The Hotel Orange

The place isn’t too bad for the price. It was clean and the beds were fairly comfy. We did initially get assigned a dirty room but that was a quick fix. First night there someone else was checked into our room and tried to get in and at about 2 am the front desk lady is banging on the door screaming something about a security check. Other than the the day staff was friendly.

Clean everything perfect

We were traveling from Florida to south Texas to visit family. Stayed one night. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. Easy excess to i10.

This is an odd one. Looks like the hotel was never finished but they opened anyway. I'm sure they are doing the best they can with what they've got. Staff was nice, the room looked fresh and pretty new, but had quite a smell to it. And without a single lamp shade it looked a bit industrial. We were traveling with a U-haul and there's a ton of space in the parking lot which was great. Breakfast was very disappointing, just waffles and some cereal. Husband said the coffee was bad. We ate elsewhere. But for the price of the room it was a place to sleep and park and that's all we needed.
