どこを見ても綺麗に清掃してあって気持ちよく過ごせました。ホテル専用のシャトルバスの本数が多いところも良かったです。

Family room, clean and enough space. Staff friendly and welcoming. Great shuttle service to Disney World and DisneySea.Good having laundry available on each floor and small convenience store in hotel. Adjacent to park and walking track along Tokyo Bay. Walking distance to shopping mall.

朝食は食券を買えば良いので、食べたい人だけ行けるのが良い ディズニーまでのシャトルバスは待たない程の感覚で運行されている

シャトルバスも本数も多く、ディズニーランドとのアクセスは大変満足している。

コインランドリーもあり、便利だった。 バスもたくさんでていて、助かりました。

Great hotel. By far the biggest we stayed at in Japan. Lots of laundry facilities. It is a little ways from the parks still, roughly 15 minute bus ride or so; they do provide a free shuttle which is nice. It’s very far from Tokyo though so highly recommend only staying here when visiting the parks and then move for other Tokyo travel. Also, this hotel had the most expensive luggage forwarding that we experienced. The breakfast is really good! Highly recommend. My toddler was very happy that they had a bath tub.

Good place to sleep. It’s a pretty long bus trip to/from Disneyland, but still easy enough. There is nothing at all around the hotel in terms of cafes/restaurants etc. so be advised you’ll need to think about dinner before heading back, otherwise there is a convenience store with the usual standard options. If you’re going to the airport from the hotel can be a bit tricky arrange bus etc. so that takes some navigation. Overall served its purpose as place to collapse after day at the park and then leave

Super great value for the price. It was a very convenient hotel and the shuttle to Disneyland/Disneysea was very convenient and reliable. Super friendly staff and great facilities. I can’t wait to stay here again.

雨で靴がびしょびしょにぬれてしまいましたが、靴乾燥を借りれてよかったです。 またホテル内にも洗濯機、乾燥機がありますが雨の日は混雑間違いなしです

ホテルの内装がとても素敵で可愛らしい！エレベーターの案内音声もミッキーの声で楽しめる！ お風呂はどのホテルもそうだけれども…ピンクの水垢と換気扇のホコリ‥少し拭き取るだけで印象が全然変わる。『さすがディズニーのホテル』だなって感心したかったけれど。重箱の隅をつつくみたいで申し訳ないけれど、それだけか気になってしまいました。

清掃もスタッフの対応も満足です。

部屋の清掃が行き届き良かったです

お風呂の湯船に髪の毛が残っていて 手すりにも髪の毛がへばりついていたので そこだけ残念でした。 他はよかっです！👍

施設はコンパクトですが、素晴らしい清潔さ、従業員さんの親切さ。

お部屋はかわいいし、ディズニー後遅く帰ってからコンビニも十分でした。 ただお部屋の浴室から排水溝の臭いが気になりましたが、扉を閉めると問題なかったです。 ディズニーから帰ったあとも夢の時間でした。

upkeep was not good, the toilet was not working properly, the hotel didnt even have a restaurant.

ホテルの内装が可愛い！ 安く泊まれて、15分前に入れるのもお得です。お風呂は小さかったけど、大満足です！

シャワーが最高に気持ちよかったです！自宅のシャワーヘッドを同じものに変えたいほどでした。 ベッドが小さめで子どもと添い寝が狭かったです。 コンセントの数と場所がイマイチで携帯の充電がしにくかった。

The beds are too small, hard and pillows brutal. The room was too small.

お部屋自体は狭いですがディズニー感満載です。 全体的にもぅ少し広いと良いと思います。

思っていたより客室が狭かった。また入り口からトイレの扉が近くてぶつかりそうになった

ホテルのエントランスは、とっても可愛く、スタッフさんも笑顔で親切。 お部屋も可愛くて、家族４人で泊まっても、狭くかんじなかった。 シャワーの水圧がとにかく最高！

写真で見ていたよりも狭くてびっくりしました。

お風呂と洗面がとにかくせまかった。 子供と2人で入ったら身動きが取れない狭さだった。

トイレとバスが別だったのが良かった

フロントに電話を掛けても全く出ない。 浴槽が高いので入りづらい。 隣の部屋のトイレやお風呂の音がして寝付けなかった

Overall the stay was a good one, our room was a great size and the beds were really comfortable. Restaurant is only available during breakfast and stops serving at 10am. We wanted to ship our luggage to another hotel since it’s a service they provide and the attendant was not pleased at all with having to help us with that. She spent more than 5 minutes trying to convince us to not ship our luggage. We explained to her several times we wanted to ship and not deal with it on train to next city. She said due to snow our luggage might not arrive next day , we had checked weather and no snow was in the forecast, either way we had told her we were fine w that, after that she said it might not even arrive in 3 days, again we let her know we’re ok with that. Then she said it might not even arrive on Sunday (we shipped on a Thursday) once again we let her know we were fine w that , then she said well it might even be a week! Once again we expressed that we were fine with it and we wanted to ship anyway. She seemed upset that we still wanted to ship so we asked if they just didn’t have the service if that was the case we would walk over to the Hyatt and ship from there , we had family members staying at that hotel. At that point she said we do offer service and asked what hotel we were shipping to and proceeded to fill out our forms . She didn’t measure or weigh our luggage she just gave them all the same fee. Our luggage arrived in less than 24 hrs.

シーで閉園まで遊び、無料シャトルバスでホテルまで移動でき良かった。 チャックインに行列で３０分程待ったのが残念。 朝食バイキングが美味しく良かった。

ディズニー公式ホテルで、この価格とサービスを受けられるのは最高です。スタッフの対応がとても良いので気持ち良く宿泊できます！ 改善してほしいところとして以下3点。 ①チェックイン時の一人ひとりにかける時間は少し長いのは改善してほしいです。外国人も多く宿泊するので仕方がないかもしれないですが。 ②部屋のソファーベッド横にコンセントが欲しいです。充電が不便です。 ③施設内のコンビニの価格が高いです。フロア内の自動販売機の方が安かったのには、笑いました。

ディズニーリゾートより遠い位置にある。

This hotel is a bit away from the Disney parks but the free shuttles work great! Not much restaurant options so a lot of trips to Family Mart if you don’t eat at the hotel. The hotel breakfast buffet did not look that great so we did not eat there, just grabbed some pastries from family mart. The hotel was turned into a Disney hotel so while the lobby area looks amazing I felt that the bathroom could use more updating. Overall we enjoyed our stay. This is a great hotel for people that like to run in the mornings before hitting the park!

Very far away from attractions and dining no stores near there’s two buildings with same hotel name so they make you walk across the street with your luggage! No restaurants in hotel only for breakfast, and Disney Tokyo is the only park where you get the 15 minutes early acces. Overall not worth it !

Pues el hotel es muy sencillo, incluso se ve ya viejo. Está limpio y lindo, ambientado bonito, pero en realidad está retirado de los parques. Pesar de tener shuttles a los parques, te ves obligado a recurrir a un taxi en caso de que necesites moverte a otro lugar. Honestamente recomendaría más cualquiera otro de los hoteles de Disney que tienen una mejor localización.

It has an easy acessible bus to the parks and train station which makes it very convenient if you are staying in Disney resort area and not walking distance to the parks. Property is themed but not fully.

安く宿泊出来て良かった。安い上にハッピーエントリーがあり嬉しい。 パークから離れていますが、送迎バスがあるので問題ありません。

ディズニーランドから距離はありますが、綺麗でスタッフの対応も良いです。 また利用したいと思うホテルです。

ビュッフェの朝食が種類少ない。

朝食の種類が和食系も増えると良いなーと思う。

結構古さは感じられるけど清潔感はあって快適に過ごせました　レストランが朝しかないのでちょっと不便ですが後は良い

比較的安価で、ディズニーならではの、充実したサービスや特典がある。何度か利用しているが、パークから遠くて数分移動時間が長い以外は大満足。レストランはあまり充実してないが、パークで食事を済ませれば問題ない。

朝ごはんのメニューが充実していたことと、部屋やロビーの内装、中庭などもすごく可愛くて、ただ泊まるだけでなくもっと満喫したかった。パーク閉園後にホテルで軽い食事などが取れるような施設があるとなお良いと思います。
