From Arizona… wanted special time with my 2kids and 6 grandkids….the house was warm and inviting and roomy enough for us all. had everything and more… the host thought of everything… arCade games. Board games we took advantage of… a full kitchen to make it homey…outside living space and great views We also took advantage of the stores conveniently located and also a nearby park where we looked at the water. Played and went for a little walk… an experience the whole family enjoyed… thank you Jeremy and Katie… do hope I can do this again here.

Everything in the house was new and in working order. Thank you for thinking of everything we would want in a home away from home including all the common appliances and utensils. Was great to have plenty of extra dinnerware, towels & life jackets. Dock worked great with our boat and the sandy beach was nice.

Nice clean place with lots of small amenities that I didn’t expect. Be careful walking around in the water. There are lots of sharp sticks and had 2 different people slice their foot open. The road between the house and beach is a little busier than I had expected, and I would be a little more cautious if I had little kids with me. Overall a nice stay though, and would consider repeating.

Amazing hosts and amazing location. The house was stocked with everything we needed plus more. Beautiful lake view from every room in the house. The hosts were so gracious during our whole stay. We loved taking the kayaks out.

The place had a nice lake view and lot of amenities: games, karaoke, drinks, snacks, spices, plenty of bath towels & dishes, and comfortable seating. It had clear signage and a very friendly vibe including a little container with toiletries that one might’ve forgotten to bring. The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars is a few of the finishes were a little rough (the main level flooring near the dining table and the main rug had a curling edge that’s a trip hazard) and all of the kitchen knives were incredibly dull. But really, overall we loved the place and would absolutely recommend it.

I somehow feel that 5 star rating is less for this property. Location is really great. Lake and beach are just opposite to house and they have everything that is needed for kids and adults ( floaties, kayaks etc). I can easily say this is one of best vacation. We got referral for jet ski and rented it for one day. Kids were not ready to leave the house when we were done, that much fun they had during the stay. Even inside house is so clean and have games for kids( helped when it was raining outside) . Overall we will never forget this experience and we will book again for sure.

This is a great spot to stay year round with plenty of entertainment for kids and adults. The host was very responsive and the house was clean. Everything is as advertised in the listing with a minimal chore list for checkout compared to other properties. They have everything covered here!

We had a great time staying here! The beach area is great for kids, the water is waist deep out to 30-40 yards off shore making it super safe for our little ones. This was a great spot for our family get together!

This home is comfortable and well-stocked! Five college roommates held our annual reunion here and we took advantage of the beach and the deck as well as many hours at the dining room table. Lots of parking. Great place to hold group or large family vacations.

Beautiful home with all the extras; Loved quiet Long Lake, great sandy beach for swimming & Kayaking & the pontoon rides where we could set anchor and swim. Loved the table and chairs by the lake where we could eat, play games, etc. Very clean, well equipped. Only drawback was busy road separating home from lake access. Need to provide a small fan in upstairs bedrooms. Our family loved it and had a great time.

This waterfront home was as advertised. The space was very clean, packed with amenities, and most of all, very family friendly! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this property to anyone vacationing in the local area!

This was a a great house for our family to stay in while we were in the area to go to the Air Zoo. There were 6 adults and 8 children in our group, and the house fit us well. The kids enjoyed the two arcade games upstairs, as well as the assortment of board games. The kitchen/dining /living room has an open floor plan, which was great for us. The house was clean and decorated nicely. We enjoyed the view of the lake. The owner was prompt in replying when we had a question. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again!

We stayed here as part of a family get together with 5 adults and twin 18 month olds staying here and 4 adults and 4 kids under 4 staying at our daughters house in Portage. This was a great stop for everyone to meet and begin our family vacation in Upper Michigan. The house was as represented in the photo’s, super clean and had better views than the photos. We only wish we could have enjoyed Long Lake more. We would definitely recommend.

everything was beautiful, clean. loved that so much was provided for us to stay! loved the little basket of goodies/extra supplies and stocked mini fridge! high recommend and will definitely look into another trip sometime!

We do an annual trip with 6 adults and 2 kids, there was plenty of space, a bunch of things to keep every age group busy. If you forgot something chances are this place will have it stocked for you. Hosts were attentive and quick to respond. The only issue is the street but overall it was a small inconvenience for a beautiful beach area.

Since we live in different parts of the state and wanted to celebrate the holiday together, it was decided the rental of a house was the best way to do it. One family lives in Kalamazoo and has an infant. It was decided that we would all travel to Kalamazoo. This house was the perfect place!It accomodated the entire family,lots of room to stretch out and plenty of room for us to enjoy our feast and each others company. It was comfortable, had all of the essential things to prepare the feast, plus the added entertainment items were great. It was truly a wonderful way to celebrate. We certainly recommend the house to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Kalamazoo area!

The house and property were fantastic. Even better was the property owners. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. A bad storm came through in the am and knocked out electric and broke all the canopies. In no time flat the owners had a generator hooked up and new canopies up and everything was back to normal. Can’t thank them enough for the hospitality and making our vacation amazing.

The kids enjoyed the two arcade games upstairs, as well as the assortment of board games. The kitchen/dining /living room has an open floor plan, which was great for us. The house was clean and decorated nicely. We enjoyed the view of the lake. The owner was prompt in replying when we had a question. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again!

This is a great spot to stay year round with plenty of entertainment for kids and adults. The host was very responsive and the house was clean. Everything is as advertised in the listing with a minimal chore list for checkout compared to other properties. They have everything covered here!

We do an annual trip with 6 adults and 2 kids, there was plenty of space, a bunch of things to keep every age group busy. If you forgot something chances are this place will have it stocked for you. Hosts were attentive and quick to respond. The only issue is the street but overall it was a small inconvenience for a beautiful beach area.

Definitely a 10/10!! The place is amazing. Quiet and secluded enough you get the reprieve from downtown Kalamazoo, but close enough to Food, shopping and the highway. Perfect amount of space and they go above and beyond with the extra touches and amenities. Prompt responses to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

From Arizona… wanted special time with my 2kids and 6 grandkids….the house was warm and inviting and roomy enough for us all. had everything and more… the host thought of everything… arCade games. Board games we took advantage of… a full kitchen to make it homey…outside living space and great views We also took advantage of the stores conveniently located and also a nearby park where we looked at the water. Played and went for a little walk… an experience the whole family enjoyed… thank you Jeremy and Katie… do hope I can do this again here.

Amazing hosts and amazing location. The house was stocked with everything we needed plus more. Beautiful lake view from every room in the house. The hosts were so gracious during our whole stay. We loved taking the kayaks out.

I really enjoyed myself because you had all of the necessities that I didn't bring. It was in a nice area quiet and you can't beat the walk across the street to the lake and I thank you again.

We had a great time staying here! The beach area is great for kids, the water is waist deep out to 30-40 yards off shore making it super safe for our little ones. This was a great spot for our family get together!

Beautiful home with all the extras; Loved quiet Long Lake, great sandy beach for swimming & Kayaking & the pontoon rides where we could set anchor and swim. Loved the table and chairs by the lake where we could eat, play games, etc. Very clean, well equipped. Only drawback was busy road separating home from lake access. Need to provide a small fan in upstairs bedrooms. Our family loved it and had a great time.

Everything in the house was new and in working order. Thank you for thinking of everything we would want in a home away from home including all the common appliances and utensils. Was great to have plenty of extra dinnerware, towels & life jackets. Dock worked great with our boat and the sandy beach was nice.

The place had a nice lake view and lot of amenities: games, karaoke, drinks, snacks, spices, plenty of bath towels & dishes, and comfortable seating. It had clear signage and a very friendly vibe including a little container with toiletries that one might’ve forgotten to bring. The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars is a few of the finishes were a little rough (the main level flooring near the dining table and the main rug had a curling edge that’s a trip hazard) and all of the kitchen knives were incredibly dull. But really, overall we loved the place and would absolutely recommend it.

Since we live in different parts of the state and wanted to celebrate the holiday together, it was decided the rental of a house was the best way to do it. One family lives in Kalamazoo and has an infant. It was decided that we would all travel to Kalamazoo. This house was the perfect place!It accomodated the entire family,lots of room to stretch out and plenty of room for us to enjoy our feast and each others company. It was comfortable, had all of the essential things to prepare the feast, plus the added entertainment items were great. It was truly a wonderful way to celebrate. We certainly recommend the house to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Kalamazoo area!

everything was beautiful, clean. loved that so much was provided for us to stay! loved the little basket of goodies/extra supplies and stocked mini fridge! high recommend and will definitely look into another trip sometime!
