A equipe de funcionários foi muito prestativa. O café da manhã é ótimo, com muitas opções… realmente, é o que torna a estadia agradável. Quarto limpo. Contudo, tivemos alguns problemas, pois reservamos e pagamos um quarto de casal luxo e nos deram um quarto standard, que era mais barato… e não houve devolução da diferença paga pelo quarto mais caro, embora tivéssemos feito a reclamação no momento do checkout. O quarto de casal luxo estava descrito como possuindo cama queen, móvel tipo escrivaninha e espaço para notebook, sendo que a cama do quarto standard era tamanho casal, não havia qualquer móvel de apoio, apenas uma diminuta mesinha redonda (40cm) que servia como móvel de cabeceira, o que tornou nossa estadia conturbada, pois somos um casal 60+ e tivemos que colocar nossas malas de mão no chão, dificultando o acesso às mesmas. Além disso, até para calçar meias e calçados tivemos problemas, pois não havia qualquer cadeira no quarto e a cama era muito alta… o jeito foi sentar no tampo do vaso sanitário, o qual tinha uma altura compatível a de uma cadeira. Na descrição do banheiro, constava secador de cabelos, mas não havia nenhum e tivemos que pedir um avulso na recepção. As toalhas de banho, embora tivessem boa absorção, eram muito finas e logo ficavam enxarcadas, prejudicando o processo de enxugamento. Além disso, não havia local apropriado para pendurá-las… tinham que ficar penduradas sobre o vão do box. O lixinho do banheiro não foi retirado todos os dias.
