This detached holiday villa with a garden and its own pool is in a quiet location in Marčana, which is only about a ten-minute drive from the airport and fifteen minutes by car from the centre of the well-known tourist town of Pula. As it is a ten-minute drive to the nearest motorway exit, it is easy to explore the Istrian peninsula from the villa. It is worth seeing the old town centre of Pula or Brijuni National Park. It is about a fifteen-minute drive to the nearest beach at Duga Uvala. The beautiful beaches at Pula also invite you to swim and sunbathe. Many festivals are held in the area in the summer months of July and August.
