Motel 6 Conway, SC

I will never come back here ever again. This was a learning experience. I booked a reservation and the manager said she didn't have it and I needed to pay her put of pocket. She had an attitude from the beginning. Literally yelling and huffing over the phone. I called my loan company and they took care of it. Got to the motel late. A worker let me in the office but took a half hour to check us in. Strong smell of poop coming from the bathtub drain. NO hot water. When brought it up the next morning, I was told "ill come check it out" hours passed no one came. Then I was told the manager shuts the boiler off to save money and won't be there until 3pm. No water until 8pm at night! Ice machine is on the second floor. People sleeping on the side of the motel in the grass. At check out today, office was locked, everyone was out side just doing nothing. Made me wait as if I had nothing else better to do. By far the absolute worse experience I have ever had. I will never take myself let along my children there ever again. The front desk lady was super sweet at least and tried her best. I felt sorry for her working there.

Do not stay here! Awful, dirty nothing was working.

The hotel was dirty when we got in the room pulled back the covers. There were bed bugs visible. There was no shower curtain. The TV didn't work. It was just horrible and the woman at the counter was very rude. It didn't help but I canceled the room so I didn't even stay there but definitely would never suggest anybody stays there

I will never ever book at this motel again! We moved rooms 3 times due to multiples leaks in the ceiling/roof about to cave in. Blood on the sheets, and roaches! On top of that it was a “pay at the property” and the owner pulled payment super early. When I asked about that, I was informed that the owner pulls payment early to make sure “she gets paid”. I understand the difference between a motel and hotel, but I have never experienced such horrible conditions. I was refunded for 1day after contacting corporate. Completely ruined our family vacation. Also there were multiple people having their rooms switched due to leaks/water damage. And our non smoking room smelled like smoke. True cherry on top!
