Comfort Inn & Suites Florence Center Area

Staff very nice. Breakfast staff wass very nice. Plenty of parking.

Room was clean, one suggestion for rooms with showers. Please put at least one handicap bar in shower. Towels were on the skimpy side expected a little better. Overall, staff were extremely helpful and professional. A little difficult to reach the building amid all the others.

Overall, the experience was good for what it is. We did request Maid service, but they never showed. Bathrooms were adequate.

The room was clean. Staff were friendly. Didn’t like how the lady tried to sign me up for some kind of credit card onbthe iPad when at check-in. Even though my room was paid for, they tried to charge $150.88 to my credit card. For this reason, I won’t use this hotel again.

The staff was very kind. The hotel was conveniently located off 95. The price was reasonable. The bed was very comfortable. I pay for a very expensive hotel when you can get this hotel with a friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, convenient parking, the friendliest breakfast lady ever, and just an overall great stay
