This hotel promised a pool and hot tub. The hot tub was full of stones and plants. The pool was in terrible disrepair. The floor was filthy and had used bandaids all over the floor. Our room smelled like wet dog. Our windows were covered in spider webs. Our bathtub was dirty as well. We chose this hotel for a fun weekend with our grandchildren. You should probably go somewhere else.

This hotel was just ok. The "suite" was musty, carpets were dirty 1 bed was way too soft and the other was hotel firm as expected. There were also some suspicious stains on the sofa. Towels should be replaced as well. Definitely not the norm for HIE and definitely not work the price tag for that "suite". The night time desk clerk was super helpful and very pleasant to work with.

I thought the lobby, eating area and breakfast areas were very nice. I enjoyed that the window in the room had a complete blackout shade for privacy. The thermostat in the room was simple and easy to use. The area had abundant eating and shopping choices.

We were absolutely thrilled with this hotel, the helpful staff, the comfy beds and the sizable suite. Our kiddos loved the crispy bacon and fresh truly restaurant-style biscuits at breakfast. The hotel and room were pristine, and it was an absolute delight of a stay.

Staff was wonderful, apologetic, and quick to refund our stay. The hotel lobby and hallways had a very musty mildew odor. After driving 9 hrs- we arrived to be given a room with a door that didn’t lock… not with the key or the deadbolt- there was a large gap in the door jam and the door wouldn’t even latch properly. The hotel was booked and while the staff happily canceled my stay, I then had to find another hotel at 9pm at night and work with Expedia for my refund. Luckily all worked out but this hotel needs some work- it did not live up to the IGH name

All staff were interactive, kind and courteous. The woman who oversaw breakfast was phenomenal. She was efficient, kind, and went above and beyond. We observed her assist an elderly gentleman with getting his breakfast and checking in periodically on him. If something ran out she gave guests an estimated time. She moved with purpose which isnt something you see nowadays. Pool was clean and warm Rooms were clean and had coffee pods for keurig We thought having shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion available was nice. However I wasnt sure how tamper proof the dispensers were so we did not use them. 4 stars because parking is limited and its not clear where entrances are when you come in from the back parking lot. There are a few doors that you cannot access to come in but you can leave the property from them.

The receptionist did not smile, we felt we were an inconvenience to her and saw her when we checked out, still the same, so not just having an off day. When we got out of the lift on our floor, the corridor smelt very strongly of weed, our room was ok. I went twice to report this to the receptionist, but no one to be found each time, but luckily the smell had gone by the next day. The hotel is on a very busy road, so we were woken at 4am each morning from lorries. The windows were filthy, when you put up both blinds.

We will be back. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the kids loved the warm indoor pool and the breakfast had tons of great options.

All staff were interactive, kind and courteous. The woman who oversaw breakfast was phenomenal. She was efficient, kind, and went above and beyond. We observed her assist an elderly gentleman with getting his breakfast and checking in periodically on him. If something ran out she gave guests an estimated time. She moved with purpose which isnt something you see nowadays. Pool was clean and warm Rooms were clean and had coffee pods for keurig We thought having shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion available was nice. However I wasnt sure how tamper proof the dispensers were so we did not use them. 4 stars because parking is limited and its not clear where entrances are when you come in from the back parking lot. There are a few doors that you cannot access to come in but you can leave the property from them.

Great check in. The front end clerk was busy but took the time with everyone welcoming them. The clerks this morning were just as nice. The breakfast was wonderful and the room was clean and very comfortable .

Shower clogged. Bathroom was not fully clean. Charged over what Expedia had quoted. Breakfast area was dirty. Will not stay there again

Modern hotel with all the standard amenities. Clean, friendly, safe location. No Kcups in room, coffee is available 24/7, fresh ground machine. Moving this station to the lobby area where the cookies are would be better suited. The breakfast sitting area where it is now gets very crowded and causes much congestion at the machine. Breakfast has hot items, well presented.

Staff was great! Free breakfast was decent, nothing special. Room was very, very nice and reasonably priced. I just wish they had more accessible rooms available at the time I booked so I wouldn’t have to be worried being in the shower. Towels and paper products were not all that great. Towels were scratchy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location being half way to Huntington and Charleston made it very convenient. Definitely would stay here again!
