Awesome place perfect for the races

Just stayed here for one night before going on a cruise. Everything about the property was good, clean and did its job.

Room was nice & clean. Bed was very comfortable

The room was spacious well equipped and clean. The lighting was great and it was very comfortable. The property in general was beautiful The breakfast was even very well stocked and delicious. My only challenge was that due to our delayed airline flight we got in extremely late and the night staff informed us thst we could have a late check out at noon. Housekeeping began banging on the door disturbing my toddlers rest and then when we explained front desk management called and was adamant that we couldn't have a late check out. It was a pretty challenging experience because we called not only the customer service line who confirmed the same and then the night manager advised. It was less then 45 minutes and turned a great experience sour quickly. FYI we still checked out at noon after all was said and done but the added stress was unnecessary.
