Todo el servicio fue excelente, desde que nos recibio NUNO (no se si se escriba asi el nombre), nos recibio muy bien y las de mas personas que nos atendieron muy amables y atentos, excelente servicio

Booked room for 3. Was placed in room for 4 that felt like a youth hostel. There was a small sink in bathroom with faucet that extended 3/4 over the bowl. This cause water to splash on the floor whenever you used. Lighting in room was super dim and make it feel very depressing. We all chose to pass on using the shower.

The room was huge! Great view of the canal and red district. The staff was great!!! They are so kind! My booking came with complimentary wine, which was also good. Walkable location. Due to the location, there will be lots of noise until late night. Didn't bother me personally. The bar downstairs is charming.
