HOTEL PetitBali Higashi-Shinjuku

Hotel is nice but very small. Staff were very nice and they help you transfer the luggage to your next destination hotel. They really spent lot of time to address the issue we had with our transfer. Breakfast is not good, We are vegetarians and they didn't even have single vegetarian options like fruits, bread, yogurt or eggs nothing, we bought fruits from outside and ate. Hotels.com messed up and gave us smoking room even though I booked non smoking room. Hotel staff helped us with fresheners etc but i could smell little bit but what can we do ! rooms are clean and overall good stay.

this hotel has a lot of charm! but boy the room was small! we couldn't move into the room and we are not fat people, the bed was also covered in dust and they had a rusty and dirty air purifier covered in dust. the bathroom was full of soaps, no place for your personal items.

Clean room, staff and snacks were great. Location very good and hotel in quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. The breakfast was Mini though!

Amenities were wonderful but unfortunately my bed was FILTHY. I had to show photos to the staff of what I found and received a partial refund. They did offer to switch our room but I i had booked transport to another hotel already. I appreciated the other perks to this hotel.
