Paolo was super nice and helpful. Because it’s a shared unit in a building with a private room and bathroom, you could hear the other apartments very easily, was noisy with doors slamming but very clean and cute room with a terrace

I did not like the fact that the host never showed up through emails was the only way of communication. Also the fact that he said somebody was going to be at a bar waiting for me with my keys at 3:30 was incorrect. The person showed up at 4:00 and we were waiting 30 minutes for him. When we got to the front doors of thebed and breakfast, we were told there was elevators. My wife and I are 65 years old and we were each carrying two huge suitcases. There was no elevators we had to walk up 3 flights of steps in order to get to the room. Once we found the room we had four sets of keys with us and it was confusing to know which was which since we never received any instructions. Once we were inside the room it was a typical bed and breakfast room clean overall but just okay. What was aggravating was the owner was very condescending in his emails and we did not appreciate that. There was also mold in the shower and there was a lamp that was hanging from the wall with a note saying be careful because it was about to fall off. That shouldn't be like that. What else there was also a blanket that was completely ripped on both sides of the blanket. I already said that yeah

Things you should know before you go: 1. 40 stairs to get up to the room. There is a small elevator but you have to go up 20 steps to get to it 2. No lobby or sitting area-only a room to sleep 3. Everyone must leave the rooms between 11:30-2:30 for cleaning. You have to be out 4. One set of keys and there are 3 locked doors to get to your room door so you have to go all the way up or they have to come all the way down to let you in

La ubicación era buena a 10 minutos del metro y la estación de trenes. El cuarto verde muy pequeño y el rojo de buen tamaño. Un día encontramos una cucaracha pequeña y pedimos que fumigaran. No nos dio shampoo ni jabón y tuvimos que comprar.

The room was adequate but not what we were expecting or needed. Absolutely no accommodations for people with accessible needs. Check in worked, but not the easiest we’ve ever had. I probably should have used a hotel as this Airbnb was not what we needed.

NO reserven en este lugar, el colchón está tan mal que duermes sobre resortes y metal, es deplorable y no vas a descansar. Me causó un daño físico (foto en google) Chequen sus calificaciones antes en otras plataformas (como trip o google) porque aquí no se refleja la verdad. La silla terriblemente desgastada no me importó. Decía que tiene elevador y lo tiene después de subir las cosas por muchas escaleras así que si eliges esta propiedad por eso, como fue mi caso, no lo hagas porque es engañoso. Cuando le pedí a Paolo que solucionáramos de alguna forma con alguna colchoneta se molestó tanto con el feedback que me sugirió que buscara otro hotel con la plataforma y me haría un reembolso o que me quedara pero si le decía algo más me correria de la propiedad. (Fotos) Así que elegí lo que me ofreció primero que fue retirarme ya que temía que nos corriera de la propiedad a empujones, como lo hizo con otros huéspedes (foto anexa) sin embargo después se rehusó a hacer el reembolso o sea que finalmente me corrió de la propiedad con un engaño diciendo que sí me reembolsaría. Paolo dijo que no podía esperar mucho de un lugar como el suyo porque era un precio muy bajo, qué clase de respuesta es esta para justificar un mal colchón? O sea él mismo está confirmando que es una pésima calidad. Está prohibido estar en el lugar entre 11 am y 3 pm por limpieza según. O sea te limitan la libertad. Paolo me agredió y me dijo que era conflictiva por pedir un colchón decente. (Foto anexa)

Beb in una buona posizione,anche se molto difficile trovare parcheggio. Camera modesta,pulita,carino il bagno,letto scomodissimo. Personale gentilissimo,colazione a disposizione in un bar o in una pasticceria vicinissimi alla struttura.

Ménage fait tout les jours, réceptionniste super sympa, de bon conseil, bien situé endroit animé et proche de la gare métro et bus juste petit bémol à préciser que ce sont des chambres dans un appartement mais sinon rien à dire même à refaire

Wir, 2 Frauen über 60 Jahren, fanden die Unterkunft, besonders das Bad sehr ungepflegt und schmutzig. Ein Stuhl für 2 Personen ist auch zu wenig, die Matrazen ohne Schutzbezug und sehr durchgelegen. Wir haben bewusst auf eine tägliche Reinigung verzichtet, wir mögen es nicht, wenn jemand in unseren Sachen kramt oder das Bett macht....trotzdem war Herr Paolo während unserer Abwesenheit im Zimmer. Auch die vielen Anweisungen per E- Mail waren überflüssig.

Great location for local restaurants off the beaten track. Close to a metro station, room was spotless. Owner took great pride in his rooms. 30min walk to the coliseum. Great for couples. And will definitely rebook in the future.

Wir haben vier Nächte in Paolos Apartment in Rom verbracht. Schon vor unserer Ankunft war die Kommunikation sehr gut. Self Check-in hat ohne Probleme funktioniert, da Paolo bei unserer Ankunft nicht vor Ort war. Das Zimmer (rot) bietet alles, was man so braucht: großes Bett, ausreichend Stauraum, Steckdosen am Bett, Kühlschrank, TV, Klimaanlage, kleiner Balkon. Das Bad ist klein, aber modern und mit Regendusche, Föhn, Handtuchheizung sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war super sauber, das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und aufgeräumt. Paolo als Gastgeber war sehr herzlich und freundlich, hatte super Tipps für uns, von denen wir einige genutzt und umgesetzt haben. Für das Frühstück bekommt man Coupons, die in zwei benachbarten Cafés eingelöst werden können. Das ist ein italienisches Frühstück (ein Gebäckteil und ein Kaffee nach Wahl). Bei Angelina fanden wir es einen Ticken besser, hier ist auch das Ambiente etwas schöner als bei Andreotti. Lecker war es aber bei beiden. Vom Apartment aus sind es ca 7 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn Station Piramide. Außerdem gibt es Bushaltestellen um die Ecke. Mit der U-Bahn sind es nur zwei Haltestellen zum Kollosseum und vier zum Bahnhof Termini. Ein Bus fährt direkt nach Trastevere. Alles ist gut und schnell erreichbar. Tipp: Vom Flughafen Fiumicino mit dem Zug nach Roma Ostiense, von dort sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Apartment. Fazit: Wir können Paolos B&B uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Paolo è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. La pulizia è da hotel 5 stelle. Davvero tutto perfetto. Consiglio a chiunque questa struttura. A 2 passi da metro e stazione Ostiense.

Nous avons passé un agréable sejour. Paolo est très serviable et à l écoute. La chambre est propre avec un nettoyage quotidien. Petit bémol le petit déjeuner croissant et boisson chaude tous les jours, pas trop de diversification. Appart bien situé, nous avons géré nos déplacements avec le bus(arret proche) et le métro qui est à 1km environ à pied. Merci Paolo pour se sejour fort agréable.

Small but comfortable room. Everything worked, AC, heat, mini fridge, hot water. Lots of things to do just out the front door…good variety of restaurants, convenience stores and even a supermarket down the street. Metro was about 1/4 mile away and convenient to use to get us to the Vatican and coliseum. Would do business with Paolo again. Paolo was very responsive.

Paolo was great and helpful with instructions. For us, the property was far too loud for a good night’s sleep. Horns beeping and hearing traffic right outside the window and when people entered the accommodation- even though they were very quiet- we would be woken up by the keys and you could hear voices, snoring, sneezing next door. Always tidy and clean as there were cleaners each day (however for us, it’s strange for our culture for cleaners to move our belongings around the room to tidy up- some people may love that!) It was very convenient for the train station and walking around in Rome. Plenty of places to eat too.

PAOLO IS A GOOD HOST. HIS INSTRUCTIONS NEED TO BE A BIT CLEARER. AREA AROUND APT LOOKS SKETCHY BUT NICE RESTAURANTS AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE. BED IS WORN OUT ESPECIALLY ON LEFT SIDE. ALL IN ALL A GOOD LOCATION AND IS PRICED RIGHT.

Excellent. This place had a great price, comfortable bed, decent sized bathroom. The room was not huge, but consistent with the price. There are many restaurants in the area. The Ostiense Train Station is a few minutes walk. Angelina's cafe was excellent, both for coffee and drinks, and dinner.

Tutto ottimo, comunicazioni con Paolo, colazione, pulizia, posizione, vicinanza locali ed altro… unico suggerimento per Paolo al fine di essere al top è quello di sostituire il materasso ed i cuscini perché secondo me hanno esaurito il loro ciclo vitale…

Check in process was horrible. Man is very stiff and rude. This is an apartment in a building. The person at desk of building doesnt speak English. Apparantly, not sure if this is common in Rome, but per his instructions, i have to pick up keys at nearby cafe. I would not recommend anyone to this place.

Paolo is amazing - he has thought of everything!! Check in and check out instructions were very clear!! He provided recommendations for transportation, eating, sites, etc…. The location was fantastic - plenty of places to eat, stores, and I easily walked to several of the well known sites!!

It was not great for the price. No one there when we arrived … had to run all around after a 16 hour trip to get the keys.,. No one there when we left.,. Wouldn’t stay again

Paulo was an amazing host. He definitely deserves the label super host. Our room was immaculate during our stay. We wanted to stay longer but no rooms were available. We are definitely booking here again. The location was perfect. The Metro and Train were nearby. Also so many good restaurants in the neighborhood. Much love to Paolo.

No está céntrico pero con autobús en 20 minutos estás en el centro. La zona está muy bien en restauración. El b&b limpio y cómodo. Desayuno café y cruasant. Buena relación calidad precio

Funzionale al pernottamento di una notte per un impegno di lavoro, la zona non è molto tranquilla né pulita ma ben servita dai mezzi e piena di locali per la ristorazione. Camera ben pulita ma un po' piccola e col letto non comodissimo.

We stayed here twice...at the beginning of the vacation then 10 days later as we left Rome. Perfect for the convenience and only 20 minutes from Roma Termini.

Very responsive host. Although when we arranged to drop our luggage off early at the restaurant next store they want us to leave them in the basement where anyone could come by. So we decided to just eat and wait for the room to be ready. Room is just like the picture shows very clean and beds were comfortable. AC worked well. Only thing we found odd was there was a mandatory cleaning time window that we had to be out of the room and when they came in the room to clean, they tidied up our belongings (like our clothes etc). Much more than any other place we’ve ever stayed. The subway is about a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast is a coupon for a pastry at a nearby restaurant.

We had an wonderful time staying at Paolo's b&b. This was our first trip out of North America and he was extremely helpful and patient with us. He was very helpful with directions and recommending local services. The breakfast everyday was a coffee (cappuccino, espresso, café americano) and a great quality croissant (a variety of choices for fillings) from local cafes. It was delicious and we will miss it. Less than a ten minute walk to the nearest metro and only minutes away from a bus stop. Little mini marts, laundromat, and pharmacy were also nearby. Very clean and staff came in daily to organize our belongings and remove trash. Paolo was a wonderful host. Very kind, direct, and encouraging when we tried practicing our Italian. We highly recommend using his b&b for your next trip to Rome.

Poca trasparenza, non ci hanno chiesto neanche i documenti al check in, pagamento in contanti e per avere una ricevuta ho dovuto insistere più volte, colazione praticamente inesistente presso una pasticceria per due mini maritozzi ho dovuto pagare anche 1,20 euro di differenza.

Ci sono stata con il mio ragazzo questa settimana. Se si potessero dare più stelle lo farei sicuramente, posto molto pulito e ordinato. Paolo è stato davvero gentile. Ottima la colazione al bar di giú. Consigliatissimo. Dovessimo tornare a Roma, ci riandremo sicuramente.
