Our apartment was spacious with all the amenities needed to cook a meal. There was a separate living room and bedroom. It was nice to have so many large windows to open for fresh air. There was a great market nearby and a beer garden along the river with a fire pit for cooking kielbasa. The walk to the city center, the Jewish area, and the fortress is very reasonable. There is also free laundry facilities available on site. Highly recommend all around.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this hotel. I can’t wait to plan another trip to Krakow again to stay here! The vegan breakfast delivered each morning was amazing, and having a refrigerator to store what was left and eat as a snack later in the day was so convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Roadworks outside the apartment but does not affect anything. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and everything in there was really good quality. The Salt Cave was very nice, we didn’t use the gym or laundry. Would definitely go back.

Fantastic apartments a short walk form the centre of Krakow, and also tram and bus stops very near. Amazingly large well equipped studios and great value. Very clean, nice and warm too. The staff were polite, attentive and spoke good English. The hotel is fully vegan, with an excellent pantry which you can buy items from for your room. Breakfasts are delivered to your room if you order them the night before, the come from the bakery on the ground floor. 100% will go again

Ein sehr geräumiges und sauberes Apartment, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, im Bad liegen Wasch.- u. Duschzeug bereit. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, 10 min. bis zum Wawel, 5 min. Weichsel, 20 min. Altstadt. Wir hatten Frühstück bestellt, 22 € pro Tag für 2 Personen. Es wird aufs Zimmer gebracht. Man hat mehrere Auswahlmöglichkeiten, wir hatten fast alle ausprobiert, es war ok. Tipp: unten im selben Gebäude befindet sich eine Bäckerei,,Zakwas“ (übersetzt Sauerteig) das Gebäck ist hier hervorragend.

We loved our apartment, it had everything we needed and the staff were very friendly. The location is good, it’s right above a fantastic bakery, and it took us about 10-15 mins to get to the old town.

We had a brilliant stay at this hotel! The staff were fabulous and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we were made to feel very welcome! The room was immaculate and had all the amenities needed. Its location is perfect for a short walk into Krakow. We look forward to visiting again and would highly recommend this place anyone visiting Krakow.

Grear breakfast brought to your room from delicious vegan bakery. Hotel super comfortable, roomy and reasonable. The only thing slightly strange is they don’t clean the room unless you ask and there is a charge. Perhaps it’s a way of cutting down costs. All in all an excellent hotel in great location with a friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommend!!!

Mycket trevlig och informativ personal. Lägenhet var riktigt fin och ordentligt städad. Det fanns saker som schampo, tvål, kaffe, te, vatten, diskmedel osv på plats. Bra möblerad och bekväm säng. Fanns även AC, både i sovrummet och vardagsrummet, vilket var välbehövligt trots att det inte var så varmt ute.

Helt fantastiskt mysigt lägenhetshotell! Jättetrevlig personal, rent, fräscht, rymligt. Superfint badrum och kök. Bra med ac, golvvärme. Bra gångavstånd till gamla stan, nära flygbussen. Lite hårda sängar, men bra kuddar. Schysst med tv med chromecast. Otroligt prisvärt. Bra både för familjer och kompisgäng eller par. All in all en jättebra hotellvistelse!

Excellent place to stay! It is located in walkable distance to many tourist’s attractions in Krakow (The Royal Castle Wawel, Market Square Sukiennice) and many, many others. It is very close to many stores and restaurants. Very clean and updated property with an excellent, very helpful and friendly staff team (most of them spoke very good English]. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay in Krakow (without breaking their budget) near major tourist’s attractions, restaurants and shops.

The whole area is under construction, so you can hardly open the windows in the morning due to the noise. But it’s a wonderful place with wonderful people, very helpful and the breakfast is amazing. Moreover it’s a real pet friendly place. Our dog was so happy to be here.

Fantastic apartments a short walk form the centre of Krakow, and also tram and bus stops very near. Amazingly large well equipped studios and great value. Very clean, nice and warm too. The staff were polite, attentive and spoke good English. The hotel is fully vegan, with an excellent pantry which you can buy items from for your room. Breakfasts are delivered to your room if you order them the night before, the come from the bakery on the ground floor. 100% will go again

We loved our apartment, it had everything we needed and the staff were very friendly. The location is good, it’s right above a fantastic bakery, and it took us about 10-15 mins to get to the old town.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this hotel. I can’t wait to plan another trip to Krakow again to stay here! The vegan breakfast delivered each morning was amazing, and having a refrigerator to store what was left and eat as a snack later in the day was so convenient. The rooms I had were sparkling clean and spacious. Loved the proximity to a tram stop and the vegan bakery downstairs, along with the lobby coffee and filtered water station. Staff was amazing and so helpful. I can’t wait to be back.

Grear breakfast brought to your room from delicious vegan bakery. Hotel super comfortable, roomy and reasonable. The only thing slightly strange is they don’t clean the room unless you ask and there is a charge. Perhaps it’s a way of cutting down costs. All in all an excellent hotel in great location with a friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommend!!!

施設が綺麗で凄く快適だった。スタッフはすごく親切で、高齢の両親が足が不自由なためメゾネットタイプの部屋が難しいと言うと快くフラットな部屋に変えてくれた。朝食は、毎朝指定した時間通りきっちり部屋まで持ってきてくれた。焼きたてのパンは最高に美味しかった。

Ein sehr geräumiges und sauberes Apartment, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, im Bad liegen Wasch.- u. Duschzeug bereit. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, 10 min. bis zum Wawel, 5 min. Weichsel, 20 min. Altstadt. Wir hatten Frühstück bestellt, 22 € pro Tag für 2 Personen. Es wird aufs Zimmer gebracht. Man hat mehrere Auswahlmöglichkeiten, wir hatten fast alle ausprobiert, es war ok. Tipp: unten im selben Gebäude befindet sich eine Bäckerei,,Zakwas“ (übersetzt Sauerteig) das Gebäck ist hier hervorragend.

Great stay at Plantonia aparthotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was large and airy. Great location with a short but beautiful walk along the river into the main square of Krakow. The bakery next door was also superb.

Lovely pls e to staff, location is great apartment is clean spacious and modern. Comfy beds. Staff friendly only issue we had we couldn’t check in earlier than 3pm other than that all great would definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend this Aparthotel enough! Plantonia is one of the best (if not the best) place I have stayed. It has 24hrs reception and very kind, friendly and helpful. There is a vegan pantry with all basics to eat/drink at any time. Free coffee/tea and creamers etc. The apartment has everything you could need and more for a stay, especially for families and plenty of space. Location is super - near excellent cafes and food (with plenty of vegan options), near pharmacy, mini market and supermarket, near tram stops to town and right by the river. The laundry facilities were superb!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. We were upgraded for small fee to a better room at the rear of the property. The skylights, windows, and location were perfect and spacious for 5 adults. The free espresso machine in the lobby was appreciated, but there is also a nespresso machine in the room if you don't want to go down in the morning, and a great cafe/bakery on the corner. The salt room and exercise rooms were nice to have access to, and the laundry was VERY nice to have to help clean our clothes and allowed us to pack less! The staff was VERY helpful and friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Every person working there was pleasant and made the experience even better. We will definitely be returning to Plantonia on future trips to Krakow.
