Five75 Lux PROV - Master Suite Mins Away from Federal Hill

Enjoyed our stay at this place. Property is newly remodeled and consisted of two units with interior access between units. We were a large party and appreciated that we could gather together inside. Property was clean with sufficient baths and bedrooms. There was ample onsite and onstreet parking. Would recommend for large groups.

The host was very responsive and the property was newly renovated and very clean. My family and I enjoyed our stay and I definitely would come back again.

First, I want to say that the home itself is very nice and updated, and had a good security system. But it wasn’t very clean nor well kept. Upon our arrival there was an issue with the security code due the owner not allowing us to access the units we rented. Kevin arrived snd solved the issue, but he was not very accountable for this mixup. Also found out that we did not have the entire home, the middle unit was occupied by another party. This upset me because I sent a-message to Kevin asking about the layout of the home with no response. The unit wasn’t very clean nor was some of the fixtures repaired in the top unit. Lastly, I feel as though the owner is trying to run multiple outlets out of this house, if you wish to rent please read all of the fine print and reviews.

OVERALL FEELING OF DECEPTION! Communication was POOR as we had to message multiple times to get a response for issues. No requests were resolved without further CHARGES OR FEES as an option. We requested an hour early check in (for a 2 week stay) and Kevin said he charges a 50 fee. We book through VRBO every time when we travel and have never had this experience. KEVIN will never achieve SUPERHOST STATUS. The listing is completely misleading, for example: WIFI and Internet provided was INOPERATIVE (NO STREAMING AND CERTAINLY, NO USING 2 TV'S AT THE SAME TIME). We run our business remotely and had to use our OWN CELLPHONE WIFI HOTSPOT THE ENTIRE TIME. Kevin wanted us to go shopping (on our vacation) to buy and install a WIFI booster to address the WIFI issue and then he said he would reimburse us for the cost. NO STREET PARKING - instructions were confusing and inadequate (we had to get up at 4AM twice to let another renter's car out), stingy on towels and linens - no soap or starter amenities, listing states sleeps - 6-7 with only 2 water glasses and 4 coffee cups and no cutting board? (listing says CHEF’S kitchen) no dishwasher and WATER IS A DRIZZLE AT BEST in the kitchen, there is no water/ice in the refrigerator, air conditioning should specify WINDOW UNITS IN BEDROOMS ONLY - condo was extremely hot throughout the whole house (living area). Washer & Dryer is coin operated in the basement at 6.00 per load! Would not rent from this group ever again!
