Property it's all new thus it looks it feels pretty clean. Loved that it has full fridge, microwave, and range. Poor on not having extra pillows, extra sheets, extra towels, toilet paper, iron and a "Do not Disturb" sign. Maybe a more choice of snack machine.

Woodspring hotel was a good solid hotel with very few amenities, such as, soap, shampoo, breakfast, coffee maker. But it had a very nice kitchen, was clean, and a great deal for the price!

I stay here every time I am in town. It’s a great hotel and everything is clean and nice. The location is also very convenient to where I go. The floors are kept clean along with the elevator which works really good and is quick. The room has shelves a refrigerator, microwave , stovetop and sink which is really convenient. The staff is always nice and the girl at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. I will be back sometime in the new year of 2026. See you guys then! Thanks!

Came in to a nice clean lobby! Associate there was so nice and friendly! Room was nice, clean and plenty of room! Only bad thing is the chairs were too short for the desk area! The guy cleaning during the day was very pleasant and did amazing keeping the place clean! Didn’t realize it was an extended stay so I didn’t bring blow dryer! Didn’t realize breakfast wasn’t served but it’s okay there was a breakfast place next door! Checking out was easy and associate was so pleasant and friendly! Keep up the great job because we will be back!

When you pay for a room at a “No Frills” hotel, the only things you expect are clean, safe and quiet. I can’t blame the hotel for the loud kids on our floor, but I can blame them for roaches in our room. That is just unacceptable, because when you see roaches, you wonder if they’re bedbugs as in the unit as well.

It stinks so bad. There was hair in the shower. And there was a roach in my room the next morning. I was so upset. We were in town for a basketball tournament and got in late. I tried to find another room but every where else was booked.

On my stay 5/28/23 my husband saw roaches. Of course when we turned on the light they scattered everywhere. When we went to the front desk they were very unconcerned. Went to a new room on the 3rd floor walked in another roach crawled over the pillow walked back downstairs and was given a speech on how the pest control was switching out and I don’t care at this point cause I’m exhausted and irritated. Went to the 4th floor and finally found a decent room but froze the entire night. Talked to the general manager Monday afternoon only to be offered $12. I know where not to stay anymore. Back to the crowne plaza like I always stay best best to pay extra

The construction noise was loud... The a/c in the room wouldn't stay on and never got below 72 degrees and it was literally 100 degrees outside. We went and bought a fan for the room to be bearable.

We liked that the rooms were opened the ac was nice and cold staff was great both day and night, they have a kitchenette and full size refrigerator, bed was comfortable we felt safe we traveled as a family with kids We did not like the shower had no pressure coming out so washing off took forever, when someone is using bathroom sink you hear the loud pipes very disturbing, didn’t appreciate the 100$ deposit I paid upfront and Expedia said I may have to pay an additional 25$ deposit but wasn’t expecting a 100$ deposit just be aware of that Overall it was an ok hotel for me I would stay elsewhere but it worked for us for the weekend

I was looking for a cheap stay in the Greenville area because I'm usually pretty happy without a lot of amenities. Unfortunately I got was I paid for and I wished i had spend a bit more for a better place. Here are the things that bothered me. Only 2 pillows came with the room. Tbey were terrible quality and very flat. Hard for my husband and I to get comfortable. No black out curtains, so the sun easilu lit up tbe room early each morning even with the blinds closed. The bathroom light os wired on the same switch as tbe bedroom light so theres no way to see in the bathroom without illuminating the whole space. It was very wasy to hear conversations, TV, pets, and other noise through the walls. The room only comes with hand soap. No travel shampoo, extra toilet paper or other consumable amenities.

The Hotel itself is nice. The hotel puts a $100 security deposit on the room. We were only staying one night. This seems excessive. It should be put on the app before someone decides to stay.Now it could take 3 to 7 days to release off my card. Side note the staff seemed preoccupied with flirting with a man in the lobby.

My stay was pleasant. Definitely will be returning. The only thing I missed in reservations was no breakfast but there are eatery nearby. The place was clean and that’s all I liked about it. It was noisy at night there was this person with an SUV that would pump his music late at night and you can hear people outside being loud late at night but what really got me is that this place took some random money off my debit card and when I asked about it they acted as if they knew nothing about it. Acted as if I was just suppose to be ok with it. When I told the manager about it, she was rude and not helpful. Took them over a week to return that money to me.

I love the location, only minutes away from the mall, restaurants, and the bon secure wellness Center. The facility was very clean. My husband and I were checked in by Ms. K. I stay here every time I am in town. It’s a great hotel and everything is clean and nice. The location is also very convenient to where I go. The floors are kept clean along with the elevator which works really good and is quick. The room has shelves a refrigerator, microwave , stovetop and sink which is really convenient. The staff is always nice and the girl at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. I will be back sometime in the new year of 2026. See you guys then! Thanks!

Came in to a nice clean lobby! Associate there was so nice and friendly! Room was nice, clean and plenty of room! Only bad thing is the chairs were too short for the desk area! The guy cleaning during the day was very pleasant and did amazing keeping the place clean! Didn’t realize it was an extended stay so I didn’t bring blow dryer! Didn’t realize breakfast wasn’t served but it’s okay there was a breakfast place next door! Checking out was easy and associate was so pleasant and friendly! Keep up the great job because we will be back!

so, the check in lady doesn't need to be working here - she needs to be at the Marriott. it was that type of 5 star service that's shocking. beyond that, the location seemed nicer than expected, but then i'm brought back down to earth with the meltdown crying children across the hall 5 times during my stay, the sketchy guests yelling outside at 1:45 AM, the room next door having an outdoor voice conversation inside and obvious of how thins the walls were. obviously my experience would have been totally different had the guests simply behaved or i was in a different room or lucked into a better day. that said, the mattress seemed to be memory foam and really comfortable while i was awake, though i'm not sure i slept much better. the hot water ran out on both of my showers and someone thought it was a good idea to vacuum the halls at 8:44 AM. sure i would still stay again, it's a great price in a great centralized location. i think maybe next time i would ask for a floor higher up and hope maybe it is just less empty (quiet)

The biggest problem I have here is that I was promised coffee 24 hours a day 7 days a week and I have not had a single cup from here I've had to go and buy coffee from Starbucks or waffle House or circle k I probably spent an extra $200 on coffee because these people didn't live up to that claim.. it's been 5 weeks and they still haven't fixed that coffee maker.... It makes me feel some type of way about paying as much money as I pay for this place and not getting any coffee.....

The rooms were nice and clean we stayed fir 3 nights and never had a maid come to clean that was the only thing that wasn’t great the staff was awesome even getting us a hot cup of coffee when the machine was shut down very friendly and professional

There isn't much to complain about here,, except for maybe the coffee makers have been broke and I really like coffee... The place is clean it's quiet unless you get a kid above you who runs all night long.. The people are friendly the staff is great when you're asking for help or anything and so all in all it's been a really good stay except for you know the coffee...lol

Woodspring hotel was a good solid hotel with very few amenities, such as, soap, shampoo, breakfast, coffee maker. But it had a very nice kitchen, was clean, and a great deal for the price!

Biggest issue I have is the $100 incidental hold they place when checking in. After checking out, the money was actually charged to my card and not released (verified through my bank, AFTER having called hotel to ask about the money not being released). Bank says it was charged and not showing as a hold, hotel says it was a hold and it was released, and not charged. Yet I have a charge. Giving the hotel until Monday to refund me that charge before I go through my bank to dispute it and leave updated review/warning for the masses. I hope they can look into this and correct it.

Smells. It has too many smells, and they all make it smell dank, musky, dirty.... Lobby smelled, then the elevator had a different (bad) smell. then the 2nd floor had a different smell, then the room had a distinct bad smell. The price was really good for what was offered, the location isn't bad; but it felt like more of transient housing than a hotel, or even an extended stay. Just my opinion, But I wouldn't go back. I'd rather spend an extra 20 bucks on something else.
