This house would work for any group, family and friends.

Property was good and met most expectations. Do feel that cleanliness left a bit to be desired, BBQ not clean, no cleaning tool available( one that was there had no bristles!!) outside of property needs a good Karcher, understand difficult to keep spotless but excessive bird droppings, lots of dust, spiderwebs etc. inside was better but floor near back door is finished and must be replaced due to water damage. Liked the living upstairs and enjoyed it was easy to move around the island. Clean it up and I will be back!!

Amazing house for a weekend away. Good location not in town. Good view. Peaceful neighbourhood. Overall an amazing experience

we absolutely loved our stay at here. Everything was very close by The house was very clean and we all felt like home. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone wanted to stay at Phillip Island Definitely a Five Star Rating 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
