique front. The coffee was great, the towels were thick and soft, bed was great, ice maker convenient, and easy to find. I love the combo door so much more than a key card. The pictures were cool!

Service was really good. Its cute and conveniently located right next to an excellent deli and across the parking lot from a tasty Mexican restaurant. They also have a pretty nice laundry mat next door.

We had an excellent weekend. Soent Friday & Saturday evening in a King room. Easy access. Friendly atmosphere. Individual door combinations. Had dinner Friday at Rib & Chop House just a short drice.. other outstanding dining choices to choose from.

The desk staff person was very nice. The room did not appear clean. We could hear the couple in the other room talking and laughing. The outside door that took you to the hallway to your room was grossly littered with cigarette butts. The hotel is very dated and has had alot of wear and tear.

This is a comfortable, clean, great overnight motel. We parked right outside our room, making for easy luggage movement. The room has been recently remodeled, rustic in nature, western motif. We felt safe and the front desk was more than helpful.

Place not clean and very rundown. If the Mexican Restaurant on site is recommended to you don’t. It was terrible. The coffee pot in room did not work ran over all over counter. This place was not at all what we expected reading the reviews.
