Best location, beautiful and historical building, clean room, of course! Best part is historical tour by staff. Also they let me know about my lost item before I realized. Thank you so much!

Very nice hotel. Spy bar was a bit pricey. Room was clean and staff were very helpful. Champaign at check in was a nice touch

Our stay at Raffles London at the OWO was truly the experience of a lifetime! From the moment we entered the property, we were treated like royalty. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond expectations! We stayed over New Year’s Eve and the location was perfect. Our room was luxurious and we felt very pampered. The spa area is exquisite and the staff there are so friendly and pampering! This hotel is truly a gem and one of the very best hotel experiences we have had. We hope to return in the future!

Everything is ALWAYS amazing and wonderful everytime we stay here. The staff is warm and courteous. They know their guests by name and call them by it EVERYTIME they encounter them without prompts or computers. The rooms are beautiful and spacious with every amenity imaginable. This is our favorite hotel in the world.
