Breakast is very limited. Coffee machine breaks down after serving one cup. Staff not present to replenish basic stuff like scrambled eggs and breads. Better to have breakfast outside if you decide to stay here

This hotel is our new family favourite and exceeded our expectations. The staff were considerate and friendly and my children loved the 24/7 snack and drink bar as well as the arcade and gym. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance to the major subway lines. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Ample of spaces with the room in comparison to other hotel rooms in the Tokyo area. The room was clean, bread, snacks, coffee, soft drinks and wines round the clock. Staff are helpful and friendly but it does help to know a bit of Japanese.

We did not take advantage of the many amenities including the breakfast, and the night bar.
