The hotel itself was beautiful, and within walking distance of some great restaurants. Checkin was seamless, and our suite was comfortable and spotless. Definitely enjoyed the 2nd floor balcony! Would love to come back for a longer stay in the fall.

Excellent location for our planned trip to the Hollerhorn Distillery. Very easy contactless check in and check out. Nice complimentary breakfast room. Very nice room. Will stay there again the next time in Naples NY.

Wonderful!, we had lunch at the bar on a whim. Chatted with the staff and went on a short tour. We left to go check in our Vrbo. Had an awful experience with that so I checked to see if Naples had a room . They did! The entire experience was perfect check in was easy , very clean , it was a welcome , relaxing , at home feel. We will be back !

The room we stayed in was very nice - had a bedroom with comfortable bed, a room with a couch, TV and small kitchen area, and a nice bathroom. There was a nice shared kitchen/cafe area with coffee, orange juice, yogurt, fruit and other snacks. Everything seemed well maintained.

Outstanding space in our room, lovely porches, with just minor bathtub slow draining issue. Room and hotel are antique style but classy - bathroom fixtures dated but overall excellent hotel and will stay again.

The room was neat and clean , but the wall paper in the bathroom was falling down over the sink was on the light , looked like a possible fire hazard . I am sure it will be repaired .

The window facing the bed needs a light-blocking shade. There is NO WAY to sleep with all that light, directly in our eyes. We were left with only two partial rolls of toilet paper for a two night stay, and had to purchase toilet paper. (I have NEVER had this happen before in all the places I have stayed and in all the countries I have been - very annoying.)

Hotel Naples is very unique. While check in and out are contactless, the process is simple and you have everything you need. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was closed (Sunday), unfortunately, and dining options are limited in Naples. However, we did dine at Roots, which was excellent. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely go back to Hotel Naples.

A lovely hotel in a quiet town. Our suite was large & accommodating for our overnight stay. Less than a 1/2 hour drive to CMAC to see our favorite bands. Definitely will stay here again!

First time at a "hotel" that is really a virtual Airbnb...this was clear before I arrived thru emails. That said, the codes worked perfectly and the advertised suite met and exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate for a second in coming back to this property.

A lovely hotel in a quiet town. Our suite was large & accommodating for our overnight stay. Less than a 1/2 hour drive to CMAC to see our favorite bands. Definitely will stay here again!

Excellent location for our planned trip to the Hollerhorn Distillery. Very easy contactless check in and check out. Nice complimentary breakfast room. Very nice room. Will stay there again the next time in Naples NY.

Hotel Naples is very unique. While check in and out are contactless, the process is simple and you have everything you need. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was closed (Sunday), unfortunately, and dining options are limited in Naples. However, we did dine at Roots, which was excellent. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely go back to Hotel Naples.

Hotel Naples is very unique. While check in and out are contactless, the process is simple and you have everything you need. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant was closed (Sunday), unfortunately, and dining options are limited in Naples. However, we did dine at Roots, which was excellent. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely go back to Hotel Naples.

Our stay at the Naples Hotel was excellent. Especially enjoyed the breakfast room and dinner at the restaurant was fabulous!!

Wonderful!, we had lunch at the bar on a whim. Chatted with the staff and went on a short tour. We left to go check in our Vrbo. Had an awful experience with that so I checked to see if Naples had a room . They did! The entire experience was perfect check in was easy , very clean , it was a welcome , relaxing , at home feel. We will be back !

The room we stayed in was very nice - had a bedroom with comfortable bed, a room with a couch, TV and small kitchen area, and a nice bathroom. There was a nice shared kitchen/cafe area with coffee, orange juice, yogurt, fruit and other snacks. Everything seemed well maintained.

No cable TV. The only option is to enter personal streaming passwords into the smart TV. Effectively no air-conditioning. There was a small, intermittently functioning window unit in the bedroom of a three-room suite. The controls of the unit were covered in pieces of black electrical tape and set at 75 degrees. Bedroom had a ceiling fan and the living room had a floor fan. Windows open and have screens. No off-street parking. Municipal lot behind the hotel is posted "No Overnight Parking", which apparently is unenforced. On-street parking is posted as limited to two hours, also unenforced. On-site bar is convenient but expensive. $8.75 for a domestic draft beer.
