They don't have computers to confirm bookings. The staff member just took a copy of my ID and asked to look at how much I paid for the room and then wrote it down. They didn't even have the double queen bed room I booked, he did give me a 3 bed room bed though. The parking lot was unkempt, the room was full of flies. The toilet barely flushed then ran all night and took forever to fill back up. The beds were very uncomfortable. The one I slept in sloped to one side. It wasn't worth the money but unfortunately I couldn't get a refund and had no more money to find something else so we slept a few hours then got up at early and left. I would recommend not staying here but if you absolutely needed to stay I definitely wouldn't book online.

We were driving through and needed a spot to crash late night and just a heads up.. office open 24 hrs for check in is a reach. We had a reservation and when we arrived we had to honk and press the button A lot to get our key. The room (rm 18) was not very clean, had mold on carpet and AC unit. the bed had couch cushions for pillows and the blanket/duvet cover felt like a curtain. It was also missing the actual comforter for the inside of the cover. The Tv wouldn’t turn on even after checking that it was plugged in. The one towel we had was more so for a rec room in a local gym, not to actually dry your body off. The parking lot was full of weeds and the “extended stay” guests seemed to have nicer accommodations.
