Had the Garden Suite on off-season booking - excellent value for money. Garden Suite - comfy bed, great patio. Outdoor shower completely private (not the case with other rooms as the showers are in some of the gardens). the path to the pool does run behind the gardens so whilst the room garden is 90% private if someone walks past they can see in. This does not detract from what is a beautiful hotel. The pool area is clean and well laid out, mix of loungers and cabanas. The gardens are wonderfully maintained. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Use of whatsapp to connect with reception is excellent. We whatsapped from the room to ask for taxi to be ordered and it worked really well. 10-14 EUR to old town depending on traffic. We also used the car hire the Hotel recommends and found that to be excellent (they came to the hotel) to do contracts and drop off the car / collect the car. Would recommend this hotel for a chilled/ relaxed vibe where you will get taxi into old town for day or dinner, but don't want the business of being closer in.

Travelled as a couple, staying in room 18 which was one of the larger options. The hotel was more like a spa retreat than an Ibiza-type hotel. Really quiet and chill. Staff were all amazing and helpful. Breakfast was sensational! We would definitely return to this hotel on our next visit to Ibiza.
