The hotel didn’t really have much of a lobby. There was some work being done for an exhibit. The staff was very kind, but at times it appeared they may have been a bit overwhelmed. The shower floor is way too slippery. I almost fell twice. I needed something from the front desk and I picked up and pressed 0 on the phone which did nothing. The breakfast offering was a juicer with whole fruit you juice in your room. One yogurt per day. Some crackers, butter and jam. Milk and a coffee maker. And granola. If you like self service this is for you. I would definitely not characterize this as a five star hotel. Four stars at best.

Very friendly stuff. ❤️ Great location. Very clean. Claudia, Alessandra and Ludovica ❤️❤️❤️ The Aperol at the rooftop bar..disappointed 2 * And the sandwiches at the rooftop bar 2* All the rest was great, didn't had a chance to try the restaurant. Thank you all❤️

don't go, terrible, no amenities, no staff, air conditioning cannot keep room under 80 degrees in the summer, we booked the best suite and it was terrible cannot imagine other rooms
