Heel mooi gezellig proper hotel. Super vriendelijk personeel. Vlakbij het centrum. Alleen parkeergelegenheid kan maar enkele 100 meters verder en deze was wel duur. 30 euro voor 1 nachtje.

The reception was extremely helpful. The room comfortable and very modern. The bathroom was a bit quirky. The restaurant had a great breakfast and was also good for dinner.

Hotel was simply beautiful. Staff and service were amazing. Would definitely recommend. Walkable area with lots of restaurants nearby. Wish they had a gym in property, but otherwise no complaints!

A fresh new hotel, friendly English speaking staff. Very nice breakfast and supper meal at the restaurant. Up the hill from Centro which is tough after a day on your feet sight seeing. Very pleasant surprise, would recommend this hotel. Also ask about very reasonable airport shuttle.

We stayed one night during early/mid December as a lay over & visiting friends. We booked the standard/basic room, which is exceptionally small. The bar was closed due to the "off" season and there was no room service. We even asked multiple times for things to get sent to room (extra water, coffee, etc.) which never arrived after multiple times. So, there was no vibe and service wasnt really there, plus rooms were very small for Lisbon. I wouldnt stay again for the price, even though it wasnt bad.

The hotel is in lovely condition and very plush. The rooms are very comfortable lovely design and excellent clean. However it was a little too over designed for us - you press a button for everything! And felt sometimes that over design was not practical ( no light in the bathroom - the switch is by the exit door - not great for nighttime visits) With the minimal look in reception too it felt it lacked some warmth. Bar area and bar manager was the best! So friendly and interested in our day - remembering our drinks, answering our questions - it was a comfortable area to sit and relax. None of this spoiled the visit and we would recommend the hotel - depending on your speed - 20 min walk to the main squares but the metro is also just outside the hotel. The 28 tram goes past the hotel and stops just round the corner and it’s about 20 mins from the airport.

The staff was so kind to my friend and I and even decorated the room for her birthday. They have a restaurant in the hotel if you don't feel like going to explore which came in handy. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone staying in Lisbon!

This is a good 4 star hotel. Room was nicely furnished, comfortable, and quiet; coffee machine and small free minibar a nice touch. The hotel is well located and restaurant food was good. Couldn't give five stars as our carpet needed a proper wash and the breakfast was only average. Changing the coffee machine and having a better selection of cold meats and cheeses would go a long way towards rectifying this.

the property seems newly renovated but our room is very small, result of it is to an extend that the washroom and shower are in spaces like closets. we found debris under the bed. also echo other review's comments, there are a lot of mirrors all over the rooms. The brightest spot was the staff, all the staff are very nice.

The overall stay wasn’t the best but also not the worst. Staff were kind and helpful. Pros: - close to the airport (20min uber ride) - Very accommodating and kind staff. The initial room we stayed had coffee stains on the carpet and staff were nice enough to move us to another room and also fixed the TV problem in the room. They even gave us chocolates on Valentine’s day as complimentary - TV is equipped with chromecast - Provides bottled water daily in your room. You can even asked for extra bottle of water for free. - Provides free amenities (robes, slippers, cotton pads, cotton buds and L’Occitanne products as shampoo, showe gel, conditioner and lotion) - Water pressure is good for showering. - Daily housekeeping includes new sheets and towels - Rooms and washrooms are tidy and clean - Elevators are fast and efficient. Cons: - Walls are thin between rooms as you can hear ppl murmuring. The tram track is also available outside the hotel so if your room is located on the corner of the building, you can definitely hear the tram which could be a concern if you’re a light sleeper. - Wifi is public with no hotel password so make sure you have a VPN to protect your web browsing. - No exhaust system in the shower and toilet so the moisture and steam can be trapped inside if shower/toilet doors are not opened after use - The hotel area is sketchy and wouldn’t recommend walking at night as it didn’t feel safe. - Amenities do not include toothbrush and toothpaste so m

On the first day, I was a little worried about the location, that it would be tough to walk late at night from downtown, even though it is not that far but a little sketchy area. However, it worked out very well. UberX was only 4 euros and every day we were walking down to the city center or Alfama areas and then taking Uber back to the hotel. Hotel was I think the best we've stayed at, even better than Las Vegas hotels. Spotless and very modern, comfy beds, comforters. Buffet breaskfast was also very good with variety. Service was also very unique, not your typical front desk, but you're greeted by a person and make seated for check in and the person takes you up to the room, explaining how everything works, etc --a service we never had anywhere else. I would definitely recommend Dos Rios. Staying in the heart of the city could have been nice but prices are very steep, not even comparable.

Hotel is well situated because it is about a 10-15 minute straight walk to the harbour, away from the busy life in the Old Town. Staff were very nice and nothing was too much trouble. Hotel room was nice, only slight issue, towels had seen better days. Breakfast was a basic choice but still good.

Staff was very friendly and helpful . Gave us an early check in, stored our bags and placed them in our room. Room was superior with a great street view however Lisbon street noise , police, ambulances, was high but not the hotels fault. We would go back there if we visit Lisbon again. Staff also arranged our airport transfer at check out. Larry Wood

Lovely stay in Lisbon. We absolutely loved the decor and comfort of the room. Beautiful bathroom with great vanities. Super quiet and close to lots of restaurants and places to visit. Only downside would have been the safe in the room which was only accessible by an app which didn't work so didn't want to leave any valuables in the room.

Really hot in the room and air on does not go below 20. Carpeted rooms added to the heat. Really clean and great friendly staff just the room was a little off for my taste. Mirrors everywhere including in the WC and shower. The walk back from the centre isn’t very pleasant so I’d get the metro which is perfectly located.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was immaculate, the service was excellent but some of the technology needed work. For instance, the tv sounded tinny and was difficult to operate, and the bathroom sink was finicky. We had two twin beds which were not particularly comfortable.

Room is for one, but they have made it a twin. Cramped. Limited space for 2nd person. Nowhere to hang wet towels. Do not change bedding on cleaning days, scheduled for every couple days. Must insist by going to front desk. No stationary. Charged more on site than what Expedia said to expect (a tax).

Front desk were not helpful at all, the lighting in the room was broken even after we have asked them to change it, they still didn't change it and told us that they checked and there was nothing wrong with the lighting in the room when in fact you could see it right away when you enter the room that it wouldn't stop flashing. They were also people kocking on the door for a long time at 6am in the morning, we were to scared to open the door because we had no idea whom it was, it could have been anyone from the street who just take the lift up as there were no security lock for the lift or anthing. We had asked to borrow the umbrella for three days, evne to just borrow it for 5 minutes to let us go out to buy the umbrella to return, but the hotel only kept on telling us that they have no more and they don't know who took it all and could not help at all,

On the first day, I was a little worried about the location, that it would be tough to walk late at night from downtown, even though it is not that far but a little sketchy area. However, it worked out very well. UberX was only 4 euros and every day we were walking down to the city center or Alfama areas and then taking Uber back to the hotel. Hotel was I think the best we've stayed at, even better than Las Vegas hotels. Spotless and very modern, comfy beds, comforters. Buffet breaskfast was also very good with variety. Service was also very unique, not your typical front desk, but you're greeted by a person and make seated for check in and the person takes you up to the room, explaining how everything works, etc --a service we never had anywhere else. I would definitely recommend Dos Rios. Staying in the heart of the city could have been nice but prices are very steep, not even comparable.

The staff was so kind to my friend and I and even decorated the room for her birthday. They have a restaurant in the hotel if you don't feel like going to explore which came in handy. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone staying in Lisbon!

Lovely, clean hotel with helpful staff. The area itself is a little run down and a bit out of the way of the main areas / bars and restaurants. Nevertheless, there is a metro station minutes away and Uber to Bairro Alto is only around 5€ so it wasn’t too much of a problem.

Rooms were lovely. It was for a special occasion and the hotel left a lovely cake and decorations in the room. The walk into the centre was only 10 minutes, but there is a metro and tram stop right outside. We would 100% recommend and stop here again!

We loved the hotel and the staff. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff in the hotel are helpful and go above and beyond (someone from reception even walked us to a nearby store to purchase beach towels). While we found the area around the hotel not the best! As our taxi driver and uber driver mentioned “this was not the best location”.

This is a good 4 star hotel. Room was nicely furnished, comfortable, and quiet; coffee machine and small free minibar a nice touch. The hotel is well located and restaurant food was good. Couldn't give five stars as our carpet needed a proper wash and the breakfast was only average. Changing the coffee machine and having a better selection of cold meats and cheeses would go a long way towards rectifying this.
