HOTEL PetitBali Higashi-Shinjuku

Es un picadero en toda regla. Hasta condones te dejan al lado de la cama. Habitación enana, muy incómoda y con peldaños por todos los sitios. No hablan inglés en recepción. El check out es a las 10 y te echan, literalmente. Me guardaron el equipaje y a mi regreso les pedí un lugar para sentarme porque tenía que reorganizar la maleta con compras que acababa de hacer y me tocó tirarme en el suelo de recepción y colocarlo allí porque ni un sitio para sentarme me facilitaron. No recomiendo este antro ni al personal que trabaja allí.

Hotel is nice but very small. Staff were very nice and they help you transfer the luggage to your next destination hotel. They really spent lot of time to address the issue we had with our transfer. Breakfast is not good, We are vegetarians and they didn't even have single vegetarian options like fruits, bread, yogurt or eggs nothing, we bought fruits from outside and ate. Hotels.com messed up and gave us smoking room even though I booked non smoking room. Hotel staff helped us with fresheners etc but i could smell little bit but what can we do ! rooms are clean and overall good stay.

this hotel has a lot of charm! but boy the room was small! we couldn't move into the room and we are not fat people, the bed was also covered in dust and they had a rusty and dirty air purifier covered in dust. the bathroom was full of soaps, no place for your personal items.

Habitacion correcta, con todo lo necesario y amenities muy variadas y completas. Personal muy atento
