Excellent property for deep relaxation.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family of 10 stayed at Ayatana Ooty for four days in mid June to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary, and it exceeded every expectation. We booked four rooms - the Jacuzzi Chalets. The cool weather, misty mornings, and beautiful surroundings made the stay even more special. The resort is stunning, the rooms are spacious, the food is excellent, and every member of the staff was warm, courteous, and attentive. The team made my parents’ milestone anniversary unforgettable. They beautifully decorated their room, arranged a romantic candlelight dinner, and during the nightly live music, the singer announced their anniversary, accepted our song requests, and dedicated songs to them. It created memories our family will cherish forever. All the adults in our group experienced the spa, and it was fantastic. The therapists were highly skilled, and every treatment was relaxing and rejuvenating. A special thank you to Muthu, who drove the buggy. My sister accidentally wandered into the nearby tea plantation and got a leech bite on her leg. Muthu responded immediately, helped her calmly, and ensured she was comfortable and safe. His kindness perfectly reflects the exceptional hospitality at Ayatana. Thank you to the entire Ayatana team for making our family celebration so memorable. We can’t wait to return!

Very serene and beautiful property. Very modern. Excellent service. One of a kind property nestled in the middle of tea estates. Loved their hot infinite pool room.

Room service was poor. Wi-Fi was on and off. Heater control was not available. We were frozen during night time.
