Beautiful B&B on a quiet lake, just what I needed after driving 9 hours thru ND. Close (9 miles) to Walker where you can get dinner. I brought back my meal to eat on the patio that overlooks the lake. Then, laid on the hammock near the lake for relaxation top notch. That evening the Northern Lights were predicted and yes, what a nice capture- view thru the iPhone photos. In the morning got up to watch the sunrise on the lake to send me off again. Though I was not able to stay for breakfast, the menu and company would have been great.

This was a lovely home with beautiful views of Leech Lake. It's a small bed and breakfast, and you will be greeted by the hosts. They live in the home. The interior of the home was very cozy and welcoming, and it's obvious the owners have worked hard to make you feel welcome. The only thing that we didnt like, and it is important, is our room was right next to the dining and kitchen and the owner was up early moving dishes and a lot of silverware(how much silverware do you have???). And also there was a lot of talking in the main areas between other guests, which we could hear in our room. So that sort of left a bad taste in our mouths for wanting to stay here again. Maybe some additional sound proofing could be done. The sunrise here is incredible. And we also appreciated the use of the kayak. We would have used the bikes if we had more time.

The accommodations were cozy and easy to access. We had use of all amenities (kayak, canoe, boat, bikes, etc.) but chose to sit by the shore and enjoy the scenery in tranquil peace. The breakfasts were amazing! Food was delicious and plentiful, and the hosts provided excellent conversation that drew in other guests as well. This is the perfect place to relax!!!

What a great experience. Gary greeted us, gave us a tour and what we could expect during our stay. We felt so welcomed and cherished. We took a walk by the lake, sat around the fire, played poil and relaxed in the main room. The hospitality was amazing. We can't say enough good about this place. Our only regret is we didn't stay longer. We already have plans to return with friends.

We had a wonderful time with Gary and Sandra. The B&B has a stunning location right on the lake. The rooms and the entire house are lovingly furnished. Nothing is missing. There are even boats and bicycles available for free use. Gary's breakfast was also fantastic. We can recommend this accommodation to everyone and would book here again and again. Thank you for everything.

It was our first time at a B&B. We were not disappointed. From our greeting upon arrival to our departure, we felt at home at this lake front bed and breakfast. The furnishings were what you'd expect at a Northern Minnesota themed home. From the cozy front room to the porch overlooking the lake and from the floating dock to the rustic swing for two a the lakefront, it could not have been more inviting. add a good night's sleep and an excellent breakfast, we could not have asked for a first time at a B&B. Gary was a gracious host and this will not be our only time spent there. We will be back.

We loved the view and catered breakfast, meeting others while sharing space, and the wonderful hosts. The property is easy to locate, close to the trail system for your biking, walking, or running needs. The home is large, rooms are cozy, and coffee bar, snacks, and beverages supplied are wonderful! This place has it all, fishing off the dock proved successful, and relaxation inevitable. A repeat adventure for us. Close enough to town for a quick trip in for dinner or central to other tourist sites and adventures.

My husband and I loved our stay. The room was cozy, the views of the lake were great. We ended up there on a rainy weekend so we didn’t use the kayaks or bikes, but we loved that they were there for us to use for free. I’d looked at kayak day rentals that were $35 each before booking this place. Gary and Sandra are very sweet and there are so many thoughtful touches to make the stay lovely. There’s a pool table, fireplace, puzzle board, etc. The deck is lovely and then there is a hammock and swinging bench overlooking the lake. It’s lovely and serene. Also, the breakfast was incredible! We had quiche and a pastry - they change up the menu but it was a top notch breakfast. My husband said we would have paid $15+ at a restaurant for the same thing. We met some other wonderful couples there as well. We plan to go back!

This was our second trip to Leech Lake and we enjoyed it as much as the first one. Gary and Sandra are excellent hosts. Great space, great conversations, great experience. Always very clean, always a great breakfast, like the extra touches, snacks on hand, complimentary beverages when we arrived. Very relaxing, nice linens. Will be coming back again soon.

The hosts, Gary and Sandra, were so welcoming. It felt like home. Breakfast was amazing. The property was safe, wrll kept, and so fun to sit in the swing at the lake and enjoy the fall day. Rooms were very quiet and so comfortable. Highly recommend for everyone looking to get away and enjoy the area. We will return again.

First time at a bed and breakfast and I would do it again!! There are many amenaties, comfortable beds and atmosphere was fabalous. I want to also mention that breakfast was really good.

The owners are very consiencious and friendly. Our room was a little small, but did still have a private bathroom. Either building codes there don't require it or the home is out of code when the baths don't have a vent fan. They have TVs in each room with a listing for the channels available, but it appears to be a listing that is out of date.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Leech Lake Resort B&B. We were served great breakfasts by Gary and Sandra and enjoyed visiting with other guests. The location was close to several great bike trails which we rode during our two day stay there. Sunrises in the Bayview room were fabulous!

The hosts go above and beyond to ensure your stay is as comfortable as can be. I’ve never stayed anywhere that offers a white noise machine and heating bed pad to help you sleep great!

The hosts, Gary and Sandra, were so welcoming. It felt like home. Breakfast was amazing. The property was safe, wrll kept, and so fun to sit in the swing at the lake and enjoy the fall day. Excellent stay here! The hosts are so welcoming and delightful. Our room was perfect. The breakfast was spectacular, and so fun to share it with the other guests and our hosts.

What a great experience. Gary greeted us, gave us a tour and what we could expect during our stay. We felt so welcomed and cherished. We took a walk by the lake, sat around the fire, played poil and relaxed in the main room. The hospitality was amazing. We can't say enough good about this place. Our only regret is we didn't stay longer. We already have plans to return with friends.

We had a lovely stay with Gary & Sandra! They have a wonderful lakefront B&B on Leech Lake. Gary provided a very informed checkin to make sure all of our needs were accounted for including dinner recommendations for Walker. We had a very nice meal at Mustang Sally’s Supper Club. Our stay was very comfortable and Sandra prepared a delicious gourmet breakfast which included delightful table conversation with the other guests. We highly recommend Leech Lake B&B!

The hosts, Gary and Sandra, were so welcoming. It felt like home. Breakfast was amazing. The property was safe, wrll kept, and so fun to sit in the swing at the lake and enjoy the fall day. Rooms were very quiet and so comfortable. Highly recommend for everyone looking to get away and enjoy the area. We will return again.

Beautiful B&B on a quiet lake, just what I needed after driving 9 hours thru ND. Close (9 miles) to Walker where you can get dinner. I brought back my meal to eat on the patio that overlooks the lake. Then, laid on the hammock near the lake for relaxation top notch. That evening the Northern Lights were predicted and yes, what a nice capture- view thru the iPhone photos. In the morning got up to watch the sunrise on the lake to send me off again. Though I was not able to stay for breakfast, the menu and company would have been great.

We loved the view and catered breakfast, meeting others while sharing space, and the wonderful hosts. The property is easy to locate, close to the trail system for your biking, walking, or running needs. The home is large, rooms are cozy, and coffee bar, snacks, and beverages supplied are wonderful! This place has it all, fishing off the dock proved successful, and relaxation inevitable. A repeat adventure for us. Close enough to town for a quick trip in for dinner or central to other tourist sites and adventures.

The accommodations were cozy and easy to access. We had use of all amenities (kayak, canoe, boat, bikes, etc.) but chose to sit by the shore and enjoy the scenery in tranquil peace. The breakfasts were amazing! Food was delicious and plentiful, and the hosts provided excellent conversation that drew in other guests as well. This is the perfect place to relax!!!

Friendly, caring, respectful, enjoyable atmosphere. An elegant breakfast at a common table facing the lake. We went to MN to visit an ailing friend, whose condition worsened on our arrival. We weren’t able to see him until our last (3rd) night (at the hospital), but we were physically, mentally and spiritually fed and comforted by our wonderful hosts, Gary and Sandra. We also thank the otters in the lake for their entertainment.

Absolutely wonderful throughout! Our first time here, and it certainly won't be the last. Gary was the perfect host, and Sandra's breakfast was great. The first class accommodations left nothing to be desired. If you're considering a stay at Leech Lake Resort and B&B, please go...you won't be disappointed!

My husband and I loved our stay. The room was cozy, the views of the lake were great. We ended up there on a rainy weekend so we didn’t use the kayaks or bikes, but we loved that they were there for us to use for free. I’d looked at kayak day rentals that were $35 each before booking this place. Gary and Sandra are very sweet and there are so many thoughtful touches to make the stay lovely. There’s a pool table, fireplace, puzzle board, etc. The deck is lovely and then there is a hammock and swinging bench overlooking the lake. It’s lovely and serene. Also, the breakfast was incredible! We had quiche and a pastry - they change up the menu but it was a top notch breakfast. My husband said we would have paid $15+ at a restaurant for the same thing. We met some other wonderful couples there as well. We plan to go back!

This is a beautiful Bed and Breakfast on a lake. The owners are delightful and very helpful. It was a great experience. The breakfast was yummy and we ate with all the guests at 9 am. Thanks for a great stay!

Our room overlooked the lake and it was beautiful! The sunrise was spectacular. Breakfast was great. The manager was very friendly and helpful. We got to meet the wonderful owners. We will visit again.

A lake cabin dream come true. Gary and Sandra were attentive hosts and very nice people. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, juice, muffins and a wonderful wild rice and sausage quiche. The decor and ambience were excellent, we love Up North cabin decor and were not disappointed. Everything looked new or almost new, very well cared for. There's a bear and moose motif (mostly bears) and you can look and look and still find new bears in every room each time you pass through. Our bedroom was spacious with many windows, a very comfortable king size bed, easy chairs and a nice table where we played cribbage. The room faced East toward the lake and we had wonderful sunrise views each day. The bathroom was also very large and nicely decorated. Gentle Loon calls at night and in the early morning. An eagle landed on shore during breakfast one morning. We enjoyed the common area playing some pool and finishing a puzzle one evening. We didn't use the boats or bikes on this visit, but all appeared to be in great shape. Definitely recommend this gem.
