I booked this place for my mom and her friend who were visiting friends and didnt want to drive home in the dark. Upon arrival, they were checked in and the male reception staff watched 2 elderly woman struggle to carry their suitcases up the stairs while he watched his movie. When they got to their room, their were no towels, the bathroom tap was loose and wobbly and the tv wasnt working. They went down to call the service desk to assist, and after an hour he managed to get youtube to work, but only gave them 1 bath towel and 2 hand towels? For 2 elderly woman? They then went to sleep, but were kept up by strange noises and sounds of something falling, it was only the next morning they realised that the ceiling was disintegrating and mouldy ceiling was all over their coffee tray. I booked this venue as a "safe place" for them to spend the night away from home and am horrified that they had to go through this experience.

Everything was good. It was clean. Breakfast was very good. Staff nice and helpful. Also the swimming pool area looked very nice (even if we didn't use it). There were two things that we didn't like. First was the size of the room - very little space besides the two double beds and the rest of the furniture. The second one was the planes noise - but at the same time being close to the airport is also a pro if you want to go to the airport in the morning so I guess on this you can't complain ;)
